I just bought a 2021 Lincoln Navigator from Courtesy Ford and Lincoln. It was by far the very best service and communication Ive ever received from any vehicle transaction ever (Ive bought over 40 cars in my life for work and personal). Not only did Antonio beat every price price on the market but he ever personally drove down the car to my house in Northern California, same day! I couldnt have asked for a better experience and more professional group. Highly appreciative of the service and absolutely recommend.

Now a five star star dealership for me. Second key in hand no charge, Dave made sure that it went through okay. Would go back again before our next purchase.Will be a 5 star tomorrow if we get a second key after we found and bought a truck last night. Dave was helpful and courteous. No one was pushy because we knew what we were looking for just had to agree on price. Showed up a bit late but did not feel rushed as we left just after closing time.

I will never use the dealership for service ever again.Made an appointment for 9am for a basic oil change and tire rotation on my fleet van. Dropped it off early at 8am. I told them I needed it back by 1pm, they assured me that was fine. Well, 12:45pm, no word yet. So I reach out and not done. 2pm rolls by, not done. 4pm finally its done.Whats the point of making an appointment if you dont start the work in proximity to the appointment time? This is why people hate dealerships for service. The price is 2x that of a reputable independent, not just on labor but they mark up the same Genuine OE parts that independents can get, with the same level of ASE certification and training. 8 hours for a tire rotation and an oil change is absolutely unacceptable.

Wish I could not give it 1 star at all… It’s my first and last time I will bring my Ford-F250 to get serviced. I won’t get further into to detail they scheduled me and than basically said I wasn’t in the system. The guys that work there look like they don’t like what they do, they don’t greet you, and The little white dude in the appointment only service is completely rude and looks like he hates his job. 0-10 I rate this place a 0!!!! And please don’t message me, email or call me apologizing.

Needed recall work done, so booked an oil change and recall appointment. Sent a text and left voicemail asking to confirm parts were available for the recall work and got no reply to either. Showed up for appointment and informed no parts were available. I can get a simple oil change at the end of my street. I didnt need to drive 25 min to the dealership for this.Oil change took about 75 minutes to complete. Customer lobby is clean and comfortable.

This was the worst experience ever from a car dealership. I emailed them a build sheet for a new truck on x plan pricing. X plan is an already agreed upon price for the vehicle by ford. They said I just need to come in and give a deposit. I drove an hour to come in there to finalize the order and give a deposit. Once we were all done and ready to submit the order they proceeded to tell me that they can’t order me that truck at x plan pricing. I demanded to speak to the sales manager and he was the worst ever on customer relations. If you envisioned a sales guy he was it!!! Anyway they wouldn’t honor the price of x plan on the truck even though they knew before I even came in there I was using x plan. Waisted 3 hours of my day between travel and dealing with them. They should have done the right thing and honored the price and all would have been good but they wouldn’t. This place has zero customer service and they don’t care about you. All they want to do is line their pockets with money. I will never bring my business here and I would tell everyone to go somewhere else. This place is not worth your time. WORST FORD DEALERSHIP EVER!!!!

Had an issue that ended up being an unresolved recall, rendering my vehicle suddenly undriveable. My local Ford dealer was booked out for weeks. I wish I could leave 0 stars. I brought my company car in because it needed repeated jump starts on a battery they replaced a year ago. I had an appointment and never heard from them that day. When I called the next day, they acted like they had no idea what car I was talking about, and for a moment I thought maybe someone had stolen my car from their lot because they seemed to have no clue what car I was calling about.I was going on vacation for a week, so I called and gave Demetrius my boss’s cell number, and said he could authorize repairs while I was gone. When I returned from vacation, I had a voicemail from them from the Saturday that I returned (so an entire week had passed before they even looked at my car) and they said they were calling for authorization to replace the battery so they could run diagnostics. !!!! Why they didn’t call my boss like they said they would beats me. And it was a battery they replaced that was under warranty, so they should have just replaced it. I called the next business day and left a voicemail for the service manager, who never even called me back. No apologies, no “Oh wow we really dropped the ball and are very sorry”. None of that. I finally got my car back with a new battery. There is something electrical dangling from a wire from the glove box, they had taken things from my center console and strewn them around the car, left a 1/2 full energy drink can in the cup holder, and the car was filthy from sitting out for two weeks.Unless you want to leave your car for 2 weeks for a warranty battery replacement, have your voicemails unreturned, and car looking like holy hell when you get it back, I would go elsewhere. We purchased all of our company cars at “Courtesy” Ford and they won’t ever get our business again.

