Brian was terrific. I appreciate so much that he was able to squeeze me in at the last minute to replace my stolen catalytic converter, was able to get me a loaner car, and then was also able to get the service done several days sooner than expected. He was a huge help with my insurance claim as well, made sure to document everything thoroughly and offered to talk to them directly if they gave me any trouble. He turned an otherwise expensive and unpleasant situation into as easy and painless a process as possible. A true mensch.

I live in Bend and had to come over on the weekend to see and purchase the car. Emma, Crystal, and Chris E. communicated with me throughout the week, responding to my questions, and helping me comfortable driving all the way in to get the car. They save the car for me on Saturday night and through Sunday morning so I could travel. Chris was great to work with, we had a great test drive, and he even took the Yakima rack inserts off my old car for me because I had forgotten to take them off. He deserves a gold star for his customer service. My husband is looking for a truck and I told him how great the staff treated me and how comfortable I felt with them. His question for me was Do they have any used trucks?. I would definitely buy from them again.

After purchasing my car from you I have consistently serviced with you. Live and learn. Your prices are inflated. $190 an hour for a mechanic? Everywhere is cheaper than this.I paid your diagnostic fee, got a rental car, had it towed to a reputable place and it still cost me less than you! Considering a dozen or so years I’ve been a customer I feel completely ripped off.My experience before this was deplorable. Needed an oil change and a power steering pump. $1500 later and you forgot the oil change? How could this get by your service check? Had to schedule this for the next day and wait around for over two hours. Again, deplorable service and this ends my business with you.Don’t send me some we’re sorry letter. You’re not and it’s insulting.

Kudos to Spencer and Levi! I came to my 4:00pm appointment I made by phone. I found out my appointment was actually at 3:00pm. I didn’t look at my reminders because, I remembered!!! Spencer made a quick call and was able to get my car in. Levi took care of me even after he was finished for the day. Both went beyond β€œtheir jobs” to get my appointment completed like I was expecting. Truly, I have never received that kind of service before! In fact, two separate times I was left sitting for over three hours because I was forgotten. I won’t buy another car from that dealership because of my service I received by the service department. What a great experience we had from the first test drive, to several months later when we purchased a new 2021. Rob was extremely patient and made the process painless. I found the car I wanted on the Kuni website - a 2011 Toyota Avalon Limited...I want to say that the Service Team at Kuni Lexus is amazing. Ive always had bad luck with service teams but the team at Kuni have been beyond professional. I actually enjoy coming in to see them and Ive started moving away from going to my local shop in favor of the dealership.Ed is my direct service writer and I enjoy chatting with him whenever I come in, which has mostly been for oil changes, to be honest. When I picked up my car. I didnt even see my advisor. They said my car is ready then one of the worker cant even tell whos name Ryan is assigned to my vehicle. I didnt know there were to Ryan! I waited in front of one cause hes in a phone or something. After he talked to someone he didnt even acknowledged my presence. Then someone told me again is the other Ryan. His booth is close to the garage door. I waited in there cause hes helping someone then finally the lady who has a booth in the customer entrance helped me out. She was very friendly and knowledgeable. The only reason I go there is because we have a prepaid maintenance. Other than that I wont. We bought our vehicle almost 4 years now and I dont even have a designated advisor.

I am not satisfied and very disappointed with overall experience. shouldnt have to pay for a part that was broken during the service, and not knowing after the incident. Not a very good experience compared to different Lexus dealership (Hawaii). Wouldnt recommend to friends or family and most likely not going back for service there.

When making this last appointment: I could not select a service advisor as in the past, when I could view and select an advisor to see their calendar for an open appointment time. I could also view the calendar to see what dates were open to get a loaner vehicle for the day. Otherwise, service is still outstanding. Big disappointment for me was that Lexus stopped making a part for my car that is only 12 years old.

