****NEW OWNER****Great customer service, fast,efficient, did not price hike or try to do extra not needed work because Im a woman!This is definitely a auto shop for women who want a trustworthy and affordable mechanic!!

My truck has been in this shop for 5 months now pending a fuel pump change. They never answer the phone or call back, and Ive tried calling well over 100 times at this point. When I stop by in person, no one is around. It seems as if theyve just abandoned the shop and left everyone who had a car there out to dry. If they ever DO open back up and start answering the phone, DO NOT use their services.

Theyre very professional and they get the job done right.

I just moved to the area and have been looking for an honest, affordable automotive center and I absolutely found it here with Extra Mile. Within 5 minutes of pulling up they were already changing my oil (cheapest oil change in the area might I add). Not only that they were incredibly friendly and personable people! Gotta love family owned businesses!5 stars

Small shop that was easily overwhelmed by what should have been a straight forward request. I had them replace a fender after my car was hit while parked. The shop was required to communicate and coordinate with the other partys insurance company. The repair was slowed down by countless errors in communication between the shop and the insurance company, the shop and their paint supplier, and the shop and myself. Replacing and repainting a fender ended up turning into a 15 DAY affair. This shop lacks the competency and man power to operate effectively and I would stay away for anything beyond a simple oil change.

Replaced a clutch for me. Took longer than quoted. Provided my own parts and the price on labor skyrocketed to the same price as them providing a $400 clutch and labor. Broke my radio somehow. Broke the clutch slave cylinder and epoxied it back in, started leaking and disabled a car they fixed less than a week ago. Stay away unless you want ripped off.

Horrible service and care...My elderly mother went to have her ac looked at and freeon charged. They filled her freeon up and didnt notice a leak. $115 of freeon wasted, and charged her for every penny.Scam artists. What a shame!

Absolutely horrible service.I waited on site and watched as they tore through the car then could not figure out how to fix the issue. All the while in the background a mechanic is yelling about how he hates his job slamming a hammer on another customers vehicle.I would never, ever, bring any of my vehicles here ever again.