Style of communication I would not define as their name says it “Courtsey”. Don’t get me wrong they aren’t rude or vulgar. The service gentleman that was assigned to my service was not in contact with me at all. I literally had to keep calling him for updates. They have text messaging which was nice but useless, given that he could of just text me! SMH. The receptionist or girl answering phones the evening 8/6/2021. Was not concern one bit when I was calling to voice my concern about the service I felt I was receiving. She patched me to her boss voicemail. Then the bosses voicemail cut me off, because my message was too long. Apparently I could only record 2-3 minutes. Which seems to suggest that they aren’t interested in hearing voicemails. Overall not the best first impression of loyal customer to Ford dealer service and parts. Hire people that actually care about the customer experience they make dealers that look pristine from the outside, look bad from the inside.

My horn wasn’t working on my car. I took it into Ford service shop and was told they needed to investigate further. They ended up keeping my car for 4 days. On the fourth day, after no update, I called back to learn that the technician hadn’t even looked into the issue yet. I took my car back and to a local mechanic, who fixed my horn in less that 30 minutes, free of charge.

I purchased a 2017 Ford Fiesta ST in late July of 2017, which immediately began leaking water inside the interior when the fall weather hit. I initially took the car to the dealer I purchased it from, but got nothing but the run around-and additional damage to my vehicle as the result. I thought I’d try Courtesy Ford, at the suggestion of a friend, but they were not willing to even look at the car-never mind it only has 5,500 miles on it and leaks quarts of water inside the vehicle when parked at certain common angles (such as my driveway, unfortunately). The photos I attached illustrate the accumulation in less than 24 hours as parked in the photos. I met with Kerry Copeland, the Service Manager, who appeared concerned and asked me to email him the details. I emailed him the same day, but did not hear back from him. I followed up with him at 7 days, but received no response. I followed up again at 14 days, and again-no response. Anyone considering working with this dealer may want to take a hard look at their expectations for professional conduct needs, in addition to whether Courtesy Ford will be willing to address new car warranty concerns. No response to my issue in over two weeks speaks volumes, in my opinion. Does any new car buyer deserve to pay over 20,000 for a new car and be told this level of product failure is acceptable?? Courtesy Ford believes the answer is yes.

Recently purchased a Ford 2020 Mustang, bought the car brand new off the lot. Before purchasing the car I was made aware of a recall the car had on the breaks which wouldn’t be fixed unless someone bought the car. Understanding the situation I still purchased the car and waited for the breaks recall to be fixed. On the exact 14th day the car displays a message in the dash “steering lock fault service now” upon checking the manual it mentions the power train is at fault. The car doesn’t start at all. I take it to the dealership and it can’t be looked for another two days and a representative mentioned I might have to pay out of pocket to fix it. A brand new car 14 days in and I have to pay to fix it. Not happy at all with the customer service and being told I’ll have to pay for something I have no fault in and especially it’s a NEW car

