I called to get an Inspection and oil change. They were able to fit me in within 3 days. Faster than my dealer and other auto service providers. They took my car in within a half hr and had me out within an hr. All staff was very personable and professional. I give it a 10 out of 10. Will return and also recommend to all family and friends.😊

My family has used Schneiders service for many years. He has always given excellent work for decent prices. In one instance, instead just charging me and doing the repair, he advised that it would be better to get another car. We believe he can be trusted and thats most important.

I used Schneiders for years for basic car repairs or maintenance. Chuck was typically great about squeezing a car in when other shops were busy. I drive older model Mercedes and take them to an independent Mercedes specialist. I needed a minor repair before going on a trip so I went to Schneiders. A straightforward couple hour repair was drawn out into over a week that surpassed my timeline. I paid my bill picked it up and completed the repair myself. Fast forward a year. I have new tires to be mounted. I schedule an appointment. An hour and fifteen minutes before the appointment Chuck calls to cancel. He would rather not work on my cars and take my business elsewhere. I would recommend other people take their business elsewhere as well. Im at a loss for the poor quality of service and the owners mentality.

Chuck Schneiders garage is the only place ive ever been where I absolutely trust them not to rip me off. And they know what they are doing at this garage. His prices arent cheap, but neither are the dealers garage. Also, I never have to wait. When he says the car will be done by a certain time, it is done by a certain time. His business has been suffering lately from a lengthy construction project on West Carson Street. Make an appointment to have your car serviced there----its worth the little bit of hassle with the construction. I have been taking my car to Chucks for years and have NEVER had a problem of any sort.

My family has been going to Schneiders for years. Chuck will tell you what you need now, what you will need soon and his crew do a good job.

Around the time when the state inspection was due, Id been in and out of town so I didnt have enough time to research and carefully choose a shop. Thus, I ended up taking my car to Schneiders Auto where I could get an inspection without much wait. First off, the price for replacing a part the owner gave me in person was higher than what was previously quoted over the phone. Then, the owner provided me an incomplete estimate (missing labor charges), failed to identify obvious safety issues that needed to be addressed but instead wanted to spend 2-3 hours for diagnostic tests with no guarantee to locate a problem on brake lights - it turned out that the light bulbs were just needed to be replaced. Also, the owner did not go over problems with me even though I was waiting at the shop. After he charged for the inspection, he repeatedly refused to set up an appointment for a re-inspection. The next day I was forced to take my car to another shop and they found holes on my muffler - of note, I didnt have any problems with the muffler before nor did they tell me about the issues with the muffler during/after the first inspection at Schneiders.

Most honest garage i have ever had.Prices were good &service was great.will use again. Thanks guys ;)
