The most helpful and friendly staff we could have expected. They did Everything they could to make our rental and moving experience as hassle- free as possible. Patrick came back to work long after closing hours and about 3 hours past our agreed upon time to help us with the trailer. I cannot thank the team at this facility enough. They truly were rock stars for us.

Any one around the area looking for a uhaul this is the spot. The trucks are super clean and up kept. I would really highly recommend this place for anyone. Manager Amy did an EXCELLENT job with facilitating the u box process—even being short staffed, she made sure my needs as well as those of other customers were addressed. Great person, great manager, great worker. Would definitely use these services again, especially as long as Amy is running the show.

Extremely helpful with getting a truck in a different area plus a storage unit local rent. Very knowledgeable of equipment and what quirks best as you describe the needs. Went way above and beyond when others simply bushed it off. Would highly recommend to anyone looking to rent a truck, trailer or storage unit.

Amy, Dom, and Patrick were so nice and helpful! I had had a bad experience with a different U-haul in the area and was overwhelmed when I called looking to exchange some medium boxes for small ones. Amy told me, no problem and to bring the boxes in for an exchange! Dom & Patrick helped me unload the medium boxes, processed the exchange and let me pick some things to use the exchange credit to get. They helped me load the small boxes in the car and I was good to go! Everyone wore masks and was so so nice! Thank you!! ☺️

I had a storage box reserved for pickup. On the reservation date, I was told it was not available and that although it was reserved and not scheduled. I was also told the boxes would not be available for over a month. I never received a call or any notification that my reservation would not be filled. It really threw a monkey wrench in our moving plans. Had I known it would not be available, I would have looked to book what I needed elsewhere. Buyer beware with this place!

This is a great U-haul location. The people are very easy to work with and willing to help. They also always have plenty of equipment. Not to mention the GM goes above and beyond.

The owner is awesome and helped me so many times with packing up and moving my parents estate. Great customer service, kind and willing to go out of their way to help. Best experience Ive ever had with U-haul.

I can’t thank this location enough! We are moving home from GA back to PA. We got caught in some bad storms so it delayed our move by a day. They were beyond accommodating and understanding!!!!! I can’t thank them enough for their help!

I used the after hours pick up system at this site. The truck waiting for me had a tire pressure light on the dashboard lit up. I didnt want to be charged for a tire repair so I didnt want to leave the lot. I tried to contact help. I ened up waiting over an hour and a half. By that time, it was too late. When I wanted to cancel, I was told to go through the return process and then dispute the charges. But when I tried to do that, I couldnt because the odometer reading was the same as when I started. I was so frustrated after speaking to 4 or 5 reps and getting nowhere, I drove 1 mile so that I could return. I was charged over $40 for driving 1 mile and not moving any furniture. I tried to call the center on my lunch break but could not get through. As of this writing, the charges have not been removed. Be warned. Avoid the after hours mobile system if you can.

The location is easy to access . Theyve got good inventory as well. The staff are super quick, helpful and very polite.I was there for an impromptu truck hire, they had stock, explained the details quickly and I was out in less than 20 mins.Highly recommend.