Not the best place to buy a vehicle. After sale communication is nonexistent. I called my salesperson twice and left messages, called Dillon 4 times and left messages and received no communication back. Called for service and took 1 week to get appt.. Now I go in for service and they send me home on a Lyft service. At 3:00 in the afternoon I call to find out Status of Vehicle (since they dont communicate) and they tell me the vehicle is with technician and they have to go find out the status. They now book me a return Lyft which got canceled 3 times because of no drivers available and now its up to me to get back to dealership to get my vehicle. I have to wait for my wife to get off from work come home and then take me to dealership. they offer me no other options and just left me stranded. Try calling for service took me 8 different phone calls to reach service. their comments sorry we are understaffed today. Worst experience i have ever had in 48 years of dealing with Dealerships

Robert was the gentleman that I first talked to and who had set this appointment for me.Jose Cabrera signed me in and reviewed all prior recall and service issues from last year. I went to Courtesy Ford April 5th to test drive a Ford F-150. I rode around with David Townley, he let me take a truck home for a few days to see if it would fit into my lifestyle. Good thing he did because I fell in love with it right away! Im a Realtor and I needed to feel comfortable driving around town showing houses. David was sensitive to the fact that Im not the sole decision maker on large purchases in my home, so I left the dealership. David was very good at giving me space yet staying in touch. I have never owned a truck before and he was patient and helpful in getting me exactly what I wanted and needed. After some extensive research, I decided what I trim and features I wanted and explained that to David. He located my truck in Everett Washington, it was the only one like it in 500 miles, so he sent someone up to get it the following day. The dealership had it to me that day shiny and blue.From the time I test drove a truck at Courtesy Ford to actually purchasing my truck, I had the opportunity to stop in and shop a few other local Ford dealerships. In the end, Courtesy Ford not only beat them in price, but they crushed them in customer service. Outstanding services by a Robby Ben, a service advisor, there!!! I went in to see if they can help fix my front license plate that was hanging on a single screw only. And he went out of his way to make sure more than a couple of times to find the right screws and tool he need. He did it right in front of me on their driveway and was there for less than 30mins!!! We went late in the day to look at a car and liked it so we began the process of a purchase and trade-in. Ill just say that it was not easy to get close to my trade-in value nor my purchase value but we got there. However, they were not thrilled we already had financing through an out of state credit union (that was closed) and wanted to pull our credit again, finance through them at a higher rate, and then we could re-fi through our credit union all under the guise of you could be identity thieves, we dont know you or your credit union. Bull. I can kind of get the scam part, but not after we have them all the information from our bank, all our identification and a car thats worth double the one we were buying. the deal was almost lost until the manager read over the pre-qual that the saleman failed to show him. Then there is of course the fight over the extended warranty. Then there is the next day where our credit union hadnt received any documentation or wire transfer info from the dealership. So i spent half the day trying to track down the finance gal and back and forth, scanning docs, sending emails, calls. Its just a mess. We were willing to not take the car that day so that our credit union could do everything the next day in business hours but they really just wanted to finish the deal. you live and learn. i would never do business there again and reading the reviews on the service department, glad we didnt go with the warranty. I never do. And while salesman Ben was a decent guy, i would recommend just dealing with manager directly and not going back and forth.

Courtesy Ford Lincoln is the worst Service experience Ive ever had. Because of them, I will never buy a Ford again. I brought my 2012 Ford Escape in for the same water issue 3 times, and they could never fix the problem. The last time I was there, I was actually the one who had clear the water that had collected from my own door (something they were supposed to do during the 3 days they had my car in the shop).When I called back to let them know the issue was still continuing the customer service was the worst. They did not care at all, and told me it would be another 2 and a half weeks until I could get in. Meanwhile mold was growing in my vehicle making it a real health hazard. The service team had zero urgency, zero empathy, and zero respect for getting the issue resolved - not to mention zero ability to fix the actual problem.I would suggest saving your money and bringing your Ford somewhere else to be serviced.

Horrible place to get your ford serviced. Had a power steering problem arise because of a tire that was too small, and needed to get the power steering system reset. Called on the phone to inquire about it, they said its a simple fix and to bring it in. My daughters mom brought the car in, and instead of the simple fix, they gave it a full inspection(that wasnt requested) and said we needed a completely new steering gear and that it would cost over $2,000. Took it to a mechanic, and they simply reset the system like I requested. Simple fix, that would of costed a few hundred bucks from them. The mechanic only charged me about 100 bucks. Dont get your ford serviced here unless you dont mind getting taken advantage of.

