The Used Car Store is it! The lovely couple were very helpful and insightful while helping me purchase my first car. They went the extra mile for me and I appreciate it. I love my Kia Spectra 5 the miles are low and the car was pretty affordable. They have very nice cars you can definitely find something nice with low miles. My car is beautiful and ready to go very clean and well taking care of. Thank you guys for everything super satisfied with my car.

Too good to even say. The car I was looking for was already cheaper there than anywhere else. They went over any detail they noticed that might be wrong and pointed it out to me. They actually pressured ME to have it taken to a mechanic. I had just come from two other places. The first one wouldnt let me have a mechanic look at it at all and the other one said I could only bring the mechanic with me. As if I have a mechanic on retainer to take car shopping with me. I wish! The one place had the nerve to tell me they didnt let people do that because they come back with lists of stuff thats wrong holy moly got out of there. And thats not all I had a personal situation that they went out of their way to help me with. I wont list the details on here but I will say they are awesome people and Ive never felt so comfortable with a car purchase. Dan you are an angel! Thank you thank you thank you thank you

I was looking for a specific car and they had it like 2k under market value on car gurus and way cheaper than anyone else. I wasnt sure if theyd be able to get me a loan since I only had statements to prove income. I cant say enough about the owners. They are really good people. They went through four different companies until they found me a loan at a crazy low rate. I like to think of myself as an educated consumer and will admit Im probably not that easy on sellers! They were completely patient with me. THANK YOU! YOU GUYS ARE AWESOME!

I recently purchased a very nice used car here. The owners were very pleasing to talk to and deal with. They gave me a killer deal on a suzuki sx4!The interior of the car was very clean and the car runs and looks great! They where very accommodating to my needs and they did the paper work there at their office. Every thing went very smoothly. I recommend going to The Used Car Store when youre looking to buy a new car. I went into this process so nervous to work with a car dealer because I have personally been burned. It took some time but, Dan not only sold me a great car, he stood behind that sale. Four days later my car wasnt sounding so great.. I was nervous about calling Dan about it because I expected to be told the meaning of as is & I dont have a lot of money and Im starting out ride sharing to pay my bills. After practicing my plea to at least get Dan to share the expenses I finally called. I was told to bring it right in. I couldnt believe my ears when Dan told me to go to Mighty Muffler in Homestead at NO charge to me!! Can you believe it? Dan definitely has integrity and is NOT just out for himself. He wants to see his customers happy AND safe! Car dealers can charge a lot of money for registration and title fees and most take advantage of that fact, not Dan, his fees are reasonable & affordable. Sure, the big dealerships are flashy but they work on and live for commission and will gouge as much money out of you as they can.. Again, not Dan! I had given up on the idea that I could trust a car dealer to look out for me, but Dan changed my mind and showed me that there are still salesmen out there that work for more than just money. Dan cares about his customers & values a good reputation. Ill be telling anyone & everyone from here on out.. If you need a new used car go to The Used Car Store. This was my first experience with The used Car Store. I learned of them through searching the net for a particular vehicle I was looking for, and they happened to have a potential Keeper for me. I was very apprehensive at first, not knowing anyone at the store, or the area. I live about 45 minutes away. I phoned the car store to confirm that the vehicle I was interested in was still there, and I spoke with Anthony, who informed me that it in fact was still available. I said Id like to come on in and check it out, and he said, Great. Itll be out front and ready for you when you get here. I cant say enough about Anthony as my sales contact. He was outstanding. No slick sales gimmicks, no pressure, no attempts at manipulative ploys. Just great, accomodating service. And trust me, Im a skeptical type of personality. I ended up purchasing the vehicle I was interested in, for a price that I was comfortable with. No hassles. Just civil, relaxed negotiations. Anthony went above and beyond when I had questions about carafax info... He was able to locate original service records from original owner, of which detail could not be matched... Unbelievable! Gave me complete peace of mind, which we all know, is close to priceless.
