My only regret is I didnt find Urban Waxx sooner. My brows would have thanked me if I had this quality of care and service through my teen years. Finding such specialized service means great talented staff, who know what they are doing, and will work with you for the best approach for unwanted hair. The products they use and additional tools they have will have you feeling fresh upon leaving. I cant thank them enough for almost 7 years of great brows (& more).

I love Urban Waxx! Ive been going here for at least six years. The Timberland location is close to where I live. Its easy to drive to and plenty of parking. Also, the front desk is always so nice and extremely helpful. I see Banessa, Jasmine or Jenna who all are fantastic waxers and fun to talk with.

Banessa is amazing! She made me feel so comfortable in my own skin. Thank you for making my first Brazilian experience an unforgettable one!

Depend on who work with the service can be different, I tired almost all of them but only 2-3 of them are patient with you and avoid of any Bruce and skin remove during waxing

Ive been an Urban Waxx customer for nearly a decade! I can hardly believe it myself, but I keep coming back to their salons because it doesnt matter who I book with, they are always incredibly professional, kind, punctual and also crazy good with eyebrows! I truly cant recommend any of their locations enough. Oh and bonus: Local woman-owned business!

The staff is very friendly before my wax always offering a drink while I wait. My wax technician is incredible and friendly. Always very efficient and giving advice on how to get the best results for our next session.

I’ve been coming to Urban Waxx for over 5 years now. Their services never disappoint!Banessa and Jenna are by far my favorite when it comes to Brazilians. They’re quick / efficient and honestly for the most part it’s not very painful.The front desk staff is also very polite. I’m always greeted and offered a beverage immediately. I recommend Banessa or Jenna to anyone looking for a wax, especially a Brazilian! :-)

Super friendly customer service, walked in was counseled in which eyebrow product matched my need, handed a mimosa and topped off with a quick, great wax. 12/10 recommend.

Banessa is very personable and has the best client connection of any waxxer (or any service person, really), ever! Its so easy to talk with her and it feels like we are friends. While I love urban Waxx as a brand and the quality/experience Banessa is really what keeps me as a client.

Called two hours before they closed and they got me right in. I orginally called thinking i had called European wax. I already have had mix feelings at European wax. They have been rude before, hurt me and didnt listen to what i had asked. I decided to say oh well and keep the appointment with urban wax to give it a try. Im glad that i did the lady at the front desk and the lady who did my eyebrows were so sweet and fun. I was shocked to see a snack bar and tea there as i havent seen that at other waxing places. They have other beaverages to people that are over 21. The lady who did my brows listened to what i had asked for and didnt over wax my eyebrows. I usually always leave feeling upset after getting my brows done. After leaving urban wax i am very pleased with my brows. I will keep going here.

Ive been here four times and had two different estheticians and they are great. You are also offered a mimosa when you arrive!

Not so good. Nose hair was removed, but also lots of skin. Not the experience Ive had with other places.

I really love this place. The atmosphere is perfect, they offer you a drink before your service and they do a great job on your wax.
