Going to be a yard I use a lot going to be getting a lot of parts in there when I need them you need your part I would say this is definitely the place to go take to actually test their Engines & Transmissions here

Ok so I ordered a part for my truck online which turns out was the wrong part so I called the online number and they said I was able to return my part at the NE Columbia store so I did. I went down there are returned it and the guy at the counter said the money should be on my card in 1 to 3 business days. It was Friday August 20th when I returned after a week I email checking on the status of the refund I got an email back saying they will have my rep look into it. So after another week I emailed back for an update and the guy rudely put Ill have your rep look into it and he will call you ok. Its been over a month and I still have not seen my refund its a great place to get parts I have been always sending anyone I know that needs parts down there but now Im not to sure if Im gonna continue going there Im still deciding

Havent been to the joint google, you of all folks should know that I only called them lookin for a transmission.but just for the records I got their number from a friend of mine who happens to be a master tech and he recommended the joint and therefore I would have to give them a 5

After taking my order and money they did not call back. I called them after a week and they informed that the parts were not available and it will take three days to return my money. Careless with others time.

For the used car parts industry, its very hard to find a company that has a dedicated, knowledgeable, and hardworking parts rep and delivery driver that works well as a team with you while sourcing the best used parts with incredible service. I worked with this team in the last 3+ years and I am not going anywhere else. Too many of those parts rep have over promise and under deliver. In this industry, its hard to find genuine people because its all about numbers at the end of day. This place is a joke. Never in my life. Always mess everything up.Five times going to pick up my parts and still not the right once or not there.Website is a joke. They sell parts that they dont have anymore and dont want to refund trying to bring you stuff from different locations and end up bringing wrong once. Offered a refund only minus (shipping fees). I told them that it was their problem bringing wrong part but they refused to refund shipping and now two days turned into two weeks and still parts not there.Dont bother.

I find B&R to be faster and more reliable than LKQ or any of the others I have attempted to deal with.

Purchased a motor $2150.00 for our company truck installed it. Motor is no good.called several times. Hung up on me 14 times. Salesman was rude. Asked for a refund charged me 500 for restocking. Going to hire atterny. Not happy.

Ordered a part online and went in to the store for pick up. Would do business with them again. Process was easy, I called a few times about questions and they were very helpful and friendly.

They are not following OHA guidelines and multiple employees were observed not wearing masks indoors, not to mention my order was all mixed up and took sometime to sort out. I left with all the right parts, and hopefully not something extra.

B and R used to be an ok place to get parts not anymore its sad because they have decent inventory but without any caring for the customer all the inventory in the world means nothing

I was searching for a headlight and saw a post of it on b&r Nevada. I call him and he tells me there’s one in Portland b&r that’s in perfect condition. He charged my credit card. So I go the next day to pick it up and find that it has damage. So I don’t even accept the product and the white boy with glasses that seems to have an inferiority complex gives me attitude for not wanting it. Rather than returning my money he makes a case by saying there’s no return on electronic parts. Keep in mind I never took it. I ended up waiting a month before getting my money back. And forget calling them for costumer service, it’s the worst.

Web site is very easy to use. Found the part I needed in minutes. Ordering was also a breeze, done in minutes. Ordered part online on Sunday evening, it arrived at my house on Thursday morning. The only hiccup in the whole operation was, I was supposed to get a tracking number emailed to me when the part shipped. I never got the tracking number until I called about it on Wednesday. They were easy to get on the phone and very friendly. Aside from the tracking number this was a five star experience. I will us B and R again and recommend them to others.

Picked up a replacement engine for my bronco last week. Asked if it had everything to simply drop it in my vehicle and do a simple tune up, got told yes. Once it got to the shop and I actually got to look at it, they hacked up the exhaust instead of unbolting it. The oil filter is all damaged and dented, no alternator or distributor, or a water pump.

