Best customer service Ive received in a loooong time!!! The two ladies that assisted me went above and beyond tha normal expectations of customer service. Please dear Lord, give them two a fat-a$$ raise ASAP!!!! Considering they can deliver such supreme customer service in the middle of essentially a constant stampede of people, is nothing short of a miracle!!! Ill tell ya what, these ladies are magical!!!

My phone dropped in a pool and I brought it here. Jess was super helpful with it. While my phone couldn’t be completely fixed, she gave us tips. She was very helpful and informative from the beginning. I knew exactly what they were going to try, the whole process, and the costs for any outcome up front. I would definitely bring my phone back here just because of how good the customer service is.

Miracle workers!!..... I just happened to be passing by their repair stand and had been having issues with the charging port on my Google Pixel 2. Cords werent fully inserting and staying in place anymore and it had been like that for nearly a year but I wasnt sure how to fix it or how much it would cost. On a whim I stopped by and asked the worker there, Michael, if there was a fix for my issue. Had barely even finished explaining the issue before Michael took out a pair of pliers and cleaned out lots of dust and lint and fuzz from the port of my phone and got it back to good as new. Literally took him 15 seconds. He wasnt going to charge me anything at first because it was such an easy fix for him but I convinced him to charge me something for it so I could tip him. Super nice guy, phenomenal service, highly recommend checking this place out for all your cell phone repair needs!!

Went to the different kiosks at Washington Square mall. Cellairis quoted me $55 to replace the lightning port on my iPhone 8, while talk N Fix quoted somewhere along $70, trying to explain it away by saying he had to replace all sorts of stuff as part of the assembly. As someone proficient in Tech but no expert, this raised red flags as he was talking like a sketchy mechanic. So Cellairis was my choice. After taking my name, and getting phone numbers, he grabbed a tool and promptly removed a pea-sized chunk of lint from the port. Lo and behold, all problems gone. He told me not to worry about paying, and ended up saving me a costly repair. I have a feeling Talk N Fix would have ripped me off...

I recently went to help get my friends iPhones front screen and back camera fixed, and it took way less time than I thought and looked great! Then I got my iPhones charging port fixed in like 2 minutes!

Excellent service! I had my screen fixed at another place as well as a new battery installed. It also had a problem that they said they couldn’t fix. She new exactly what the problem was before she even opened it. After she opened it, she immediately found the problem the other shop had missed. She also showed me the cheap battery that they installed that only lasted about four months. This will be my go to place for any future repairs.

I was helping a colleague attempt to fix his iphone XR after spilling coffee on it.Apple warranty would not cover liquid damage and had outsourced their iphone repair to bestbuy. (?) .The next appointment at any local apple/bestbuy was 7 days out.We checked Cellairis and she said to come right down and she could look at the problem.The young lady who helped is was wonderful. She explained the process and pricing very clearly and then completed the repair within an hour.We had a bit of residual moisture the next day and she fixed it immediately, no additional charge.Very competent,Very professional.i would seek her out for any issues.

This place is an absolute joke, would give negative stars if possible. I called ahead of time because we live on the coast and its a long drive, was told $280 to replace the screen on my phone, made the drive out they were an hour late opening then told me it would be $375 to fix the phone. Needless to say I will take my business elsewhere

I am absolutely amazed with Jesse, Michael, and James who helped me out with my galaxy note 9 after I dropped it in water.I went to a few other phone repair places before Cellairis and they all refused to work on my phone. They all just recommended getting a new phone.But not only did Jesse do the water clean out, screen and battery replacement at a reasonable cost for me, she and all of the other technicians were also kind, knowledgeable, and a pleasure to talk with.5 star service.

Took my Iphone 6 128gb AT&T here to get a new screen put on it to pass onto my father who has demolished his android, The guy at the counter (6/13/18 6:00pm) was great. He was working the counter by himself so he was very busy but he let me drop off my phone and pick it up later that evening as he had a big screen repair in-front of me.the price was also very fair at $60.00 and fitting me in with no appointment was awesome.will come again for my glass needs.

They did a great job on the battery replacement for a Pixel phone. Good prices, did a good job communicating about the repair when an additional part was needed, and they paid overnight shipping on it to get the phone operational again.Even after all of that they even honored the coupon from their business cards! If I need a repair in the future they will be the first place I check with.

Stellar serviceWe were from out of town and needed a new screen for our Samsung S9. They have the exact screen we needed and in the blue color. We dropped it off, ate a quick lunch and the phone was fixed. The phone looks brand new. The technician was professional and friendly. Highly recommend.

Came here because my Mac book wouldnt start. Didnt know the problem exactly but the guys told me they would check it out then give me a call. Got a screen protector here, with a lifetime replacement guarantee . It was practically crumbling to pieces within 2 months. So I went back for my lifetime replacement and they said it would cost $10 for it. (It cost $15 originally.) thats not the definition of a replacement guarantee. That just means youre welcome to return so we can rip you off again

Oh man. Took my Pixel XL in for a charging problem and Micheal fixed it in a second, turned out it was just some easy maintenance.Id been dealing with that for months... jamming the charger in as hard as i could (even pressing it up against a wall) and making sure absolutely nobody touched it cuz the slightest bump would cause it to disconnect. Now Im embarrassed haha.Staff was super friendly and knowledgeable, had a bunch of specialized tools at the ready like they were prepared for anything. I highly recommend and will come back again if something new happens!

I visited Cellairis at the Washington Squares location and I had a great experience! All three of the employees there were super helpful and nice. I felt like they gave me the best possible deal and even included a tempered glass protector for an incredibly low price. If for some unfortunate reasob my phone shatters again, I wont hesitate to come back. Overall, I was super satisfied.

Asked how much to fix a cracked screen, and the guy quoted me almost a hundred dollars more than the place across the street. I let him know in a kind manner that his website said there was an offer on cracked screens, and that his competition charges much less, and he completely disregarded me. He was a bit upset that I didnt bother to listen to his rant about having better customer service then the other guy, because he was being rude to me right there on the phone! He rushed me off the phone, interrupted me as I was speaking to tell me to have a nice day! I would never pay that much to work with someone who had no experience dealing with people! Went in with a cracked screen and the awesome (and attractive) sales person fixed it quickly and efficiently. She was even nice enough to make sure I knew to back up all of my info in case it required a reset. Amazing service. My phone was cracked, bent, had screen bleed and spacing and sometimes the top piece of glass would fall off! I dropped it off at Cellairis while I was at work and was able to come get it on my lunch. Very convenient, friendly and fast(!) service.
