First off, I have done quite a few car deals and worked with various dealerships across the Northwest. I located the vehicle that I was interested in, called them and talked to John Hix Who said he would have the vehicle ready for me. Not only was it a fantastic vehicle, it was a wonderful buying experience. Not once did I get passed around from a sales person to a sales manager to a finance manager etc... The price was great, but the experience was even better. And another shout out for Brian, sales manager. If you are looking for a no stress, no hassle dealership this is the place!

At first our purchase was a great experience however that was because all they wanted was our money!! We were sold a vehicle that the second key we have for it isnt even for my vehicle they first said 300 to get a new one then went to 600. The salesman John does not return any phone calls they are useless and will NEVER buy another vehicle from them again.!!!! We are going to cancel the extended warranty because I refuse to give them another dime of our money. Take this as a lesson learned. They are horrible and only care about making that sale and when they do they dont care about you as a customer after that so I no longer have a great review for them... -10.

We were told the guy who does that called in sick. It would seem someone could of done his job for a new car buyer. We showed our friends our new car and several remarked about the way the car looked.We are very pleased with the car!!!

A bit disappointed. I thought these guys were supposed to be one of the best? The nice man who sold me the car told me how great Bob Lanpheres customer service is and how this dealership prides themselves on doing the right thing. His philosophy is that when some one is unhappy they tell 10 people, so just make them happy in the first place. And so my complaint begins....I purchased a used vehicle around July/August and during the first good rain there were puddles inside the car just 2 months later. I called to explain this when I figured out what was happening and they would not rectify the issue and wanted to charge $1400 for a clogged sun-roof drain. Wow!You can literally go on You-tube and see them run a cable down the tube or spray compressed air to unclog it. They told me it was a complicated process. Really? Im debating whether I even want to go in for my first free oil change. So now I am stuck dealing with this (which I am positive was an existing issue when I bought it) by myself.Great ethics in business is doing the right thing, even if it is difficult or not to your advantage. I was really hoping this dealership was going to come through on this one.

A little over two weeks ago our car was totaled in an accident caused by a driver who ran a red light while looking down at his phone. Thankfully my husband survived it, but our car did not. Which led us to have to quickly find a replacement. We found the car we wanted online and reached out to the dealership to see if they still had it. Hanna replied quickly and I went in to look and had the pleasure of working with Jonny. He was great and very personable- I never felt pressured. He made every step simple and helped us get back on the road quickly with a fantastic car! I would highly recommend this dealership and working with Jonny.

Saw a vehicle we were very interested in advertised online and went in for a test drive. The dealership was kind enough to let us view and drive the vehicle before it had gone through presale services. There were numerous issues with the vehicle that they said were on the list to be repaired. They wanted us to sign paperwork before the repairs were done. Instead we said we would like to see the repairs finished and then we would purchase a vehicle for cash. They said that was fine and that it would take a few days to do the repairs and that they would call us when it was ready and we had first right of refusal. A few days later when we hadnt heard anything, we called the dealership and were told that the vehicle was sold. When we called to inquire about what happened and to determine why we didnt get first right of refusal like we were told, they asked us if we had anything in writing about being told that, then proceeded to basically tell us too bad. Two of us heard it from their mouths, but evidently words dont mean anything anymore and nor does a handshake. Not only will I never do business with another Bob Lanphere dealership, I will tell everyone I know not to do business with them either.

We had a wonderful buying experience with great customer service at Beaverton Infiniti, very smooth relaxing environment offered us coffee and water no pushiness at all. Our salesman Neil went above and beyond to make sure we loved the vehicle and walked us through how everything functioned in the car, the keychains he gave us for purchasing from him was very thoughtful. He even took pictures and sent them to us after. Finance worked with us , getting payments to what we could afford, Paperwork with Junior went incredibly smooth it was a great experience all around. I would highly recommend them and definitely come back in the future.

I only felt a smidge of pressure regarding warranty purchases (no means no, guys!), but hey, that’s their job. I was in and out in three hours and felt really good about my purchase. COVID-19 precautions were taken. I would definitely recommend them to other folks looking to buy a new or used car.