​I bought my brand new Mustang in 2003 while still in Texas and when I moved out here in 2006 I immediately started coming to Courtesy and to this day I still do and wouldnt dare dreaming of going anywhere else! I barely hit 80K recently and they have helped me every mile of the way to get here. This car is my baby and I love sports cars. When its time to purchase another new Mustang, you better believe its coming from here. Until then, my 17 year old Mustang is my ride or die till the end. I appreciate the service and how everyone takes care of us. This is the only place I trust to handle my car. Big shout outs to Edward, he is the man! Also thank you TJ!! When I ask for help with pricing they try the best they can and when in need of a rental they always get me one. I also appreciate the shuttle service they offer as it has greatly helped me. My first service on my 2020 Ford Escape for FREE from the dealer. Easy appointment making with text messages on appointment scheduling, On time in & out with added special request. Only one suggested thing on my part.Most all other dealers have always washed my car.

I was on a road trip from Illinois, and during my drive, my 2017 Ford Focus hatchback experienced a few issues that would be covered under warranty. Antonio was so helpful, patient, and thorough when he was walking me through the warranty proves.Ive never had a new car, and Ive never had anything with a warranty, and was STRESSED OUT about having car problems over 2,000 miles from home! I kept imagining being stuck in the middle of nowhere with a broken car. Antonio was really helpful in letting me know what was going on with the car and how they diagnosed and fixed the issue.The treatment I got at Courtesy Ford was just fantastic. It was very clean for a service bay, too. I wish I lived in Portland so they could be my dealership!

I had gone to a different dealership and was treated as though they didnt care about me or tje vehicle needs. After thinking about it we checked with Courtesy Ford where they took the time to hear what my need were and the vehicle I had in mind. They gave me the option on the lot and what was available through other dealership, just over there phone. They found exactly what I was looking for and more without price increase. I was immediately impressed by the time and care I received and couldnt wait to see the vehicle we discussed. I felt like all my concerns were adhere to and my time was important to them,they didnt keep me all day just to make a sale I didnt want. I feel I got more for my money and fantastic service. Im now a customer for life.

I always thought Courtesy Ford was a company I would never do business with [vehicle purchase], but after doing some homework, they had just what I was looking for at a price I felt comfortable with.Took a few days, yet was able to come to a mutual agreement and made made the call to buy.Now here is where things became somewhat questionable. I dealt with Dave Townley [not in it to win it, hes there to make the money and then LIE] Dave will tell you just about anything to get you to sign on the bottom line as I found out after the fact.The dealership tried to sell me extended service plans to the tune of $15,000 and change. On my way home, I called and to another dealership and asked about this extended service plan. Its a scam 110%.Although my purchase was just certified pre-owned with very few miles on it, it still had a factory warranty so what they were trying to do was LIE and tell me the ORIGINAL warranty has expired when the vehicle was sold. BS.I called back that very day and had notified the dealer to cancel the extended warranty. Still has not been done and I have called and called and not one return call or returned email.BUYER BEWARE: Rick Boyer and his sales team are in my opinion, disingenuous at best. They will however take and sell you a vehicle and thats where the kindness ends.Oh, and gap insurance. Sure, that too is a scam. As much as they tried to push it, I refused and later found that the State of Oregon had previously fined this dealership for selling snake oil but they just dont learn. Gap insurance does nothing to assist you, its a benefit to the finance company and ONLY the finance company.BUYER BEWARE

Took my fusion in for a recall after they had to order the parts twice and asked them to replace my tire mobility kit..I repeat kit..read the fine print people, the replacement only covers the slime canister. The compressor part was broken when I brought it in, they replaced the slime and charged me $90 for a can that is completely useless to me since you need the compressor for it to work. When I called to ask about a refund, they just gave me the Im sorry, we dont do that speech...my bad for not checking their work before paying. Anyone want to buy a $90 can of slime???

