I had an excellent experience at aspen dental. The staff was friendly, professional, and helpful. Scott was especially kind and helpful with me being a new patient. Overall highly pleased with my visit.

Im somewhat convinced that this place does something with their fillings so that they are compromised within 2 years. Ive had 4 fillings redone (one twice!) within 2 years. The techs are really nice, and the woman who cleans your teeth are both top notch, but the dentists seem to be the ones that just got out of dental school and dont quite know what theyre doing. Ive never had the same one more than twice.Im having trouble finding a dentist that takes my insurance, I wont be going back once I find one.

We scheduled an appointment 2 months in advanced so it would work out with our schedule. After leaving work early to arrive on time we are greeted with the information that they double booked our times and they wont be able to get us in today.... Would never recommend it to anyone..

Terrible management. I had an appointment at 11am on a Tuesday (confirmed the day before) and turned out that the office was closed!- update -After complaining to aspen dental about my appointment, they rescheduled me quickly for another day. The person who cleaned my teeth was great, but it seems like theres no permanent or full time doctor there, so this may not be the best place for a serious dental treatment. Hopefully theyll fix this situation soon so that they can operate normally.Waist of my time.

Went to dentist in May... after paying half of my expenses out of pocket... I received a bill for the rest of the work that they had done which was supposedly covered by my insurance. After calling my insurance, I found out that they had no been given any information from Aspen Dental and that now I had to pay some 30 dollars in late fees and penalties. These people give a bad name to dentistry and professionalism. Who is left to trust if you cant trust your dentist.

My Experience was Wonderful, from the Front Desk Receptionist, to the Dental Assistant, and Especially the Dentist, and Id like to Personally thank Scott, and the Sweet Lady who made my Dentures, And Most of All..... Lauren was/is my Guardian Angel, She Really took Care of Me.........Cant say Thanks Enough Whole Staff 5☆s

I typically avoid the dentist and after this experience there are more reasons for me to avoid them. The dentist himself was very nice, unlike the rest of my experience. I was pressured into purchasing an expensive toothbrush, which after two uses showed its true value, which is nothing. I contacted the office manager, the first time he hung up on me, the second time I was told that it was too bad, there was nothing they could do since it was used. So there went $150, then the icing on the cake was today when I got a call from a collection agency for an unauthorized care credit account that they opened for payment. They didnt even give them the correct address. Now not only am I out that money I am suffering from credit damage from this whole experience. I would say avoid aspen dental like you would avoid the plague!

The best Dentist I have been to in the last 5 years. I am generally not a easy person to work on when it comes to my teeth!, however when I met Dr. Fnu @shadyside clinic, she made my day :)! She was so sweet, caring and knowledgeable.It was such an easy process from the front desk to the docs chair and back to my car, that I would recommend people to go here!

Went tday for my 1st appt, everyone so nice there, they took care of me even though i dont have insurance. they send me to surgeon for wisdom teeth, then told me to come back after to finish exam, everyone nice, very nice.

I came here for two years. OMG when I was told about Edgewood Dental I immediately switched! Aspen Dental did a horrible job doing my cavity fillings, they fell out in less than two years. Their equipment arent comfortable to tbe teeth, and their staff are very rough on your teeth. I went to Edgewood Dental and they gave me sturdy clear fillings. And their equipment are kids friendly and gentle. Dont go to Aspen Dental! If you can make a switch go to Edgewood Dental, or anywhere else really.

Aspen makes the false claim that they do same-day cleanings... you know, like most dentists. They dont.So make sure you plan to take off two half days.

Everything about this place is 5 star!!
