This was a very disappointing and painful experience. I asked the owner to put Microsoft Word Office onto my new computer as well as transferring files. I paid a decent amount for the service. Because I am not computer savvy, I assumed I was getting a valid version of Office. Not the case. Instead I discovered one day months after, the product activation failed. I couldnt type anything on Word. When I called Microsoft support, they informed me this was put on my computer unlicensed. Also, right after I started using the program, my new HP became filled with virus attacks and spams and rip offs. Whatever Malware he installed was ineffective. When Ive tried to sign in to certain websites like Microsoft with my email, I got a response that your email is already in use. Huh?Unraveling this mess has taken hours of my time. When I drove by the Portland store, theres a sign that says closed! Is this place open or not? It felt like I was undermined, taken advantage and ripped off. Definitely not recommended or a business you can trust!

Worst service ever. Carelessness of your devices. I give it -5. Very bad businessI will rate this place a -5 if its possible five stars rating for worst customer service. These people are bad business, they are very inconsiderate of your devices. Never open to their business hours. Dont answers phone calls. I dropped my laptop there to replace a power button they had my laptop there for three and a half weeks I called them to follow up on them to order the parts they needed and they never answer my phone calls they never open. One day I go there in person and out of the blue theyre open and I asked them why is it a problem for you guys to follow it up with me and the lady at the front desk was quite and has no explanation,carelessness handed my laptop broken open parts all over place. Terrible service.

Mike did a FABULOUS job! I went in thinking I would need a new computer and spend my whole tax refund on it. He was able to set me up in a refurbished computer (that looks and functions like its brand new) AND moved all my old data from my old computer to the new one for a VERY reasonable price. I HIGHLY recommend Mike for ANY computer needs you may have. 5 stars and many thanks!!

Very straight up and honest guy, whole heartedly recommended. The whole transaction was short and simple with no games to hike up the price. I took a discontinued gaming mouse to this place to be resoldered and they did a fantastic job. 10/10

Friendly service and knowledgeable.

My laptop was corrupted and ha a couple of hidden viruses. Michael was able to repair it and remove the viruses. In addition, he cleaned up the hard disc of unused and outdated files. Very satisfied with the work.

It took a week for nothing to be done on my computer even though I was told that it would be looked at by tomorrow. There were several left messages and a handwritten note on the door, and they were all blatantly ignored. The store never seems to be available to walk in as well. Im aware that events in life can take you away from work, but that does not excuse you from not taking five minutes to tell someone what is happening to their computer. (Or in this case, not happening).
