I travel across the city to take all my vehicles to Iezzi. They are honest, trustworthy, convenient and inexpensive - all words Ive *NEVER* used for car mechanics. But when I take my vehicles in, they have always treated me with respect and their prices are better than the big chains.Ive been going there for over 10 years and it is nice to see the same people in the shop who actually know my name.I highly recommend Iezzi for all your car needs. I, or a friend, have used them for everything from brakes to body repair to painting to yearly inspections to it sounds funny. Do you know what that is? (And, ironically, they diagnosed that it was a piece of metal that was coming loose near the tire. They fixed it. They did NOT charge us for it!)

Owner/operator David is a good mechanic who does quality work. Hes also very reasonable!

Lou Iezzi & Sons is great! Ive only had positive experiences and am always happy with their work! They really seem to care about affordable cost (by finding used and more economical parts) and have on multiple occasions fixed minor issues on my car without charge.

Rolled into Pittsburgh with a company van that started have problems with the front end. They took it in and and gave me the quote right away. And now they are fixing it. Highly recommended.

They sent someone to my house to give me a jump for a dead battery, and they did not charge me a penny. That’s really generous and amazing. Thanks guys!

Brought my mazda 6 here after someone rear-ended it.Lou Jr & the guys did a really excellent job - they finished in half the time of the insurance estimate and a little under the appraisal estimate too. Lou Jr is a great guy and was a pleasure to work with. He even went the extra mile to get all manufacturer replacement parts. I highly recommend this shop and will be coming here from now on.

Dave went above and beyond to help me get my car through inspection. Im picky about who works on my cars and do almost all of the maintenance myself but know my stuff is in good hands with Iezzis. These guys are in the neighborhood that I grew up in and I hope they stick around doin their thing. The east side of the city is booming and they certainly deserve all the growth and success that might come with it. Honest, hardworking, no corner cutting mechanics are hard to come by. If youre new to the neighborhood or just looking for an upgrade from your current mechanic, check these guys out.

Awesome guys -- they are my go to mechanics in Pittsburgh. They do quality work and honor it -- which is rare to find now a days. (Also usually like a 1-2 day turn around).

I live a few blocks from the shop but have never used their services. My car wouldnt start so I walked over and asked to borrow jumper cables. Not only did Lou kindly lend equipment to a total stranger--he drove me back to my car and made sure I got it started! Thank you, Lou!

I got an oil change at Iezzis yesterday. Went I went to drive my car away on the side street where it was parked, one of my brand new tires was completely flat. I called Iezzis and someone came with an air compressor to fill my tire enough to get me back to the shop, then directed me to drive the wrong way down a one-way street which resulted in me being yelled at by another driver. Once back in the shop, they tried to figure out where the problem came from and guessed that the leak had to do with the valve remaining open after they checked the tire pressure. When I asked what I should do if I continue to have problems with that tire now, the response was I dont know why you would. Nobody ever said sorry for the inconvenience or it is too bad this happened or please let us know if you have further trouble or ANYTHING that indicated any remorse about the situation or good customer service. I 100% get that stuff happens and it may have been out of their control, but I went to them for an oil change and left with a flat tire. Someone saying hey - sorry wouldve been all that it took to not leave feeling crummy about it. I had to arrange for someone else to pick up my kids from school and the situation was a hassle that I wouldve preferred to avoid. A small acknowledgement of that is all I needed to not leave Iezzis with a bad taste in my mouth.

Used a groupon to get a state and emission inspection and it very less as compared to other places. The staff is friendly. During inspection, they found out that one of the plate lights was not working and they fixed it free of cost!
