Dr. Marcelino was wonderful!! The entire staff treated me with such kind respect, and the root canal was quick and painless! I definitely recommend this office to anyone.

In the last several years I have needed several root canals, each time I have gone to Innovative Endodontics in Brentwood, PA. The entire staff is great. They understand that the patients are a little anxious. Their chair-side manner allows you to relax and very Important NO PAIN during or after!!

Just went to get my first root canal today here, and it was such a pleasant experience! I’ve lived with dental fear for awhile and have finally decided to combat it after having throbbing pain on one side of my mouth for two years. My dentist recommended I go to Innovative Endodontics for my root canal which I was mistakenly scared of. The assistant who took the x-rays and assisted Dr. Chaudhry was the sweetest lady ever. She made me feel so comfortable and relaxed during my stress before the procedure. Dr. Chaudhry did such an amazing job at making sure I was okay during the procedure as well as before and after. I didn’t feel a thing! I almost fell asleep during the root canal-it was relaxing. Thank you Dr. Chaudhry for such a great first experience and for eliminating my dental fear!

I started coming here for Root Canals when Dr Spatafore practiced at Innovative Endodontics. She has since retired and now Ive seen Dr Lisien for my dental needs. Dr Lisien has done 3 or 4 root canals for me and he is Simply Outstanding! I highly recommend Dr Lisien! He is GREAT and Super Nice!

I had a root canal almost 25yrs ago and told myself Id never get another one. I was enduring pain for almost 2 weeks this root canal.Well I gave this practice a chance. I am SOOO amazed! I really appreciate how caring your front to back staff was to me. You did an amazing job. After the Novocain wore off, I had ZERO pain. Just very slight ache, like a bruise. It was barely noticeable. I believe my doctors name was Levine DMD . THANK YOU SO MUCH FOR A GREAT JOB AND TRULY PAINLESS.Thank you again for VERY gentle and thorough care.

Had 2 root canals redone in June. They also failed in less than a year so I would not recommend redos. Was a total waste of money and time.

I can’t express enough how kind and caring everyone was towards me. I have a very high anxiety and fear about dental procedures and Dr. Michael Lisien and all the staff took the time to understand my fear, answer any questions and gently support me through the procedure. They listened and validated my feelings which gave me the confidence to go forward with my procedure. Thank you for being compassionate and understanding.

I went to get a root canal done on 12/22/20. Dr.Schultz was very nice and professional. However, his assistant was very rude. I spoke of my mouth throbbing after the procedure. It was. I had a huge infection. The girl rolled her eyes at me and told me to take ibuprofen for pain. I said I want antibiotics 1st of all... and 2nd as a respiratory therapist I don’t think u should be recommending ibuprofen. She said she’s been recommending that to all her patients and they’re fine. So I asked “did they get covid? Did u follow up with them about covid? No. Why would u?” Science has recently proved that the ibuprofen doesn’t make COVID worse. HOWEVER, it does boost the amount of ACE2 receptors that the virus uses to infect cells causing ibuprofen to act as a catalyst with the virus. I was simply making a professional recommendation and the girl thought I was trying to score some pain meds. Sorry hunny, the only part I have in the opioid epidemic is placing breathing tubes or assisting in a tracheotomy.

I recently cracked a tooth in the early morning hours of a weekend and struggled to find someone who could help repair the damage to avoid the loss of the tooth or potential infection. Dr. Marcelino and her associates were incredibly responsive. Although her colleagues were away they immediately connected me with her and she took time out of her Saturday to come to the office, x-ray, and repair my tooth. She then recommended next steps to ensure that I wouldnt have further issues with the tooth. She is one of the kindest medical professionals Ive encountered in my life, and it truly concerned about the health and safety of her patients. Although I hope to never have another emergency of this kind, I would trust her with any future concerns. Their staff followed up first thing Monday morning to assist with billing to my insurance company so my visit would be completely covered. If I could give them 10 stars I would.

This is my second time here. Both times I was treated with 5 star service. The Endodontist was very informative. Told me all of my options. I ended up getting a root canal, it was completely painless and my pain is gone. Great treatment and great bedside manner!

The whole time the doctor was working on my root canal, she and the dental worker engaged in a lengthy conversation. I believe it is impossible to fully concentrate on what you are doing if you are engaged in an unrelated conversation. I would never refer anyone to this practice.

Had to get an emergency root canal and they were able to fit me in on the same day. I was in quite a bit of pain but Dr. Chaudhry and her team put me at ease from the start. They were accommodating to my needs and checked on my comfort level numerous times throughout the procedure. Nobody wants a root canal, but if you have to get one, I’d highly recommend Innovative Endodontics. I went from toothache agony to pain-free bliss all within an hour or two. Thanks!

My dentist referred me here for a root canal and it was painless. I was a little anxious because I wasnt sure what to expect, but Dr. Chaudhry was excellent! She even did a follow up call later in the evening to make sure I was recovering okay.

Dr Lisien and his staff were excellent, cheerful, and very friendly. Im as nervous as it gets as a dental patient and I was in and out in no time, without pain. He also coordinated my treatment with my TMJ dentist over the phone before and after treatment. Five stars all around.

I am really surprised to see some of the low ratings this practice received. I have seen both Dr. Schultz and Dr. Lisien there and had nothing short of great experience each time. I would recommend them in a heartbeat.

I called today to set up an appointment for a root canal. When I told the receptionist what kind of dental insurance I have, she proceeded to tell me that, even though they accepted my insurance, I would have to pay out of pocket (over $1000) because they have a really hard time getting in touch with my insurer and they would reimburse me when they got paid. Why would I EVER agree to that?!? Why on earth should I have to pay ANYTHING when I have insurance? This is an unacceptable way to run a practice. Better to just not accept that particular kind of insurance rather than making the patient pay for it!! Im absolutely APPALLED by this. This is a problem between you and the insurer, NOT the patient. Practices like this are part of the problem with insurance in this country. So now I, the patient who is in pain, have to find a different endodontist. Unbelievably ridiculous.

Dr. Leisien and his team were very professional and I would recommend them for endodontic work. Their staff is very friendly and helpful with any questions that I had.

Went to see their Dr who stated that nothing was wrong with my root canal. The very next day I was in the ER trying to figure out why my face was swelling. They did an MRI and gave me antibiotics and sent me home. That night, I went back to the ER because my face had swelled so bad that my eye was swelled shut. I was then sent via ambulance to another hospital. I talked to a surgeon there and he immediately told me that it was my tooth that needed pulled. I was enraged, I went through 4 days of the worst pain of my life when I went to this facility to get answers in the first place. I would recommend seeing any other endodontist over them. They caused me so much pain and money. I remember sitting in the chair in their office, in excruciating pain asking the Dr if he was sure that it wasnt my tooth. He said yes and seemed too busy to really care. I completely blame this horrid experience on them and would strongly recommend that you look elsewhere for an endodontist

The staff was friendly and made me feel safe and comfortable in a time of pain. Janel Marcelino,DMD was the best took time to find the source of my tooth pain and fixed it promptly.
