Dealing with this shop is an absolute nightmare. They have no consideration for your time and inconvenience it causes when the repair takes several weeks longer than they said it would. If you call or go by to check on it you will get lies or excuses or no information at all. When the repairs were finally done, I disputed the cost because the repair was incomplete and sloppy. One of the owners yelled at me and threw me out. DO YOURSELF A FAVOR, GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!!!

These folks went above and beyond to help us out! We were on our way to Boston pulling a U-Haul when we broke down. Jacob was kind, patient, and efficient to help us get back on the road. Great, courteous service!

Very rude. Called yesterday to ask about towing and they said they were too busy to help. I asked if we were willing to wait a few hours for assistance if they would come out. They laughed and said it would be at least $125 to come out and see what was wrong not including the cost for any towing. Definitely wont be calling again for their inflated prices and crappy attitudes. Called another company, they were there in less than 1 hour and did the whole thing for $65 and were very courteous and helpful.

They were there for me in my time of need. The late evening after they closed before Thanksgiving Day. Was on my way to Florida when I had boat trailer emergency. Took good care of the situation and was on my way,They would not take any money. Thank you Billie & Team. My son in law and I still talk about how great you are. Happy Thanksgiving!

I got an estimate for repairs to my car on June 16. I called several times to see if parts were in. They scheduled me for July 29 to bring car in. I picked up car on August 1. I got home and saw underneath that the new parts were not used. Instead, the old part had been welded. I was told when I got the estimate that welding would not hold. I returned this morning and spoke to the owner. He said he would repair it correctly or give me a check for the difference between repairs done and the cost of the estimate. I asked when it could be done and he said I could leave it today. I asked if he had the parts and he said no. I asked why and he said he forgot. I said I would not leave my car again. He wrote a check for the difference of estimate cost minus actual repairs. He cursed at me and told me to leave his business and never come back. Wanda Russell

Car was towed 40 miles from the accedent..Went to pick it up..Then was told it was in my county..Drove all the way back to get my car. T.H.P. Is sending our cars far away into other counties...Whats up with that ? Not Right.

Called asking if they could tow a vehicle.... and they told me its after hours, and they cant do it. Their hours posted online was 24 hrs., well dont call them because when you need them during that 25th hour, they are not available.

Worst customer service, rude, smart mouth. do not go here unless you want to get pissed off. They will not work with you like most home town companys. If your car goes missing after being broke down for an hour, they have it.

Those guys are thieves I used their towing service they damaged 2 tires on my truck and wont pay me back for it . They dont even answer my calls or emails .

They did exactly what they said they would do for the price they quoted in the time frame they quoted. I hope to never need them again, but if I do, I wont think twice about using their services.

They were a big heip to me. I had to use them to tow my car when it broke down. They ended up buying it from me. They helped me out tremendously.