I just got my 2017 Infiniti q50 here not too long ago. Absolutely love it! Alan was great! When I had shown interest in the car and contacted them to see if it was still available, he got back to me almost immediately and helped me set up a time and day to come see/test drive it. This is my first big girl purchase and he made it very easy with a variety of financing options. And I like that they only sell new or pre-certified cars! Highly recommend Beaverton Infiniti.

I wish zero stars was an option. We looked for a car for months and finally found our perfect car. We had the test drive, working up the payment plan, signing papers, when WE discovered our salesperson Allen wrote up the wrong car!! We disclosed this information to our Allen, ultimately saving Allen from a huge mistake!! This mistake took precious time we didn’t have to spare. Allen told us no problem it was his mistake and to come back tomorrow at 1 o’clock, we will have the everything prepared. As we prepared to drive another trip over hour away we received a text he sold the car to someone else!! We called to try to understand how this could happen when we had a deal and I was told he’s sorry and he had to go. I have never had such horrific customer service in my life and truly expected better from them.

What an amazing car buying experience. Emily was so down to earth and no B.S. that one usually has to deal with while buying a car. This is the first time I’ve ever worked with a sales person for the entire transaction. How refreshing not to get the usual runaround with all other car dealers, hopping from room to room with multiple finance managers, etc. all wasting my time. Definitely not the situation here! A completely different buying experience ! I appreciated Emily’s sincerity and attention to what I wanted. She stayed with me the entire time, worked hard for my financing, and did all of the paperwork with me. This was by far the easiest transaction I have ever had! My husband and I were visiting Portland for our anniversary when our car wouldnt start. The tow truck driver put the cables on wrong and blew a fuse that protects the electrical system. Steve at the dealership was very accommodating and helpful. He ordered the part, had it repaired and we were on the road back home at noon. Customer service is non existent. I have been buying cars here for nearly 20 years. I took my car in for an estimate to replace a fog light. There were no other customers. The service tech said he would have someone come help me, but nobody showed. After a long wait, I left. I phoned later that morning to try to get the info via phone. I was shuttled from the parts dept. to service, and the call was disconnected when transferred. I phoned a second time and was told nobody could help me, but the operator would send the service dept. an email and ask if they could call me. I give up. Never again will I set foot in this place. It is as if I am begging them to take my money and they refuse to do so.10/13/20 ADDENDUM: In response to the reply below from Beaverton Infiniti (who took over 3 weeks to reply to this review)...I DID speak with the manager 3 weeks ago and provided specific and detailed information about my experience there. They obviously lost track of that, as well. This just reinforces my impression of this place.

We returned a car after a lease in impeccable shape. The guy at the dealership even commented how nice it was and he knew some Nike execs who are excited to buy this car. He told us we shouldnt get any fees. A few months later, we get a letter saying we have been turned over to collections for a balance of $550. We never received a letter. Didnt receive any phone calls. We would have been understanding if someone contacted us and explained the reasons for the fee....nope....straight to collections. We are fortunate to be able to afford this and clear it up, but being a business owner myself, I feel this is very unprofessional.

Needed service for my brakes, and after shopping around, Beaverton Infiniti had the best rate. After a multi-point inspection, they found a couple other pressing things that needed to be addressed rather promptly.I worked with Erik, who is an absolutely awesome service adviser: knowledgable, personable, and genuinely down-to-earth person to work with. I kind of had a face-palm moment when I got the quote for the work that needed to be done, but Erik came through and was able to help me out a bit. I was really glad to have brought my car here for service, and will do so in the future as well, even though it is a little bit of a drive, and out of the way for me- Beaverton Infiniti made the costly servicing suck less.I really appreciated the attention-to-detail, and customer-focused level of service both to my car and to me. It seems like a really outstanding team they have!

I have been bringing both our cars for service here for some time and have spent a great deal of money at this dealership. The service agents most of the time are dishonest but my recent visit will be the last. Recently I took my wifes FX35 in for an oil change and I was told that the car needed the power steering fluid flashed which I thought was weird and early but I said yes anyway. I picked up the car, got home and checked to find out that they didnt perform the service. This is terrible customer service and a terrible practice. I wont be returning. Very disappointed.