Needed a part for my truck I called these guys and spoke with the manager there..luckily for me they had the part I needed and I got a great deal on it... Was told it would be delivered within the next two or three days being the part was still attached to the vehicle it was being pulled off of and to my surprise it was delivered to the shop the next day... Super awesome experience with them I recommend them to anyone... and thanks to B&R I am now back on the road

There prices are inflated and the sales staff were rude. I arrived 5 minutes before closing to pick up a desperately needed part. I drove 15 miles across town during rush hour and was assured two times that my part would be ready and waiting. When I arrived a older round gentleman was at the counter and the door was locked 5 minutes before closing. I knocked and the gentleman just looked at me came to the door and turned the office light out. Needless to say they will no longer receive any of my shops business. Ill stick with gresham auto wrecking.

This place is fantastic! I found a part for my car in Eugene, they delivered it up here the next day, and they were fantastic when dealing with a glitch with the door. Just a great experience overall. Good price, great service, quick, and they have a ton of parts because you can pull from all of their yards in the PNW and theyll deliver it here. Highly recommend, these people are a breath of fresh air in this industry.

Allied numerous times. Someone will answer then say “I’ll be right back witchu!” Hello no he went put me on MYTE and his own thang then after that never came back on phone. Was on hold for 57min. Which means either he’s chatting with someone and forgot lost track of who he placed on HOLD.

Order window and was sold the wrong size. Not happy!

Frustrated!!! I called, and ordered parts. I even paid for items they showed in stock. I called back and another salesperson confirmed my order. The salesman mentioned an extra day would be plenty of time for my parts to be there. I make the two hour drive to get there on said day and the parts they showed in stock that I paid for vanished and they back peddled until I got my purchase amount back to my card. Four hours, and a tank of fuel wasted later, Im frustrated and looking elsewhere. If you choose here for your business, I hope you have better luck than I did. I will not return.

I needed to replace my Transmission in a 2002 Ford explorer which at this point I had way over invested in and this was to be my last repair for awhile as I have replaced most everything else on this car with new parts. I contacted Mr. Craig Davis to request his assistance. I was treated with awesome care to my needs and he even researched the inventory for the best fit and lowest amount of wear and tear. Craig had it delivered to Troutdale transmission where they did a great job installing it. Thank You Mr Davis for getting me back on the road safely.

I bought an axle that had a couple of issues identified before installation and before the expiration of the 30 day warranty I was provided. I was able to reach a satisfactory solution to my problem by working with the salesman Shawn Crow who did an outstanding job bringing about a fair deal for everyone. Thank you Shawn and to all the people who are committed to making B&R a great place to acquire used auto parts.This would be a 5 star rating except that I felt more attention could have been given to this expensive part during the removal/storage/shipping process that may have eliminated my issue altogether. Great prices for parts and used tires. And i mean used tires as almost new 99% tread left on the tires. For my 2004 ranger it was 50$ each. And they are willing to negotiate the prices with you , to help you out. Love those guys

If you need used parts these guys are good. I needed my wheels in 16 inches walked in and walked out in 15 min or so.. service was great and employees are all nice and friendly! Definitely recommended!

Best place for used parts! Had an issue with my wheel on my Accord not holding air. Called them up, had the same wheel available at their Eugene location, and got it up to Portland for me in 2 days. When I went in to get it, it even ended up being slightly cheaper than what I was quoted. Great service! Great price! What more could you ask for! Check these guys out!

I gave theses guys a try but will not go back. I ordered and paid for a window over the phone and it was going to be available the next day. The parts puller broke it so they had to find another one but it would not be available for several days. They did not call me to check in about this. The parts puller broke the second window. They did not call me to check in. Again. Now they will refund my money which I may not see for days. And I have to wait days for the next guys to get the glass. Not communicative nore competent. Nice but not helpful. Super huge bummer when a business makes mistakes but the customer carries the burden.

We are a local auto glass replacement company that has been in business for over 30 years. Occasionally we have customers that cannot afford to purchase new glass so we have the option of offering used parts. After using the same large corporate wrecking company for years we found out that our regular delivery driver was moving on to become a driver for B & R Auto Wrecking, because she was so great to us and her customer service was phenomenal we decided to start purchasing all of our used parts from B & R. The delivery drivers name is Blake, and we have now been purchasing from B & R for over 4 1/2 years. The service that we continue to get from Blake and all of the other folks at B & R is top notch, and you would be hard pressed to find better service elsewhere.
