Had my cracked screen repaired here and it was super easy and fast. It was a Verizon Asurion insurance claim. Originally scheduled a 2 hour window for an in-home tech visit (only option on the claim site) but they texted me the next day and said they had in-store appointments available. Took less than 10 minutes and looks great, warranteed for a year I guess. Also put a screen protector on for $10.

Brought my phone here for a screen repair through Asurion phone insurance. Technician was professional and got the job done right very quickly. Love the location right upstairs in the State Theatre, in a cool little shop. Guy had a TV out on the floor in pieces, guitar amps, gaming systems, looks like he could fix any thing.

Mouthy, rude, unprofessional, tells me I have to jump threw hoops if I want him to fix my phone. If I talked to my customers that way Id be out of business. Forget trying to call him on the phone. He doesnt respond apparently only if he feels like it. Complete fail as an experience. Dont waste your time..

Eddie has fixed a few phones for me now and I wont go anywhere else. His prices and quality are much better than the chains Ive used in the past such as those found in the mall. I cant recommend his work any more highly.

I had an appointment set up with Tardiff Electronics through my cell phone insurance company. They met me at my house and called 15 minutes before hand to let me know they were on their way. When they arrived, they were courteous and professional. The job was done in about 20 minutes! I highly recommend using this service.

I cracked my screen on my galaxy s8 and Eddie came to fix and replace it. He replaced the screen fine but come to find out hours later he did not connect everything back properly as I attempted to charge it, and my battery decided to swell and almost blow up. It’s been a nightmare to get a new phone since my old one is toast. I would give a one star but the screen was technically “fixed”. Would not recommend Tardiff electronics to anyone.

Really knows what hes about when it comes to repairing electronics. Had him as my repair guy for Asurion and he fixed my Note 8 screen in a little over half an hour. Great repair, but the adhesive on the backplate of the phone didnt take well, so I called him. He readhered the plate with stronger stuff for free!

Over the years, I have searched for someone to help with my electroneeds. Thats such a commonplace way to start a review, but its exceptionally true. Also, I use the term electroneeds because I have found someone who can not only help me with computers, but with all other electronics -- speakers, phones, laptops, vinyl record players, receivers, EVEN the doctoring of slightly damaged vinyl records themselves, Eddie, at Tardiff Electronics, has helped me immeasurably.Back in 2014, I was quoted a sum by Apple far beyond what I could pay to fix a broken screen on an IPhone 5C. When I contacted Eddie, not only did he assure me he could repair my product, but he acquired the parts, himself (a screen and digitizer), and then repaired my phone and had it shipped back to me in a few days. On my recommendation, he also repaired the screen of an IPad for a very close friend of mine; this was a couple years ago, and shes still got the IPad in-action. When my wife was having issues with her phone from afar, Eddie helped troubleshoot for a very fair fee; its become clear to me that Eddie doesnt just repair items, hes interested in helping people acquaint themselves with their items, as, hes a man who knows much about the electroneeds of himself, and will impart that into others.Recently, I was in need of a new sound system. Mine was badly damaged in a move cross-country. Purchased repair for I pad Pro on Ebay, told me 2 day turn around. After sending it back a second time, they returned it to me a month later, totally broken, non-responsive paper weight. I am out a 1200 dollar ipad, and 400 dollars in repairs and shipping. No returned calls, no emails, nothing.Stay away.