GREAT SERVICE!! Wonderful place. Dropped off with an engine light on two days before I had to pass DEQ to get plates renewed. Also, did not have an appointment. They had new plugs, repairs and an oil change done by the next day. Amazing.

I was called in for an interview for a technician position after applying on indeed. After arriving, I was told to wait in their lobby. I waited there for 40 minutes before leaving. Thank you for wasting my time. Also noticed while waiting that their techs have to walk into the customer lounge to use the restroom instead of having one in the shop. And a lot of employees were walking around with their masks half on or not at all. Great coronavirus protocol Ford.

Worked me even though I was late. Work done in a reasonable amount of time. When I took my wife’s car in last week for its first service and oil change they wages and vacuumed the car. With my truck (also first service appt) no car wash??Overall they seem to do a good job.

The buying experience was good until I was passed over to Gary to do warranties and paperwork. First off, don’t buy a warranty from these guys. They are not doing you a favor, this is how they make their money. I was basically harassed by Gary to buy any of the warranties. I tell him no and he starts adding in extra time to the warranties, dropping the price over and over. That shows you guys right there that the policies are overpriced. I told him no politely over and over. After another “no”, he began to laugh. Not sure what was so funny to him, but I don’t think it’s professional to laugh at someone handing you 30k, especially when they are polite. After another no (must have been my 7th time I told him no), he begs me to get gap insurance. Pretty evident they’re more worried about getting commissions than making sure the customer is comfortable and happy. I’ve bought cars in VA, NY, CO and now OR and never had an unpleasant experience like this. You’d figure they’d want repeat business, but it seems like Gary is more concerned about his commission than chasing off customers. I wouldn’t be back to buy a truck unless they had an unbeatable deal, not after getting harassed.

Had a really good buying experience here with Scott Griffith. I contacted him ahead of time in regards to A 2015 Subaru Forester they had for sale, told him my max payment price, and he said he could get me at or below that amount. I was skeptical, as most car sales men will say whatever it takes to get you in the door. I was dreading going through the process due to bad past experiences. But we went in the next day and he was was able to make it happen! He wasn’t pushy or over selling the vehicle. Scott was easy to talk to and laid back. Geoff in finance was also very helpful. He was very honest about the warranty options and didn’t push the pricier one. I would definitely go back!

Came in to buy a van i was given a price of 54,000. I put a down 1,000 to get it ordered. They called me the next day and said they are raising the price from what they promised by 2,500. New van price is 56,500. They tried to milk me like a cow. Very disgusting business technique. Disappointing and disrespectful, i pray God gives them morals.

Watch out!! Bumper to Bumper Warranty does not mean Bumper to Bumper!! Exclusion will and do apply! When we bought our new Ford Focus from Courtesy Ford we were talked into purchasing an extra warranty, which the salesman told us would cover everything, bumper to bumper, and the most we would have to pay for any repair would be a $100 deductible. The windshield wipers on this car have been a problem since about a year after purchase. The wipers get stuck in the middle of the windshield. We have had it in for repairs four times over the four years and they have never been fixed right. This week I was told that the bumper to bumper warranty we purchased doesnt cover this repair and it will cost $900 to repair! We should have been told, by the original salesman, that the warranty didnt cover everything bumper to bumper. This was misrepresentation! We have purchased six new Fords over the years and to be treated like this is unacceptable. Robby from the service department was great and did what he could, but unfortunately the salesman that sold us the car misrepresented the warranty so we will not be buying Fords any longer.

The salesmen were demeaning. They had my car for three days for an oil change and recall. Just overall very unfriendly and inefficient. Go to a different ford. They also said my car needed so much more than it does. Don’t trust them.
