I am completely blown away by the work Double Take did on my classic 1989 Mustang GT. I just bought an older Fox Body Mustang that was in pretty bad shape for paint. The guys did a fantastic job restoring the factory paint. They did an amazing job on the interior and the engine compartment. My car looks like I just picked it up from the dealer new. Thank you so much I cant speak highly enough of the work they did.

It doesnt make sense, existentially, how clean my car was when I picked it up. I didnt know it was possible for a car to be this clean. No trace of any toddler gunk, no trace of any gunk anywhere. Light grey interior is spotless. For less than $200 I have a vehicle that looks better than brand new.

Just got my cars windows tinted. They were very professional and helped me select a proper tint for my car in a timely manner. I would certainly take any other vehicle back here for another tint job. The quality was fantastic and Im happy with the results.

Double take auto was fast and efficient. I dropped my car off at 8 AM and it was ready for pick up at 3:00. This was my first time getting my car detailed and it severely needed it. When I opened my car door I couldn’t believe how clean it was - maybe even cleaner than when I bought it from the dealership. I had stains from normal wear and tear on my seats and when I got it back you couldn’t even tell it was there. The price was exactly what I would have expected to pay for something of this quality. Highly recommend and will be going back in another 1-2 years.

Mike and Olindo not only hooked up the driver & passenger windows for me, but also installed a low profile windshield brow & matched all the rear windows for added privacy & security. I called super late on a Friday afternoon and they were able to accommodate my busy schedule- they fit me in the following Monday. I use Double Take Auto time and time again for my detailing needs. I originally had a Groupon for a ceramic coating and had it scheduled earlier this year. I took my car in and there was a misunderstanding on my service I was to receive but nonetheless I still left a happy customer because they didnt charge me for the detail that was done. Just recently I rescheduled my ceramic coating and everything went smoothly. Not only did they still honor my Groupon but the owner upgraded the type of coating he put on my car with no charge. I dont see how anyone has anything negative to say about the owner because he was nothing but professional and made sure I left a happy customer. I can really appreciate what he did because he didnt have to and even made sure to clean up some imperfections on my car. I would recommend this place to anyone who wants quality work done to there vehicles from detailing to tint they get the job done!

Double Take just ceramic coated my new Ford Ranger. Even though at a Groupon- reduced price, I was treated as a valued customer, professionally and with respect. The process and advantages/ limitations were explained clearly and additional suggestions were made to help me keep the truck like new. Ceramic coating promises to keep the finish new, bright and shedding water for several years.Location is convenient to both I-79 and I-376 and the staff is diligent about answering the phone to answer questions and make appointments.

I took my car to get detailed and at first everything seemed great and then the further into the inspection of the car I realized that the backseat was now loose and no longer attached at the base and after about a week the interior of the car was still not dry and started to smell bad and when I called the company and employee or the owner denied everything saying that the fact that I didn’t drive the car enough was the reason that it was still wet inside and that it was my fault that the backseat was no longer attached. He totally denied every single thing and when I told him that the backseat has never been touched or removed for any reason he still said it had to be my fault and then when I said I was disappointed and I would probably never bring my car back down there again he started talking like a three-year-old saying oh great awesome thanks a lot thanks for calling in.

I had my husbands SUV detailed as a surprise for his birthday, and I couldnt be happier. Although the service was pricey, it was worth it. The car looks better than new, and they were able to get all the dog hair out and sap off the outer surfaces. I would definitely recommend Double Take if you want a professional level detailing.

I had pet hair ALL over my car and even though it cost a little extra my car looked amazing. They literally got every single hair. I even left some valuable items in the car and nothing g was touched or taken. They do an amazing job and are trustworthy! I would definitely recommend.

We had Double Take detail our Suburu Legacy and Mini Cooper this week. We just picked both cars up and thy look fabulous inside and out. We do not have time to wash our cars or vacuum the inside very often. Since winter was over we thought that it would be a great time to get them cleaned up. I recently had my truck detailed at Double Take Automotive and was Initially satisfied by the look of the vehicle. That satisfaction was extremely short lived when I went to pull out and realized my tires had zero traction on the road when I went to make turns. It sounded like I was peeling out and the tires were skidding to find traction. I thought I would give it time to see if whatever they put on the tires would come off but it’s more than two weeks post and it’s still a pain to drive. I called Double Take to make them aware of the situation and they were not apologetic whatsoever and proceeded to convince me that my tires must of magically went bad after I had it with them when they were perfectly fine beforehand.

These guys did a great job. My car was disgusting after a trip to Florida and back with my dog. They removed all of the dog hair, cleaned the interior . Washed and waxed the exterior and made the car look like new again . Very satisfied. Would highly recommend them and will definitely use them again!

