My phone needed its charge port replaced under warranty. They replaced the port, and it worked well. Only problem is there was a large scratch across my expensive screen protector. The kid tried to act like he didnt know where it came from, but we both know it wasnt there when I dropped my phone off... He said it could have come from a metal jig they put the phone in to remove the back. I asked if there was anything covering the metal to protect the screen.. He said no.They offered to replace it with a cheap plastic one, but mine was $50 and glass. If they would have just simply owned up to the fact they scratched it, and taken care of the replacement shipping for a new protector under warranty, this would have been a good review. What happened to accountability, especially for businesses?

This place is absolutely awesome! I have sent so so many people here already, they use OEM Samsung screens for repairs since they are Samsung authorized repair shop and their turn around time is amazingly quick!

This place is awful, take your phone elsewhere. Brought my pixel 4a here for repair. First time leaving the screen was lifting off my phone, called them and they said to bring it back and they would repair. Brought the phone back the next day, when picking up this time didnt say anything handed me the phone, I went on my way. On the ride home I noticed the sensitivity was messed up and I couldnt send messages, so I called again and then they told me over the phone the bezels were now broken on my phone (which they werent when I brought it in and was never mentioned during initial repair or when picking up the phone) and their repair to the lifting screen was to bend the screen up and reglue it back down. Their glue job was horrendous and there was new damage to the body of my phone, but not only extra damage now the screen was going haywire and not working. They said bring it back again and theyll replace the entire screen since it didnt work because they bent it while trying to glue it down, but they would need it overnight. Fast forward to today, my boyfriend went to bring the phone in and tripped and cracked the screen, no big deal right?? They were already replacing the screen due to their hack job of a replacement, and now my third time into the store to repair the stupid thing. Nope. Now that the screen has a crack they wont replace the broken screen, even though it was already haywire and I was told they were replacing it under warranty. Save your phone and take it elsewhere.

Staff was very nice and attentive. It took pretty long to finish fixing my screen but I am happy with the results.

This place is the Jimmy Johns of phone repair. My pixel had a weird screen issue and they fixed it in 2 hours! Being without a phone is a PAIN so having it done quickly takes the stress away. And Reece is a homie. Friendly, super helpful and knows what hes doing. Five stars.

My Pixel 3 had a strange issue with the battery showing a ? over it and no readout of percentage, as well as issues with android auto that I thought may be linked to the battery issue. The battery was replaced and my phone was ready to go only 2 hours after I dropped it off, and all issues were fixed. Im a happy customer!

Very fast repair service for the Pixel 4A cracked screen repair at a couple hours post drop-off as a walk-in. Cost was reasonable and one of the lowest I saw in my limited research (internet and calls) around Portland. Dont break your screen despite a screen protector and case like I did, but if you do, Id use these people again.

Needed a screen for our Samsung phone, called around & they were the cheapest. When we got there, Reece, who was very nice, said it was the screen protector that was broke. Duh on us but so happy! We will definitely return if we break anything for real!!

This is the second time Ive brought my phone to uBreakiFix -- the first time was a year ago for a broken screen, which was replaced within a few hours and is like brand new. This place is excellent!! They fixed my phone so Im grateful for that. But I was told it would take two hours tops. And I was stuck waiting on the island with an impending snow storm for 4 hours. Dont say it will only take two hours then have your customers waiting for four.

Great customer service. I had my galaxy s10 screen replaced. The employee told me it would likely be 2 hours before the repair was completed due to them being busy. I said that was fine and due to other obligations I would return to pick up the phone towards the end of the day. The kind man offered to stay late on his shift if he needed just so I could pick up my phone. What a nice gesture! When I returned to pick up my phone later they remembered me by name. I hope I never see these people again (just because I dont like breaking expensive electronics) but if I have to. I will return.

My samsung tablet suddenly stopped working correctly, and a trip to the samsung kiosk at best buy was not helpful. The guy there suggested this place, and i drove there. Logan listened to my story (i am not a techie), suggested it was probably an issue with a failed software update, and suggested either a factory reset (free) or a service they could do for a reasonable fee. I opted for the factory reset, and he spent quite a while walking me through it right at the counter! It worked! This place is the greatest! I will be recommending it to friends and going there from here on!

I was a dumbo and left my phone in my pocket and sat on it wrong and cracked my screen (Galaxy Note 9). I was debating on getting a new phone or just getting the screen fixed. I do not believe in phone insurance as they dont replace your phone with a real phone (certified replacement) and its $10-$15 per month which ads up considering I usually take great care of my stuff. I have had the note 9 for about 26 months so I would of spent about $342 with premiums and $30 deductible to get the screen replaced.Anyways, I Googled up close places to fix my screen and found ubreakifix in Jantzen Beach.Walk in appointment even during covid 19 and phone was finished looking brand new within 3 hours same day pay and pickup. $263.99 wasnt bad considering1. Excellent costumer service and communicating2. Fast same day fix3. Looks and works brand new4. They use only true OEM parts5. Brand new battery included in repair! (Battery replacement alone is usually $100)All things considered this isnt cheap but it was a great experience and excellent value considering I would of paid a net of $800-$1,200 for a new device even with trade in value for my cracked screen note 9.I highly recommend this shop if you have a broken screen cell phone and I am sure they are great at everything else based on my first experience.

I came in to get my charging port replaced. Isaiah took a closer look at my phone and told me it just needs to be cleaned. He took it and cleaned it for me and now the charging port works. No need for replacement.

I went in and spoke to Logan about my Google Pixel 2. I have had constant charge port issues for the past few months and finally it decided to stop charging. Logan asked me to wait a few minutes and took it back to inspect, when he came back out the charge port was working perfectly. Apparently it just needed cleaned. I really appreciated they checked it out before just replacing the part as I requested, they certainly have gained my business anytime I have phone issues in the future.
