First I must say I absolutely love my gLS 450. I was in the market for a 2020 but supply was low so I was unable to get the car I wanted, how ever the 2019 is lovely.My buying experience was great and quick. I was able to write a check for the car and not finance. It’s been 3 months and I still have not received my tittle nor license plates. When I checked in to see what was going on I was told the hold up for the plates was in Washington.I also purchased front window tinting and was specific about making sure the tints matched in color. I was promised they would match color but they aren’t. My front windows have a green hue while the back ones have a purple hue. I’ve called and have been told I would get a call back. But still nothing.I’m not sure why this is happening, but it doesn’t align with MB customer service.Cedar

The service dept is always so nice! Chris my advisor is always prompt and greets me at my car when I pull up. Love the quality and friendliness of the people. I’m so glad I bought directly with Benz. My purchase was used c250 and had a small issue with it within a month and it was covered under a 90 day warranty. This is why you buy from Benz direct! Plus the coffee machine in eating room is fabulous !!

Our experience with Mercedes-Benz of Portland was very professional, courteous and respectful. Josh Rice was available to answer our many questions, took us to the off site lot so that we could see the model and color combinations we were interested in multiple times and was especially helpful in helping us find the car that had all of the optional items we wanted without having to deal with unnecessary options. We are so pleased with our new GLC 300 and would strongly recommend Mercedes-Benz of Portland and our salesperson Josh Rice.

Purchased a 2019 Jeep Wrangler today and I have not had a better experience at any other dealership, regardless of brand. I have bought 3-4 cars in the past year, so I have dealt with dealerships a lot lol. Those dealers were great, but Mercedes-Benz of Portland went above and beyond when it comes to not only finding a way to get the deal done, but they also replaced the tires so the brands match, as well as sending me a lug nut cap. They also filled the tank, all without me having to ask. John and Jennifer are outstanding people who really make you feel like they care about you. I told John this was not going to work for me and for most sales consultants, their attitude will change, but John continued to work towards making this dream a reality. I will not buy a car from another dealer, regardless of vehicle make.

Scheduled an appointment to have my car appraised. Greeted by Alvin. No pressure showed me a couple of different cars and we decided on the GLB. Called me the next day with numbers and we had a deal that evening. I was in and done with finance in less than an hour. Alvin exemplifies what the car buying experience SHOULD be! Gunderson in finance was kind and efficient. Will definitely be back and highly recommend this location.

Went to buy some coolant and the first gentleman that helped me told me that they are not a sprinter dealership when all I needed was the proper coolant. I was expecting him to know more about Mercedes. He seem bothered when I walked in I understand I was dirty from work but to brush me off with out any help. Then a second employee came up and knew exactly what I needed and proceeded to help me. And I was able to buy the coolant I needed. Not sure why Mercedes would even keep employees like that. I expedite from Mercedes.

The customer service at this dealership is one of the reasons we come from Spokane WA to Portland to buy cars. We had the pleasure of working with Michael Graham, Kenny Levias and Jennifer Joseph. Everyone was very professional while being fun and friendly. I noticed right away that Michael was wearing many hats and taking the initiative to just get things done. I purchased a vehicle from Mercedes of Portland last October. And although my sales experience was very good, they told me the tires on my car were brand new and when I brought the vehicle in for service months later turns out they were not new tires. I take responsibility for not checking them however honesty would’ve been great. The reason why I am leaving a bad review is because for a luxury car dealership they hate answering their service phone. I literally performed a test I would call them multiple times in one day at different hours to see if the service department answer their phone, come to find out I was correct and they never did. Although this may be a good dealership for buying a car, I would avoid using the service department at all cost simply based on the fact they don’t answer their phone.

Samuel was great with finding me my new GLC, with beige interior (evidently that’s hard to find). I was browsing online, used the chat function and was connected with an actual person! Samuel asked what I was looking for and found the car that had everything I wanted. We met the next day and because there was a factory repair needed I couldn’t take the car home that day. That said, Samuel personally drive it to my house when it was ready and changed the license plates for me. Everyone at the dealership was friendly and helpful, especially Samuel!