Their name explains it all, better take two, three, or four looks before giving these people any money. The scary thing is the OWNER of this company performed the work...I never like giving bad reviews to businesses, but this was the most disrespectful to me and my car, and unprofessional service I had from any business.To be fair the detail work was good. Dont let them do anything more than putting water and soap on your car.They installed my vinyl racing stripes POORLY, quoted double the cost from the original estimate in the middle of the job. Of course in the middle of the job, as a business you analyze the situation and then offer a new estimate BEFORE doing the work. You cant take the vinyl off and redo it.Vinyl was cut crocked, did not line up in back of the car (have photos). The vinyl was cut so badly in the back that they used a tint pen on a $28k cars paint job that was just detailed. They did not install the racing stripes per original agreement (BUMPER TO BUMPER)Owner did not try to do anything about it, said This is how all racing stripes look by any shop.If you love your car or your money, run far away from this. Hopefully the credit card company can save me from these people.The owner of this company isnt man enough or professional enough to admit he didnt have the correct skills to perform this job on a CUSTOMERS car to professional standards, and will not stand by his service. Even a restaurant will give you a free steak when they burn it to a crisp.

I was amazed at how clean they were able to get the interior of my car! I just got it done December 7 and am extremely pleased. Just a heads up, be prepared if your upholstery is cloth for it to be damp for a day. Although this may have had to do with the temperature outside being around 40 and the car being parked outside my home and not in the garage. I would recommend Double Take and I will definitely use them again.

As a rule I dont leave reviews; they earned recognition. Friendly, reasonable prices, and great work. Removed scratches from car without being asked or charging me for it. After someone threw up in my brand new car, they were able to bring it back to zero scent. They suggested an overnight ozone treatment for the interior, which was not expensive. It worked, and I have my car back to new.

Took my car to get detailed before I traded it in. I know, the logic is weird, but a shinier car gets a higher trade in value. Ended up with a shine that I hadnt seen since I originally picked it up from the dealership. Almost wanted to keep it.However, I will say it was kinda pricey (about $150 if I recall correctly) but keep in mind you get what you pay for. I almost wanted to drop this to a 4* rating because of the price, but the end result more than met my expectations and it wouldnt make sense to lower the current 4.6 average on something that I was more than impressed with.Well done, Double Take!

Very pleased with the interior detail on my ‘16 Legacy today. I am a former detailer with limited resources to do my down work right now. My car is two years old but it was in dire need of attention. A couple problem marks in my upholstery were taken out including a stain on the interior panel of my driver door which was a great surprise. I had failed multiple times to get the stain out myself and I am very happy with the results I received. I plan to return soon.

Paid extra for dog hair removal, yet got my car back with a ton of hair left in it - I could have done better with a home vacuum. The employee was very dismissive and not even a little interested in hearing my issue. I later discovered that they basically don’t want to be bothered with anyone who uses their service via Groupon. Would never return. This is NOT a fake review, but nice try.

Would NOT recommend.The outside of the car was slightly better than a drive through car wash. On the interior, I had to go back in an re-vacuum to get leaves and crumbs out. It was clear that they only did a quick job and missed anything that wasnt completely obvious. Cup holder still had crumbs (young kids get things everywhere), and leaves were in the still in the door cargo holders. Carpets clearly only had a quick running over with attention to getting things in the corners / edges.Customer service was also kind of crappy. I did not know about the up-charge for an SUV. I have no issue with an addition charge, but when I asked why they never told me in the 3 conversations I had with them, I was told we dont need to tell you and well keep your car unless you pay. Mind you, I wasnt suggesting I wasnt going to pay, I was asking why they never mentioned in. They told me it was clearly in the groupon, so that is your responsibility to read. Well silly me, I used the iPhone app and didnt read the fine print or the dozen or so posters in their lobby.But, as it was made clear to me but the less than hospitable rep, this was my problem and they do not need to inform me. Great... I would not go back or recommend to others. And that is not just because of the rep but also because the job was done poorly. I would rate this as a decent car wash and and quick internal clean - certainly not a quality detail.

My husband took my car (white Saturn ion) here for me last month.It was pretty messy without inside detailing in 7 years.(But not HORRIBLE; not too many passengers, ever) He told me he drove by twice, so it must be unimpressive looking.However the car looked great. I had been hunting for a decent price for 2 years, lol.So I definitely can recommend.

The most unprofessional people I’ve ever dealt with. Such a bizarre experience. The owner has no idea how to communicate with people without getting nasty. Just looking through these reviews is a prime example of that. His responses are immature and unprofessional just like he is in the shop (I’m sure I’m going to get a nasty response to this post too). I highly recommend going somewhere else if you want to be treated with respect.

These guys are professionals. I have a handful of experiences with comparable shops and I can confidently say Ive never been this impressed. The exterior of my Mazda glistened from a few blocks away - I was almost in disbelief that it was my car. And the interior, which is where Ive previously been left unimpressed at other places, was perfect. And when I say perfect, I mean it is as close to perfect as Ive ever seen. The leather looks fantastic! Pardon the cliche, but it looks like a brand new car. And the guy who I spoke to afterward was extremely helpful and went above and beyond with his customer service. Excellent!

