A friend got locked out of his car. They were very fast, got the job done quick. Super friendly, great sense of humor!

Probably one of the most sketchiest places Ive ever used. There is no professionalism. I had my vehicle towed because of a parking violation. Not a big deal on its own. They were impossible to reach by phone, there was nobody at the office. And when somebody finally came it was some sketched out person claiming to be an associate. They offered no identification of who they were And had no ability to be able to actually help me with questions I had. If I could rate this less than one star, I would!

I did not have tow service by this company, but one of their employees stopped and helped me when my car was broken down. It was very generous, and he really seemed to care about my situation and his job. Thanks again dude!

They took my fathers car and a friends car out of nowhere without notice. We’ve been trying to figure out who took them for hours and there is no reason for this to happen.

Worst experience ever! DO NOT PATRONIZE if you have a choice. Horrendous customer service. The owner is sketchy. And the ADDRESS IS WRONG! They are actually located in South Portland on Rigby. Be sure to set aside an entire day to coordinate getting a human being there to unlock the gate and relinquish your vehicle.