He was personable, talkative, friendly, attentive to our needs/wants, and did not pressure. He was understanding when we left to go check out other vehicles. Ryan was excellent and efficient. It does not compensate for bad experience in the past trying to get air bag replaced . I vowed to NEVER be back. Unfortunately, the only way I could repair navigation system was to visit your dealership. Where i paid $3000 for an outdated system. Roads that are several years old are not on system. My car is 2016 but navigation system seems older. When I have more time i am going to see year some of the missing roads were constructed. I was not made aware that i could get navigation system older than my car. Who cares, right?

Just called today, however, to get some much needed services done and the lady from the service department was less than helpful. She said I couldnt drop my car off today, for it to get services at a later date, because I couldnt get an appointment? (I didnt need it fixed immediately, today, today was just the only day in my schedule I have time to drive 1.5hrs to Portland to the nearest Lexus dealership to drop off my car, but I guess todays not a good day for them?) My understanding was that owning a Lexus meant you were backed by Lexus. If my car needs services and I can drop it off today for your service department to fix at its convenience, dont you think they would say bring it on in sir, drop it off and well take care of it when we can? Weird that she wouldnt allow me to drop it off today.

Chris Eggerts was phenomenal. Our search for a vehicle was not typical, as we flip-flopped on make and model we were looking at purchasing. Adding to frustrations was the vehicle shortage at most dealerships, which severely limited choice. After doing in-depth research and deciding to purchase a Lexus (it fit the criteria of luxury, sporty, and reliability we were looking for) we stepped foot into Kuni Lexus. The level of customer care and amenities are unparalleled elsewhere, and Chris was knowledgeable and patient with us. We felt supported and understood through the shopping and purchasing process. He managed what I had assumed would be impossible- getting us into a vehicle that was on the production schedule that was not only the F-Sport we wanted, but was equipped with all the options we desired as well. The technology expert (Rowan) was awesome, giving expert instruction on the vehicle systems. The finance manager (Debra) was professional, friendly, and helped guide us through the financing options and additional packages without pressure. The follow up call and e-mail after purchase was also much appreciated, we felt cared for even after the transaction. I will highly recommend Kuni Lexus to anyone in the market for a vehicle.

We traded in our Subaru for a new Lexus and we were so happy with Kuni Lexus for making everything so easy. I called in and spoke with Chris, our salesperson, and we handled a lot of the details over phone and text before driving in. We test drove the car we thought wed like but ended up not enjoying it as much as we thought we would. But we saw this other cute car and Chris was super nice about getting it off the front display area for us to drive. We hadnt planned on leaving with a car, but they gave us an amazing deal on the new car and a very agreeable trade in. Were now a happy Lexus family and love our UX250h F Type. And during this pandemic we felt very safe in the dealership. It was a little different car buying experience than usual but it was very easy. I highly recommend this dealership if youre in the market for a Lexus. And Chris was very professional, courteous, and not at all pushy. He and several team members stayed until nearly 9pm to make sure we left in our new car. I must say that we appreciate everything theyve done for us so far and I think our next several cars will all be Lexus.

Jeneva Keller and Rob Waller were truly outstanding. They kept me informed every step of the way, and even followed up after the sale. I couldnt ask for more attentive sales people. I am in love with my car, especially the TOUCH SCREEN, which is why I purchased this model. The engineering was extremely well thought out. It seems as though they REALLY LISTENED to what the consumer wanted / needed. The only thing this car doesnt do is make breakfast!

I accidentally showed up a week early to my appointment to inspect a car I just bought before my window to return was up. Just wanted to make sure everything was good to go before I was the new owner. They were extremely helpful and said they could schedule me in that day, looked/provided up the cars history, offered me a loaner car (I declined and said I could wait), and had a waiting room that would make ron burgundy jealous. My first experience at a lexus dealership and I am sold. Probably not the cheapest cars to own, but the service is worth it. Even got a video after my service showing them inspecting my car and a handful of lindor chocolate truffles. Like I said classy AF..... Well done Kuni Lexus of Portland. Well done.
