This location has been nothing short of amazing! If I could give Erin 10 stars, I would. I rented a UHaul van from here and Erin was incredibly helpful and accommodating when we were struggling to make it back in time. A few weeks later, we had a bad experience with a moving company and came in hoping to get a storage unit. Erin was incredibly helpful in finding a unit and finding a moving company to help finish our move. She has been such an incredible help!

Deserves 5 star but all 5 star reviews gets washed. Nothing inherently wrong. Service was wonderful and they do rent out u haul at the same location.

She showed us the unit before we agreed to rent it, to make sure it was exactly what we wanted. We cant say enough about her. Absolutely would not trust this location with a move. Had booked a truck 2 months in advance. On the day of my move they messaged and said they don’t have any availability and transferred my reservation to a far away location at a much later time. I had movers coming at the scheduled time, and had to call the U-Haul location to find an alternate solution myself.

Friendly, knowledgeable and helpful people at Compass self storage!! I was renting a uhaul, Tammy was extremely gracious and helpful while I was struggling with mobile check-in (actually slower than traditional check in!) and gave good advice.Moving is stressful, makes a huge positive difference when you are dealing with competent and attentive people!! I highly recommend this location.

They are so easy to work with and so friendly and flexible. They made my college storage search so easy and at such a great price. I have rented U-Haul from this location many times and the owners are always really really friendly and accommodating. I feel the warmth off of family run business but the convenience of U-Haul both at this location. I would drive to this location even if I had a closer U-Haul next to mine. Highly recommend!

This is a really well run storage company. My son was one of the thousands of college students asked to pack up quickly and flee campus back in March 2020. We heard about Compass Self Storage and were able to conveniently and quickly secure a small unit for storage. They have a great location near so many universities/ colleges. Rates were very reasonable. Staff were attentive and quick and helped make a stressful time so much easier for us. He had no trouble at all getting his items out of storage this week and closing his account. Everyone follows Pandemic rules here too. A very positive experience. HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

We borrowed a Uhaul to move today and Erin in the office was really helpful and sweet! Even though it was a pretty busy day, she attended to everything we needed and things went really smoothly.

Both ladies handled my rental and were delightful and informative. They even explained what to do if I had to keep the vehicle longer. As a senior, detailed information is very helpful and these 2 gals explained everything to my satisfaction. Plus there is a place to sit, very important for my bad knees. They were very friendly and funny as well. Hard to believe renting a vehicle could be so much fun! I will definitely rent here again!

We rented out a space here for 4 years and had no problems. They are an excellent company run by great people. We also rented a truck from them when we decided to move and Erin was a huge help. She took care of us and made sure we had everything we needed.

I needed a moving truck and small storage space. After a small shuffle I only needed the truck. Tammy was very happy to help and stated if I needed anything let her know. Everyone at the office was polite and friendly and if you need storage or a moving truck tell her Anthony sent you. Very nice and friendly place to do business.

This storage increase rate, about $12, every six month. I dont know whether other storages do so or not. Staff is okay, but I dont like their policy to increase the rate for old members. I changed this review on 2021 April 22nd

The customer service was exceptional! The U-Haul I reserved had a mechanical issue so they upgraded me to the bigger size for the same price. Everyone I spoke to was very kind and helpful. They helped me pick out the right size U-Haul and storage unit. I highly recommend!

I went there to pickup my Uhaul and Tammy got me taken care of in no time. I checked in and picked up my van and dolly in less than 15 minutes and checked out in less than 5 minutes. It was all very quick and actually fun because Tammy made me laugh the entire time. I will certainly be back!

I have had a mixed experience here. Tammy has always been very helpful. Others, not so much.On the good side, my stuff was still here after a year in California. The price wasnt bad, either, when compared to other similar places.Bad? Expect your call to be taken by an answering service.You had better put sheets over your stuff because the paint on the ceiling is peeling off everywhere.Be sure to read your contact. After 6 months, apparently they can raise the price on your unit. Thats the game. You want your stuff back, right? Thats why you put it in storage in the first place, right?I strongly advise getting the amount of stuff you need to store down to the smallest footprint you can. These places make money on your sentimental streak. It is often cheaper to just get new stuff in the long run.I was overjoyed when I finally cleared out my unit. Have a plan on how you will do that.
