They gave me a great price for my old non-working title. However, since my car was picked up later in the afternoon I was told by the tow truck driver that my check would not be authorized until the following morning when he would be dropping off the car.

The gentleman was kind and patient and agreed to pay me the amount I was asking for. He promised it would be towed the next day. I received a courteous call from someone booking the time and a call from the driver who was gracious enough to come by my home to get the title and give me the check since I had no transportation .A completely seamless transaction at a very emotional time!
