This was a horrible experience! I paid 80$ for a screen that looked better cracked. Miguel fix the screen but the screen ended up being super dark and horrible quality. so I went and called him and he said he noticed how dark the screen was; and was going to give me a redo so I went back the next day got a redo and get the same quality which made my camera horrible. so I went to the place next to him and got it completely done and I paid extra money for that but it came out so much better.

Miguel was so helpful, professional, and a genuinely kind-hearted individual. My phone was pretty beat up and wouldnt turn on because water had gotten inside. I had lost all hope when I left the Apple store because they were unable to fix my water damaged phone. So I ended up having to buy a new iPhone. But I came across Talk N Fix right as I was leaving and saw a sign that they could repair water damaged phones. All of my photos/videos on my phone would have been lost if it wasnt for Miguel. He was able to repair it, transfer everything over to my new phone, and even help me set up my new iPhone, which Apple wouldnt help me with. Miguel is truly a hero! Would definitely go back if my phone ever had any other issues. Thank you so much for the awesome service!

Miguel did an amazing job fixing my iPhone. I had tried to replace a broken screen by myself, but wasnt able to complete it. He was willing to finish the screen replacement with my screen and gave additional advice and suggestions. He even saved my home button after I had used the wrong screw size on it. He only charged $45. Five stars, definitely recommend!

I went with my iphone 6s plus with intermittent charging issues. Miguel did an awesome job fixing my phone. Even though the screen was broken and missing pieces, I was pretty sure all it needed was a new screen. The guy at the AT&T store assured me that it was more than a screen and would cost +$200 to fix. I brought it here and Miguel had it fixed in 1/2 hour! For $60!

Pretty garbage place to do anything with.I bought 3 phone cases and out of the 3 only one of them had a functional charging port. I tried to plug my charger into my phone and the case was so poorly made that my normal apple charger wouldn’t fit.I came back to return it and they said they won’t return it despite 2 of the 3 I got weren’t even used. I’ll be leaving 1 bad review per phone case and one for every day that the owner decides to ignore calling me.

There was no fix!!! After being happily surprised with how quickly they could “fix” my broken screen, a few hours later I didn’t have a working screen! When I returned the very next day to ask for a refund a call had to be made to some mysterious person who promptly told no!! Very disappointing. Really poor quality and unprofessional. I will not be seeking their services again nor would I recommend anyone to use them. ALSO, @google, based on reading all the other reviews it seems a lot of the 5-Star reviews come from friends who seem to personally know the owner. Current score on your site seems skewed. Just an observation.

Absolutely terrible customer service. The worker barely answered any questions because he was too busy listening to something on his ear buds. Didn’t offer help. I visit this location about a week ago on business trip and wanted to buy my kids some cases for surprise when I got home. I have never experienced such treatment in my life. I ask the Latin guy if he can show me the Apple 5 cases. He just open case and turn away from me. He tell me one case is 25$ I ask can he do any cheaper price he says no takes the case out of my hand and walks away. Then starts telling other guy working how he doesn’t like cheap people and that I smell bad so he didn’t want to sell me anyway. Is racial I don’t know but customer shouldn’t be treated like this. If you are Indian or looking for good price don’t go here. I Mean This is Oregon everyone should be treat equal

My daughters IPhone 7 screen cracked and I researched around to get the prices and this had the best price! Later that day though her phone started to show pixels and then the screen would turn white every now and then. We brought the phone back a few days later and Christian took a look at it. He replaced it for me with no problems and didnt charge me for anything. I was bummed that I had just spent a bunch of money on her screen protector from T-Mobile and now we had to replace her screen. I asked if he could replace the screen protector as well with no cost since it was defective, he was totally cool with it and gave it me with no problems!!!!!! Christian is awesome and he will get the job done!!

Great customer service. August is amazing and explains everything perfectly. By far the greatest experience Ive had in a bad situation. Apple said they couldnt fix my phone. Walked outside and he fixed without any problem. Definitely going back when I have another issue. I Didnt feel like a customer felt like he was a friend Ive known.

This fruitcake quoted me $180 to replace my screen on my note4, but charged me $220.00 said come back in a week.. came back Phone was not ready.. he said he could do it while I waited.. except he began taking apart a note3. guy is a idiot. He broke one of the connectors on the new screen, said for me to come back in 2 weeks. I dont mind paying the 220, if its done right, done on time.. I am going to be asking for a full refund. Do not bring your phone here..find another company.

Garbage horrible service people there are rude and lie about everything. They never called us after three weeks they didnt even order the screen. The guys who worked there didnt even know what they were doing the manager is irresponsible and they didnt wanna give us our money back when we got it back I had to find and new place they also lied to us the third place gave me my phone after 2 weeks thank good over a month later I got my phone fixed because talk n fix are a bunch of liars!!!!

This place was awesome! So Christian replaced my broken glass on my IPhone about a week ago. Today it was showing the blue screen of death and wouldnt turn on. I took it back to Christian and he opened it up, replaced a one of the pieces, checked it over and BOOM! Its working again. He didnt even charge me for the new piece. What a great guy and wonderful company! I highly recommend them and will use them again if I need to. I just cant say enough about how wonderful Christian is and the company.