Beaverton Infiniti. Great service department! Yet dealing with the sales is like pulling your teeth and hair out at the same time.I lease my vehicles every 3 years. Three years ago when I was in the process of negotiating my new lease, 4 sales people locked me in a room and started a deeply psychological pressure process (by pushing to sign) to the point that it felt like I was fighting for my life. There was lots of screaming and yelling. I kicked one of them out and ended up getting the deal I wanted. But realistically, who wants an experience like this? No one; not even me, and I am a good negotiator and know how to read the numbers (read further below).I am at the end of my lease again, and yet again was not looking forward to the negotiation part. Not with Beaverton Infiniti.Alan contacted me, and I shared with him my dreadful experience from the past two lease negotiations. He said they were different now and its all about transparency. One person - one price he called it.I was cautiously intrigued.Yesterday were my 5th and 6th visits to Beaverton Infiniti, and I walked out. Again.Beaverton Infiniti lured me in by a $8,550-$12,450 dealer incentive supported by $2,000 Infiniti customer loyalty program.Yes in fact the dealership changed their business model, hired all new staff, published all prices, incentives, charges and fees.“Transparency” is the word they (Alan) used in all conversations with me over and over again building the atmosphere of trust and how much easier it is today to buy a car from Beaverton Infiniti. Nothing was hidden!So whats the trick?There is always a trick, and I found it buried deep in numbers which required a calculator.How do you get a $684.24 payment on a $48.6K lease? It supposed to be $520-$550 in this economy when the money is free.Well, because you hit your customers with 7% APR loan interest (money factor value multiplied by 2,400).For those of you who don’t like math, this translates to buying a new car at MSRP on a 0% loan. A 7% loan completely dissolves the $8,550 dealer incentive over 39 months.You never buy or lease a car at MSRP. You just dont. You always negotiate.As I walked out from Beaverton Infiniti and went down the street to Beaverton Honda, their money factor (0.0011875) on a $37K 2020 Honda CR-V lease translated to 2.85% APR, and this is reasonable. Residual value was at 65% for a hybrid on a 36 month 12K/year lease unlike 55% for a gasoline Infiniti QX50 10K miles and a 39 month lease.Now that I knew where the catch was, my counter offer to Beaverton Infinity was to either drop the price by $4,600 or money factor to correspond to 2.85-3% APR.Beaverton Infiniti wouldn’t negotiate, not even Costco terms.For those of you who are Costco members, Costco auto purchase/lease program generally gives you $1,500 off the dealer invoice price (not the MSRP, so that you know).I offered to bring my own financing, and no surprise there: Beaverton Infiniti pulled their $8,550 dealer incentive. Thats the second catch!I guess it really is one person - one price and no negotiation.I left. Deeply disappointed.I visited five more dealerships in the area in search of a new car (now that driving an Infiniti is out of question) and shared my story. The best comment I received on the 7% APR Beaverton Infiniti (not Infiniti Financial Services, since I called IFS to confirm the money factor/rate) offer to me was Holly Lord! This comment still makes me smile. Other dealership were transparent about their money factor, and it was half of what I was offered at Beaverton Infiniti. So much for customer loyalty.Bottom line: dont confuse Itemization and Transparency. Look at everything, count everything (or take with you a person who knows how to interpret the numbers).I don’t feel I’ve wasted seven hours examining all number and calling around. I didnt waste $4,600 I didn’t have to.(Update: I ended visiting Infiniti of Tacoma. Ended up leasing a fully loaded QX50 Autograph using Costco auto lease program at $17K off the MSRP at 4.4% APR.)

Everything was good except the one posted price. The price I had to pay was several THOUSAND dollars over the price stated on the internet web site for the car. The sales manager tried to explain something that the web site doesnt work right. Ive been a Beaverton Infiniti customer for awhile and this was pretty disappointing. Fix your software or quit making claims about one low price.

Greg is highly personable and has a great sense of humor. Steve the sales manager is also very personable and once we got down to numbers the entire process was very straightforward and transparent. I was not rushed into a decision and they didnt use any high pressure sales tactics on me. It felt more like a conversation. Without prompting they showed me money factor, residual, etc. They also were very honest with me regarding the impact of down payment on the lease vs other factors. No haggling here which is refreshing.I didnt end up going with the car but no doubt about it, I recommend this dealership and especially Greg to anyone in the market for an infiniti.

