They give you the run around when I comes to drop off. Was at drop off location and the individual refused to take the truck, and they stated they were going to charge us for each day until the the account can be closed being the person working was not able to accept the truck apparently. They have great rates and prices and they do offer a great service however there great service is not worth the hastle of trying to return the truck.

Went to this location to rent a moving truck and I must say the customer service here was great. Tim is definitely an all around great person.

In and out quickly. they always have the truck I need. Other locations around Pittsburgh often send you HERE, because they only have 1-2 trucks, and overbook reservations. Ruffing Auto has largest selection in town. I got 3 rentals here within 10 days, all trucks were NEW!! the ones I rented had 12,000-5,000- and 1,600 miles on them. I will go 7-10 miles out of my way to rent from them. Safe lot to leave your vehicle behind too.

Worst experience ever. I reserved my truck a month in advance. Budget called the day before I was scheduled to pick up the truck and told me they didn’t have a truck available. Instead of calling the numerous other budget rental locations around Pittsburgh to find me a new truck, they gave me a customer service number to call. I called the customer service number multiple times and spoke with numerous reps, who assured me my case was escalated to management and I would receive a call within the hour. I never received a call or any type of communication from anyone at Budget. I had to scramble to find a different company to rent a truck from hours before I was supposed to move. I would never consider doing business with any entity of Budget again.

Great price way better than uhaul and more understanding to situations.
