We took my grandsons laptop in to be upgraded and I can’t say what an outstanding job Tommy did. The whole experience was seamless and we actually got the computer back before the promised time. The cost was slightly less than we would have paid at Best Buy and the service was 1000 times better. Never a surprise or hidden charge - great communication throughout entire process - super friendly staff, great prices and even gave me multiple choices from what I needed for a minimum level repair and what I could choose to speed up my computer even more, etc. so I could choose out of my own price range. I have a rather large gaming computer that had taken quite a few bumps during the moves over 6 years. That and I honestly didnt take care of it as well as I should have. Needless to say, it was covered in dust in every nook and cranny.It was in need of extensive maintenanceI spoke to Tammy over the phone who was very helpful and patient with my questions.When I went to the shop, I spoke with Tommy who is a technician there and he gave me an absolutely fair estimate on the work that would need to be done.He takes everything apart and cleans them by hand which is something I can respect.I had also informed him that I wished to upgrade my system in order to better handle my games.When all was finished he told me that I didnt need the upgrade I was looking for because I had so much dust in my hardware, that alone could be the cause of my issues.He was right. My computer is quieter, cooler and runs perfectly now.I mention this because he couldve just thrown extra hardware in there to make extra money; but he retained his honesty.I plan on taking my computer there biannually if not more frequently for standard maintenance.I highly recommend this business

I have a Asus touch screen laptop & my wonderful kids broke the screen. So I had a friend Jesse take it to them on Monday evening by Friday it was ready for pick up. Not at all what I imagined paying I was thinking $300 or up with them it was less then $160 & everything works works wonderful!! Thank you for fixing my life support lol!!
