Wow what a change of pace! I had gone down the street to another repair place called IPhone, Samsung Repair & Battery Replacement and left feeling incredibly ripped off and mistreated. iChihuahua was a completely different experience and I will give them all my business from now on! Alex was so kind, helpful, and quick about fixing my XS. He was not just trying to make money off of me like the other place, and even gave me suggestions on ways to save money (without paying him). Honest and effective. Took in my iPhone because it was difficult to get a charger to work. Asked them to replace the charging port. Their quote for that ($60) was $20 less than the lowest one I had received (I called 3 other places). When I took it in they cleaned it first. That was the fix. They then refused any payment. They easily could have charged me for replacing the port and didn’t. Amazing.

I had a great experience getting my iPhone XS screen replaced here. Workers were friendly and helpful, and pricing was very reasonable. As a novelist who researched the process ahead of time, they were receptive and respectful when asking questions and getting down to the details. A desire for quality was palpable, and I think the biggest concern for these types of places is trusting you won’t get ripped off and the repair is genuine. Plus there are pubs across the street to spend time during the repair, what more could you ask for. Definitely would recommend.

I dropped my iPad Pro face down onto a rock driveway. The face broke in two places and shatter lines around that. I am not a phone person and the IPad is my constant companion. I am a Computer User, not a Geek. The first shop said it would be a complete replacement for $280! I went down Hawthorne to Ichihuahua and got a far better price to replace the screen as well as friendly, respectful help. This will be my go to from now on!

I was having trouble with the USB charging port on my phone. After a brief phone consult I visited the shop. After a couple minutes of deft application of some tweezers, the charging port is working again! There was no charge, which is amazing. I know where Im going if I ever have another issue!

These guys are the best! Alex explained all the possible scenarios to fix two phones I had in need of repair. when the old 6S was unrepairable, they charged me nothing. My 8 had water damage and was having antenna issues which are difficult to diagnose, but Alex was honest about the situation and my options. I took my IPHONE 6s+ in for a battery replacement 11/12/2020. I called first to ask if I needed an appointment and was told no so I went right away. I told Ben that the phone battery drained in less than 24 hours for the past month and he said a phone that old was due for a replacement. When I dropped it off he said it would take 30 minutes. I returned in 45 minutes and he had not yet started but said that he could have it done 5 minutes. Then the phone rang ... then someone came in with a complaint ... then the phone rang again. And again. As I waited I was concerned about how much dust was in the shop and that i saw that he was sweating and his speech was really rapid. There was no ventilation or COVID precautions. I was concerned about dust and spit and sweat getting into my phone. I paid $45 for the battery and was told I’d get an email receipt but never did. Over the next few days there was no improvement in the battery charging and I sent an email to the shop. No one responded. I called the shop and Ben said that charging every 24 hours is normal so I asked why he told me it was not normal in the shop. He said “bring it back and I’ll put your old battery in the phone”. Really? I asked about the receipt and he said I did not need one. I insisted. Don’t go to this shop ... there are so many better options that respect customers.

My phone stopped charging and they managed to fix it same day for a very reasonable price. In addition to the charging port being replaced they fixed a broken home button and replaced my battery, quick and affordable.

Dropped my iPhone and the screen was obliterated. Everything on my screen was out of control, calling random numbers, automatically opening windows, etc. I brought the phone to iChihuahua and they repaired it within an hour. This folks are just amazing. My son is autistic and non-verbal, and he uses a special app on an iPad to communicate. So when he breaks the screen (as he has done 4-5 times now despite numerous screen protectors), its important to get it fixed fast. Not only are the prices at iChihuahua more than fair, they have always been very understanding of my situation, and have a great turnaround time, usually 24 hours or less. On top of that, because I take it in so often, the last time I went in they fixed it for free! Their work is always excellent, even on the older model iPad we have. They are always friendly, and never make us feel like they dont have enough time, or ask why the same iPad gets broken over and over. I cant recommend them highly enough. Skilled, quick, good prices, and compassionate folks to boot. They have my business for life!

This is THE PLACE for great inexpensive service for iPhones. With only 3 people they still replaced my battery and screen and corrected a wonky frame for only $60!!! All in an hour. I strongly recommend this business. Really nice. There’s a nice coffee shop (Oui Presse) just across the street so I just waited there.