I scheduled a 10:00 appointment at Mercedes-Benz of Portland with Andy. He met me promptly at 10:00 and verified that I would be waiting for my car to have the Auxiliary Battery replaced. It only took 1 hour and 20 minutes and he was back to say my car was ready! He was friendly, professional and my car was ready before the 2 hour window they had quoted me. It was a pleasant experience working with Samuel Kim when we purchased the GL300. Samuel made sure that we know all functions in the vehicle and his attentiveness on top of being professional just made our buying experience very pleasant. Mylee, the finance person is very easy, very friendly to work with. We ended up buying additional insurance for the tires & 2 other products. Mercedes showroom is neat & well taken care along with complimentary beverages also created a pleasant atmosphere for the customers to be in while waiting for service. Our overall experience with Mercedes is very nice and we will be using Samuel’s service for our future purchases.

Wanted $400 for a keyfob. Wouldnt even order the fob with out a Vehicle regestration, proof of purchase. Ect. And then told us that it would be ready until Wed. Went to a local locksmith and got it done for $175. Sorry Mercedes but you can bite it.

Madison was not effective in her communication did not make us feel valued and felt our race played a factor in our minimal service we did get. She took days to respond and gave no follow-up when asked. I reached out several times and she ignored me until I finally called sales 2 days later (after being SUPER patient and attempts to reach out) and We ended up speaking with Samuel who stated he would contact her and get back to us. 4hrs later I follow up he is confused asking if I received a call from her as she mentioned to him she would call us. Never got the call- I mentioned over the phone to Samuel about our poor service and how I felt us being African American is why we weren’t made a priority or at least received communication updates on the status of our buying situation. yes or no or we are still working on things would have been nice, it’s that simple. He laughed, not a laughing matter but I left it there.Mind you- we provided all necessary documents and contact initially to get things going and make it as smooth as possible for them. My fiancé and I both work full time, him-construction me banking services and took time out of our days to get her all the info she needed and she dropped the ball big time.She finally sends a text hours later and safe to say we took our 20k to another Mercedes Benz sister location!Effective communication and just being kind goes a long way whether you feel you might strike a deal or not. She had no urgency or efforts to meet our needs! Not too sure how one location can accommodate us but another cannot. Horrible service while Samuel was nice their flow is not good. Truly hope she learns from this for a better customer experience with any future potential client.

We worked with Chan to get a used vehicle and we were so very pleased with the whole experience beginning to end. We recorded interest in a vehicle but had to drive 2.5 hours to even see it. Knowing this is the car I wanted I was able to get a solid price so I could secure a pre-approved loan from my credit union. No pressure, no hassle from MB at all. After my test drive I knew I wanted to take it home and everything was done for us within the hour. They even registered the car for us in our home state.After our test drive I actually picked up a nail and got a flat! They were not able to patch it so I got a brand new tire.All in all, hassle free experience and we were able to get most of the financial headache out of the way before even stepping into the dealership.