I was judged immediately upon arrival and refused the opportunity to test my dream car, that im working towards. They openly discriminate against people who they think will joy ride vs buy a car. It hurt and felt weird they were running my credit without figuring out what car I was even interested in. I called and the manager confirmed yes they can make that judgement call. So im reporting on all platforms. Cause how can you judge someone by looking at them, he had no clue if my parents and someone else was buying it for me, makes me wonder how many others they have done this to.

I can’t say enough good things about Beaverton INFINITI. Together my husband and I have purchased over 40 vehicles so I can honestly say that this was the best vehicle buying experience we have ever had. Our salesman, Craig was absolutely phenomenal. He didn’t try to sell us something we didn’t want. He spent his entire time making sure we were happy and getting what we want. He listened to our concerns and made this real go smoothly. The finance gentleman, Junior is the best I have ever dealt with. Seriously, he made the finance process so easy and quick. Everything was ready for us to sign. We didn’t have to do anything. First off... We love our new QX50. However, the dealer experience was disappointing. The time it took from decision to signing was over 3 hours! Mind you, there were not many potential new car buyers wondering around the lot.. It was us and a two other pairs.I have to say the most disappointing part of the experience was the new car handoff. Little to no effort was made to walk my wife around the car to familiarize her with the options and details that are unique to her new Infiniti. And to boot.. The New car has hardwarter spots on the drivers side rear quarter panel! I had to ask the sales person if they still had someone working that could come out and clean the smears and soap residue off the rear of the new car and get, what I thought were just sun-dried waterspots (liked what you get when you dont dry the car fast enough on a hot sunny day) off the car. After he came out with a towel and what appeared to be liquid wax in a spray bottle... He said he could get the spots off the paint...I should have left the car there, but I made the trip to Beaverton from Medford and had a 4 hour drive in front of me and at this point... Just wanted to leave!Beaverton Infiniti is the only Infiniti dealer in Oregon so I guess they feel they can just phone in the effort. If I had a chance to go back and do it over...I would drive to Bellevue, WA

Bought a 2006 Dodge Viper from them, it was supposedly inspected and safety checked. Odd the safety check didnt catch the slipping clutch or missing windshield blades. Spend $48,000 for a car only to have to fix the clutch. Do not buy from them!! The manager then blamed me for doing it since he drove it once. I’m going keep posting about this to warn people of this BS.Responding to the post from the owner.There is NO COMMUNICATION GOING ON WITH STEVE! He blamed be for the issues with in 10 seconds of our phone call. The car drives just fine when you drive it like a Prius, when you punch the gas you can see the clutch slip every time. I have driven performance cars for 20 years, Steve is the typical used car manager who slimes his way out of an issue by blaming the customer. I will be making some visits to your business during your sale events and picketing your place of business. If your techs and managers actually drove the car home, how come none of them noticed the car literally had no wiper blades??

Had a great experience at this dealership, Beaverton Infiniti. Their building is clean and spacious with good snack and beverage selection while paperwork is being prepared. Every purchaser is assigned a sales specialist who is the only person you see until the sale is completed. The prices shown at this dealership are final except for additional warranties or services and these are pointed out by the sales specialist in a non pressuring manner before the sale is concluded. There is no haggling. Our sales specialist was Cesar Hernandez and he was fantastic. He picked us up at the airport and had the car all ready to go. We test drove and finished paperwork on time to return to Everett, Wa. before evening. Highly recommend! Good prices too.

So I have been looking for a new car to drive after my 2013 BMW 535i GT Xdrive experienced transmission failure at 110K miles. Transmission computer is kaputz.I have been looking for another car and tried to figure out a good replacement. I drove many cars trying to see what would feel like the next choice. I enjoy a strong engine, good acceleration and drivability.I visited Beaverton Infiniti and test drove a certified preowned 2018 INFINITY Q50 3.0t LUXE AWD and it had low miles. The folkes at Beaverton Infiniti were super helpful and easy to talk to. I really felt in good hands with Jeff and Steve. They made the whole process comfortable.