I stumbled upon this business two years ago when my brand new iPhone 7 Plus had a terrible accident on it’s first few hours in my possession. They restored it to new in less than an hour, for a much more reasonable price than the Apple store offered. I have had absolutely no issues with this repair. My phone recently began having a charging issue, so I took it back in. They fixed it for me in less than 5 minutes, and were so incredibly helpful and professional. I mentioned that my battery doesn’t hold a charge like it used to. They offered to check my battery, and did so quickly and easily, and for free! They could have easily told me I needed a new battery now, but gave me an honest assessment that I could probably wait another 6 months before replacing the current battery. I will definitely be returning when it’s time to replace the battery, and if I have need of other repairs. I am so happy to have found a reliable trustworthy business for phone repair.

Spoke with Alex on the phone and he was extremely transparent and helpful regarding an issue with my boyfriends i watch. They weren’t able to “fix” the issue but were able to offer a temporary solution and did it free of charge. We will definitely come back in the future for any device repairs and highly recommend their service.

My daughters phone had a couple of different issues right in a row (#1 it stopped charging completely, #2 the touch ID stopped working and there was a non-responsive area of the screen). As much as we didnt love spending $ to fix an older phone, we had a really good experience with iChihuahua repair. They were frank, friendly, knowledgeable and totally didnt talk down to us at any point. They even offered to negotiate on price because wed been through the ringer with this phone (including a faulty screen repair done while traveling out-of-state). I would absolutely recommend this company and I would do business with them again if I ever need a repair on a phone or iPad.

The employees were kind and thats the best thing I can say.Brought it in on Tuesday got it back Thursday of the next week. I came in on Sunday and the dude tried to rush it to get it back to me and broke the wireless charging cable. It wouldnt have been too much of an issue for me if I didnt need my phone for work. I missed out on days of work because I couldnt confirm my schedule.They seemed to know what they were doing with other customers but I didnt have a great experience with them.

These guys are great! I went to a competitor first. They other guys said they couldnt replace the battery on my Galaxy S7 because to do so would require breaking the back glass. Then I took it to iChihuahua. They said no problem. They did the job in less than an hour. There was a weird problem after they replaced the battery. I took it back in and they said they would fix it and cover the costs if they needed to order additional parts. It turned out to be the proximity sensor had come disconnected. They figured it out quickly and fixed it right away. They are very friendly, the price is the best in town, and they stand behind their work. Im glad I found them.

I had googled “IPhone 6 GPS not working” and got lots of advice on resets, updates, etc. I tried everything except the hard reset, before I called this amazing outfit. The woman who helped me said it would cost $20 and she wouldn’t charge me if the new hardware didn’t solve my problem. I was in and out in 20 minutes, and the GOS and new WiFi antenna she installed are working flawlessly. iChihuahua is amazing, with great customer service and even a friendly chihuahua. These guys are my heros! I spilled water on my Macbook Air and even though they usually do smaller devices they were able to replace my keyboard and the parts damaged by water for less than $200. It has been over a week and my computer is still working; they did a great and very quick job that saved me from having to essentially buy a new computer!When I called a different store they told me over the phone it would cost at least $900 without even seeing my computer first. INCREDIBLY friendly and knowledgeable! I had a finicky iPhone 6 that had an issue with its charging/speaker port. Anna helped me out taking a look at my phone (cleaned it for free first to see if that was the issue!) and when it still needed some attention, their pricing was super affordable and done in a flash. Unfortunately my phone STILL was acting funky, but Anna gladly took it back and gave it some free TLC to make sure that it was in fine working order! They even put a screen protector on the phone for the trouble. Long story short, the staff is friendly, welcoming, knowledgeable, and take care of your phone like it was their own! Theyre independent and theres usually a dog there, so thats cool. They fixed my screen but broke the back and I had to go back when the part came in. They replaced and fixed the part they broke with no charge, and they were friendly and apologetic. Ill do business with them again, should the need arise. People make mistakes sometimes, so Im not upset about it. The chairs that I sat in while I waited were really comfortable on my back.

This was my 2nd visit to this repair shop. My power cord wasnt fitting into port and charging correctly. After Verizon told me my only option was to buy a new iPhone, I figured Id see what these guys could do. Busted out the microscope, cleaned out the port and now its working good as new! Repaired two phones for me: replaced cracked screen glass on iPhone Xs and replaced cracked camera lens on another iPhone Xs. I just walked in without an appointment to drop off and picked them up 90 minutes later. Everything looks good as new! Definitely recommend!
