In this day and age, it is tough to find an honest auto body shop, that treats you fairly, honestly and does quality work.Chuck and his crew are the best in my opinion at what they do.Went to 2 other body shops for a fix on a panel and bumper on a used car I had bought. Both were quoting me over a $1,000 and wanted to replace panels.Went to Chuck, he advised they could fix the issue, had me in the following week for 1 day and $200 later my car looks good as new.Great service, honest, friendly and take care of the problem at a fair price with awesome work. This place has to be your go to place for body work, inspections, mechanical repairs and detailing. It will be mine from now on.

Chucks Auto Body, 9455 Perry Hwy., Pittsburgh PA. 15237 did an excellent job repairing a damaged fender and headlight on my 2006 Mazda 3 (Jan. 2015). Thats not why I am writing a very supportive review. A week after the fender repairs, while driving around the N. Hills doing errands, a very loud thumping noise started in the front end. I checked for a flat tire, air leak, etc. but the tire was fine. Every time I accelerated to 20 MPH THUMP! I carefully drove over to Chucks. He asked for a description of the noises and, as soon as I said it stopped when I braked, he told me to sit down, pulled the car into his shop, assigned a mechanic immediately and 20 minutes later they gave me my car back with the noise completely eliminated. It turned out that a wheel balancing weight fell off throwing the tire out of balance. Chucks fee for an instant unscheduled fix: zero! No charge. Three generations of service captured in one small considerate act of helpfulness. Thank you.

Vehicle accidents come with plenty of stress but being without your vehicle due to repairs makes that stress seem even worse. My experience with Chucks Auto Body made the situtation a walk in the park. I received wonderful service from the moment I decided to have my car towed to the shop. The staff is extremely knowledgable and did not flinch on a body work rebuild of a brand new vehicle. Also, I received constant text updates to let me know how the process was going which was very comforting. The icing on the cake was arriving to pick up my newly fixed car and feeling like I was driving away from the dealership for the first time because every inch of that car - from the tires to the interior- sparkled. Thank you Chucks for such a comforting experience and such amazing work!

I took my car there based on someones previous experience that was great. I take my car in for a quote on how many days my car was going to be in the shop for. The owner Chuck said 5 days. Thats fine with me because the insurance quoted me 7 days. I had my car rental at enterprise reserved for pickup on the day i was dropping my car off. Friday comes. I call Chucks and he said they dont have it ready it should be ready on Monday. Wait until Monday, called... Still not ready. Tuesday afternoon I call and they said it will be ready hopefully today. I finally get the call to pick up. I drop the Rental car and Enterprise and that bill was around $450. I go next door to Chucks to pick up my car and asked if maybe he could accommodate me for the extra days for renting a car. He said... and I quote. It her fault for not having renters insurance with her insurance company. I paid him $2,210.09 He could have knocked off at least $100. But no. Pure Ignorance, all my fault for not having it. Then he hands my keys to my car and they arent my keys to my car. He gives me a key set to a Chevy. Left the building and saw that one of my center hubcaps missing! I know what my car looked like before I left. I had ALL of my hubcaps. Go back inside and asked if they touched my wheels and he said no... well someone must have because my breaks are tighter then they were before! NOT ONLY THAT! In my center console I had a pack of cigarettes in therewith only one left (stale by the way) and its gone! The inside of my care has grease stains on the door. I thought Garages where supposed to make sure cars look good when they leave the shop? Not this one. They dont care as much as others do. I will NEVER take ANY care there again!
