Rented a set of soil pipe snap cutters. Saved tons of time and they worked perfect

My husband and I recently rented a small to medium duty paint sprayer to paint our basement ceiling. While the rental pickup/dropoff was seamless, I couldnt be more dissatisfied with the customer service I received when I called during our rental period with a simple question. The spray nozzle on the paint sprayer was faulty, and after hours of the sprayer working for a few minutes and then needing to be flushed/cleaned, I finally decided to call the rental center to ask if we could possibly come pick up another spray nozzle so that we could get the job finished in the time allotted for our rental. I barely got the words we rented a paint sprayer this morning and were running into some issues... out of my mouth before I was interrupted by the gentleman who answered the phone. He proceeded to talk over me and continuously state that we had rented a professional-grade machine meant for professional use only. It took me a few minutes of being talked over in an incredibly condescending manner before I could even finish my sentence and ask the question I called with, which was simply whether or not we could come pick up a second spray nozzle attachment. The staff member was too busy trying to inform me of my incompetence to let me ask a question, let alone answer it. My husband and I thoroughly read the manual and followed all troubleshooting procedures to a T, and the spray nozzle was most definitely the part of the machine that was preventing us from getting the job done in a reasonable amount of time. I will absolutely never rent or purchase anything from this place again, and I will make sure all of my friends know about my experience as well. I work in customer service myself, and I would NEVER speak to a customer in the manner that I was spoken to. Poor form, Home Depot.

One of the great things that Home Depot does for their customer base is to supply rental tools and equipment for bobcat two escalators two trailers to pick up trucks and other tools that are used in the general contracting distance of so dear pro are our purchases are customer able to rent a tool for a short. Of time and the price is a little bit pricey but there is no better in the community out of that Midway on Midway copies Home depots prices so that they can compete in the market

Had a bad experience renting a vacuum here last night. Obtained the only vacuum (called Wet/Dry Vac) from the Tool Rental counter. Attempted to use it, but discovered the suction was very weak and the vac was spewing clouds of dust and dirt into the surrounding air. Called Home Depot for some troubleshooting tips after explaining that it wasnt working well. I was immediately told Okay return it. I asked how I should proceed as far as the cleaning I was trying to accomplish. They replied, Just buy one.I wouldnt be renting a vacuum if I wanted to buy one....I dont want to spend the money on a heavier duty vacuum that I will only need a few times in my life, not to mention the fact that I dont have anywhere to store it. The speed with which I was told to return the vacuum and just buy one makes me think that the Tool Rental employee suspected that this vacuum was not up to the task of even simply sucking up dust/dirt from a hardwood floor (which is all I wanted to do with it). Please dont waste peoples time by letting them rent faulty/inadequate equipment only to be told they should instead purchase tools from your store. Home Depot did refund the cost of the rental, but I dont think Ill be returning to have my time wasted again in the future.