SHIFTY! I will NOT be using Talk n fix in the future! Purchased new screen for iphone 6. 2 days later phone started heating up excessively so took back to have fixed. I was told the battery needed replaced so payed to have new battery installed. Phone still heats up and battery drains really fast. Took back again and was told it was the mother board and nothing they could do about it.

Bought a broken phone case from them and refuse to return it. I literally had the phone case about 25 minutes before noticing that it doesn’t even let you use a factory charger.Owner pretends like giving me store credit for another case that does the same thing is okay, but that’s alright. I’ll make sure people online know not to do any business here.

My sister went in to get her iPhone screen replaced, and when she got it back, the camera was broken. She tried going back multiple times, and the guy wouldnt admit he did anything wrong. She recently broke the screen and got it replaced, and gave it to me for Christmas. I went in to get it fixed at a different place, only to find out that the guy at talk and fix REALLY messed up the camera and broke off a bunch of pieces that were essential to the function on the camera. The phone stopped working while he was trying to fix it, so now I have a dead phone and $100 wasted on a screen repair. Dont go to this place, please. I have no idea how theyre still in business. Dont waste your money.

Absolute scam. The parts they use are recycled and faulty and the guy working there couldnt care less. When I went back to return the screen he replaced (because it stopped working the next day) he told me he couldnt do anything and when I wouldnt leave called mall security on me. When I finally got my screen replaced properly, it was obvious that the one that Talk N Scam replaced wasnt a new part. The connectors were also bent and some of my original screws were even missing. Go literally anywhere else.

I had an unprofessional experience with the kiosk manager, Christian Day. He is the one with the facial artwork. He refused to honor a quote that another employee gave, which was fine - but then proceeded to be demeaning and say things like, Im not Walmart, I cant honor my prices just because the label is wrong. I was prepared to just pay the new price and give him the business because I didnt have much of a choice, but the way he treated me caused me to just leave the mall entirely.The other employee, Josh, was very confident in the quote he gave me, and confirmed it twice; once in person and once over the phone. He even gave me a business card for me to write the quote down so I wouldnt forget. I specifically went to Washington Square because of that quote, and Mr. Day behaved very unsatisfactorily when the mistake was realized.I am disappointed that Washington Square would lease retail space to mean-spirited and untrustworthy folks like this.

Not to mention my screen stopped working about a week after it was repaired and the big tattooed guy simply laughed at me and told me it was somehow my fault it stopped working and that he wouldnt replace his faulty screen. Ridiculously good service- After cellaris gave a list of reasons why the repair would not work, even refusing to change the home button on my iPad Air, I consulted Talk n Fix, as it was nearby. The technician was very friendly, was able to completely repair my device in half the time as was estimated by cellaris, and he even stayed past the closing time a bit to return my device! This was hands-down the best repair experience Ive ever received!

This place is the worst never come here, especially if your phone is an iPhone 7 and beyond because I went in to get a new screen and when I had gotten it back they broken a couple pieces in the phone and I ended up having to buy a brand new phone out of pocket. They were very rude about it and didnt try to offer any solutions and when I asked them why they hadnt told me that they didnt have the proper technology their response was... well you didnt ask So yeah dont go here unless you want a broken phone

The sales associate fixed the screen on the Iphone 6 and some how messed up the touch ID on the phone. It work when we dropped it off and didnt work after the screen was replaced. When we took it back he wanted to blame everything else except himself. Ask for a discount the manager Chris refused. Worst customer service ever and the quality of work is terrible. Buy insurance on your phone will be cheaper than what they charge. They dont know what they are doing. Go somewhere else. I had to take the Iphone to another place because the glass was put on wrong. The guy didnt align the glass properly so it blocked the camera and made the screen loose. STAY AWAY FROM THIS KIOSK!!

Christian is the best! He works wonders with iphones. He was able to extract photos from my SALT WATER DAMAGED iPhone 6s that had NO hope of recovery. Although its still damaged beyond repair (totally my fault #CostaRica#ThanksForNothingOtterbox), he spent over an hour getting it functional enough to briefly upload vacation photos (the only thing I cared about) to a laptop and then email them to me before it pooped out again. If he can do that with my phone, Im sure he can get anything else up and running in no time Great customer service, would recommend to anyone with iphone issues!

My wife and son went in to get his iPhone fixed, they approached the kiosk and talked to Christian Day. Cristian Day seemed a little upset that my son didnt remember his password for a minute then remembered making smart remarks. Cristian decided to put a new screen on it and said it was fixed my wife thought something was up so she had him put the old screen back on witch made him more upset and rude toward my wife and child. She ended up taking it elsewhere to a professional and found out he left screws loose as well as screws rattling around inside it. I tried calling them a few times no answer of course. I will be contacting the mall and going down there myself he will no longer be in Business after Im done.