Great experience, I was gifted the groupon offer for my Birthday and scheduled an appointment. The groupon offer is for the basic detailing package so dont expect the highest package out of it. They will call you to check and see if you want any upgrades which was very nice.Overall the car looks great (especially the wheels). They cleaned all the floor mats (including the trunk), wiped down the interior very well. Couldnt be more pleased.

Took my car here to get some clear coat scratches and scuffs removed. These guys did an excellent job and were able to make my cars finish look like new. Very courteous and professional.

If your car needs a makeover you will take it to these guys! I have 2 little ones and my car was a mess inside and out! They got all the smashed up food, stuck fruit snacks, and spilled juice out of the mats and carpet. They made my leather look brand new!! They made the outside of my SUV shine like it was brand new! They did such a great job I will be taking my car and my husbands car back there from now on!My friends are using them now too because of the great service I received. I recently bought a 3-year-old used car that was filthy on the inside. Dirt everywhere, a sticky liquid in the center console, dried paint on the drivers seat, and a faint smoke smell from the previous owners smoking habit. Double Take cleaned up everything and now the car looks brand new. All the dirt is gone, the center console in clean, the paint on the seat is gone, the interior is spotless, and the outside paint has a brand new wax job. Additionally, they performed an ozone treatment on the car which removed 99% of the smoke smell. I cant speak highly enough about the work they did. While it was a little pricey, I now essentially have a new car for a used car price.

I would like to start out by saying I never write reviews, but have to make an exception for these Guys. The condition of my Car was hopelees (So I thought ) after talking with these guys I decided on the Platinum Detail. Let me just say the spill stained seats and floor now look as if nothing was there. Im a smoker and you couldnt tell that this was a smokers car. My scuffed outside and destroyed rims look gorgeous. Thank you guys !!! Ill recommend to anyone

I spent like 300 bucks on my car in cleaning and detailing the inside and outside and I go to pick it up and it still had swirls all over it the detail was terrible still could see all the scratches I told him about it and he said to bring it back and when I tried to always bring it in he was busy so never stood behind his work... Plus he parked it outside of the shop close to the busy road and I had to go take it the car wash to clean all the dirt off... Yep basically a bad experience!

What impressed me most about this company aside from the amazingly thorough detailing work was the professional way in which they run their business. I will definately be a repeat customer.

I just got my car back a few minutes ago and shouted HOLY CRAP when I opened the door. I gave them a very dirty, 7 year old Mazda3 and when he returned the car it looked like it did the day I bought it. It literally looked brand new inside. I have no idea how they got 7 years of my neglect out of those seats. They steam cleaned everything in the whole car and even the trunk looks pristine. It is as close to a miracle as I have ever seen..... Google only allows 5 stars but if I could give it 12, that would be more accurate. I am seriously in shock...

I took my Nissan Rogue to Double Take Auto to get my car detailed before the arrival of my new baby. My car has spent the last 4 years driving from Meadville to Pittsburgh every day and it transports our dogs to and from walks/creeks a lot, so needless to say it can get quite dirty on the inside and the bugs and scratches on the outside were awful. I honestly was shocked when I picked my car up! It looked better now then it did 4 years ago when I bought it brand new. I have never seen the outside be that shiny of a black color, there wasnt a bug or a swirl on it! I was AMAZED! The inside was just as good, you would never even know that I had dogs in there ever! Thank you so much for making my car new again and I will recommend Double Take Auto to anyone who needs a detail!!

Olindo and the crew at DoubleTake can really transform your car. I had not had my car cleaned in any way for years. I took multiple years of travelling for work every week on the PA Turnpike, eating and drinking in the car, it was pretty smelly and nasty.I called up DoubleTake and they were able to make an appointment within a week. They have a convenient Key Drop you can use if you need to drop your car off the night before.The next day around 3:00PM, I got a call from Olindo, the owner, letting me know that my car was all done.When I came to pick up my car, I was amazed! The years on the highway had meant I had major tar, scuffs from some foriegn object and other small scratches on my paint. All of this was mostly gone! Now, I did have some door dings which are still there, they offered me paintless dent repair for an additional fee but I chose not to take it.The inside of my car was even more impressive, it is a 5 year old car and the carpets were pretty beat up. I dont know what kind of machine they use to clean the carpets but it really restores them to almost new. I could go on and on but basically expect your interior to look better than when you bought the car. They even steam cleaned my trunk (and left perfect vacuum lines on the carpet).All in all, it was very worth it and I will probably take my car in every year. While it wont be as much of a transformation from one year to the next, it will certainly keep my car looking great for when I sell it.

Had tints put on my 2011 Acura RDX. The guys matched them up perfectly, and even gave me tips about what cops might give me trouble for them.A few days after, the seals on the interior kept folding under everytime I rolled the window down. I stopped in, Olindo was at the front desk, told him what was happening and without any hesitation he walked right out to my car and fixed the problem personally.It is nice to see an owner take responsibility and fix the problem instead of trying to get out of it.