I worked with Samuel Kim on the lease of a GLC300 in February 2021. I live in Seattle but reached out to the Portland dealership after a frustrating experience with sales is Seattle. By contrast, Samuel was a breeze to work with: upfront, helpful, honest, and respectful of my time. At my request, our deal was mostly accomplished over email/text, with little time in the dealership. On 6 March, we drove almost 3 hours to come look at a vehicle they had to make sure its what we wanted. Mr. Chan was waiting for us, along with the vehicle that was cleaned & filled up prior to us arriving. We went ahead with the deal, the buying process was fairly quick as most of the paperwork was pre-filled. I emailed & brought my own copies of registration paperwork, as I told them I would be registering the vehicle in FL & not in WA, said that wouldnt be a problem. Finished the paperwork, & went on our way.After 3 weeks, I contacted the dealer, & was transferred to finance. Talking to finance on a few occasion during that week I kept getting the excuse that the 3rd party (VITU) they use is handling the registration for out of state, & that the times are long due to COVID. I laughed it off at first, & made them aware that FLs DMVs are not closed, & open 100%, so there shouldnt be a delay. I was told that they would call VITU to see what the hold up was. I waited 24 hours, no phone call back. So I called back, this time I was told that they kicked it back because they didnt know what license plate to use, even though I wrote down the plate being used & provided a photo copy of it to go with the paperwork. Once that was settled they said it shouldnt take long after. 2 weeks go by, nothing, I call the dealer again, & finance gives me the same excuse that because of COVID, DMVs have been backlogged causing delays. So again I remind them, that the FL DMVs are not backlogged, the finance lady LAUGHED & asked if I have ever tried to register a car during COVID, I said yes actually. I registered a car during 2020 as places were barely open, & received my registration back in less than 3 weeks from FL to WA. She stopped laughing pretty quick. I asked that she stop using the COVID excuse for the delay.2 months pass since buying the car, no timeframe of when my registration would be completed, same excuse that they (MB of Portland) cant do much being its now in their 3rd partys hand. I asked if I can just get all the paperwork, & the fees I paid for registration back, that Id do it myself, as they cant seem to get anything done in a reasonable time frame. They said they cant, & it must be done by them. Was told Id get a call back with an update. I called the FL DMV & they told me that they HAVE NOT received any paperwork for my vehicle. So I took it upon myself to contact VITU, they said they have the paperwork, & havent sent it out, as its being processed. They said all updates get sent to the dealer & they should keep me updated. So I called the dealer, & made them aware that I spoke to VITU, & they still have the paperwork. 2 months, & the paperwork has not been processed or sent out for the car. I expressed how unhappy I was about this process as it shouldnt have taken this long. I was told it would get handled & Id get a phone call.I waited another 2 weeks, called the DMV & they still HAVENT received the paperwork. I called VITU, they said it was going to be sent out in a couple of days. I call the dealer, & again the same excuse of its being dealt with the 3rd party & should be done soon. At this point, I lost it, I asked to speak to a store manager. I was transferred to Nick, & explained how I bought the vehicle on 6 March, it was currently 6 May, finance has no clue whats up with my registration paperwork, told him Ive already talked to the FL DMV & VITU, the paperwork hasnt even been sent out. I didnt expect this from a high rated dealer, but I was wrong. Its unacceptable that they have a buyer waiting this long for vehicle registration, & all I have is the paperwork from the sale date showing I own the car.Now almost 3 months from purchase date, & the DMV HASNT received anything. Ive lost all trust in this dealer. They are highly incompetent, clueless, & disrespectful. Never again, nor would I recommend them to anyone I work with or know.

Sorry but went to Mercedes to get a key fob for the wifes new car was told I needed the regestration, title or DMV paperwork for the car. Told them we just purchased it and the paperwork was at the house. Was told no paperwork no keyfob. Showed them our extended warranty and our insurance card no paperwork no keyfob. Was also told it would be $400. And could get it until Wed.Went to my local locksmith and 30 minutes later had a keyfob and not four $400. How about $175.Mercedes you can kiss my business good by.🤪😝

After having a positive experience in buying the car from Portland, I figured that for its first year service that Id return there.That was until I tried to book the service and was informed that they dont provide loaners for the first service any more. I could either wait the few hours to get it serviced or I could have someone drive meet home and pick me back up... Which is very difficult and impractical when you have a 4 month old that needs a car seat.Needless to say, I called MB Wilsonville, who could accommodate my needs.

My wife and I were in the market for a 2020 GLE to replace our aging ML350. Following our instincts, we seamlessly consummated the transaction with Mark. Having experience in Southern CA with Mercedes, BMW, Audi and Porsche dealers, we are not new to the car buying experience and have not always enjoyed the process. L visited Mercedes-Benz of Portland recently to service my vehicle. Even though my service provider of several years has retired, I had a pleasant experience on the human level with the service specialist who attended to me. They gave me a ride back home after I dropped off my vehicle, and picked me up to get my vehicle on completing the service. The individuals working at Mercedes of Portland treat their clients professionally, courteously, and with respect. I commend them highly. The price tag on the service is high though!
