I had a great experience taking my car here. Had my windows tinted and my roof vinyl wrapped and both came out great. The people working here were very professional and on time. I had a slight miscommunication about my wrap job, but afterwards, the team fixed it promptly and without any issue. Definitely coming back for future business. Would recommend for sure!

I brought my car in for front bumper ppf and the work is terrible I called the company and brought it back to show the manager how terrible it looked, there is bubbles everywhere and glue adhesive marks where it was stretched wrong.. he then preceded to tell me that it was because my car is flawed and that is why it looks so bad.. when I told him I wanted a refund so I can have another shop fix it he told me its either I let them fix it or nothing at all.. this is terrible business practices and I would never recommend this company to anyone.. the manager is extremely argumentative and defensive and will not take blame instead places it on the car because of its year even tho it sat in a showroom and temperature controlled garage its whole life.. they took my showroom car to a flawed mess that gets comments about how horrible it looks by anyone who sees it.. I expected top quality work from a business so highly rated but I would caution anyone who brings their vehicle to this company..

Was able to do a walk-in for Window Tint after purchasing a new vehicle. I called while at the Dealership and I asked if I could bring in my new vehicle that day and the manager said yes (forgive me I am terrible with names). Arrived at Tint World roughly at 1:00pm and was finished approx. 2:15pm. Work was excellent and no traces of a Window Tint job had been performed. The installed Window Tint is beautiful. Had a appointment at 1030am waited around until 3ish to get my vehicle back. I understand people get behind on work, thats not a issue. But paying 450$ for a tint job I expect it to be perfect. All 4 windows have between ⅜ to ⅛ difference at the top of the glass when the windows are rolled down.

Wow fast service. Instant quote based on suv vehicle, reserved appt week later. Dropped off at 10 ready at 1:30. Windows look nicely tinted and inside the car was clean and can’t even tell where the tint ends. Really quality work completely covering Front driver and passenger windows, rear passenger in back, plus all three rear windows in SUV including back liftgate window.

Had our truck windows tinted. Very professional and neat workmanship. The entire process was handled quickly and efficiently. The young man that did our tint was very helpful when I inquired as to what we could do to remove a mark on our truck door handle. Even though it was close to closing time (on a Friday evening no less!) he actually took the time to buff out the mark—free of charge. Although it only took a minute-the fact that this young man willingly went out of his way to help us (the mark was on our truck BEFORE bringing it there for the tint—NOT the fault of Tint World)—this just shows what great, friendly and helpful employees they employ here. Im pleased to say that they have taken care of every issue I had with the previous installation. ..It took a little longer than both parties expected, but in the end it all turned out well on both ends. .. I had the absolute worst experience here. First, I made my appointment online and you have to call to confirm it went thru. So the next day I called twice and no one answered. I went and they got me all set up for an appointment at 9 AM the next day. I take my car and drop it off at the scheduled time and after about six hours passed I decided to call after waiting all day. Again I called twice and no answer. I drive there to get my car and they never even touched my car! Not one person to called to tell me that it would be a little later than expected and agin no one answered the phone. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

I was quoted $279. When I returned another person quoted me $369 and stated that only he can give me a quote and refused to honor the first one. I told him to forget it and he lowered the price to $279 and told me to drop the car off for the day.

I went to Tint World on June 12, 2020 to have a new radio system installed. I met the manager Joe. He was very professional, knowledgeable and friendly. He quoted me a fair price.....anyone who knows me knows that I always do my research before I make a decision. My appointment was set at which time I met Mike who did the installation. He was also friendly professional and funny. They made sure I understood how my new system worked and I was on my way. I forgot to mention he quoted me a timeframe of about 4 to 4 1/2 hours for the install to be done because there were other cars there besides mine. It was done in two hours which was a pleasant surprise. I am COMPLETELY satisfied. Thank you Tint World for a job WELL DONE!!!

Great customer service. I had the whole car tinted here. The back window had some bubbles (caused by a new guy). Jesse took care of it right away, re-doing the back window and even reimbursing me a little for having to come back a 2nd time.

These guys did a phenomenal job on my car! I originally went in looking to get a clear coat bra put on and got a good deal to get my windows tinted as well. Jesse did a great job in working with me last second to also do some touch up on the front end and fenders before the clear coat was put on. Got my car back ahead of schedule and couldnt be more happy with the way things turned out.Jake installed the clear film and did a wonderful job. The paint on my car is susceptible to chipping easily and am very pleased with having this protection knowing there is also a 10-year warranty - well worth the money.Kevin did the tinting and I think it looks great on this car - these guys know what theyre doing! With their professionalism and help in getting so much done on a tight deadline I know where Ill be going in the future to get this type of work done!

This second dealing with tint world frankstown rd. Someone swiped my car with a shopping cart on something. had large scuff mark on front side of my vehicle. Brought it tint world because they previously applied clear film paint protection. Gentleman looked at my car said no problem, but had to replace the film on that side cause it was all ripped an torn. two days later, car looked brand new again. i could not believe i did not need painting etc. I highly recommend tint world and all their products. they do actually protect and saved me alot of money. staff was great and did what they promised. highly recommend.

Got my windows tinted here around two years ago and they’ve held up ever since. The film hasn’t deteriorated in the slightest, and there isn’t a single imperfection.I remember buying a lifetime warranty, but honestly I think the tint will outlast the car itself.

I have to say that I am very impressed with the tint job that I had done on my Acura. One thing I have learned over the years is if the tint company cannot tint around the center brake light then DO NOT use them. My previous car I took to another tint facility in Pittsburgh and they wrecked my center brake light plus the tint was rolling up on the back window.Tint World staff did an amazing job on my Acura I could not find a single bubble or notice a single area that still had some left over liquid just waiting to be dried out. Also the inside of my car was kept clean. Normally tint places will spray the inside of your windows and leave the over spray behind. Not Tint World.The staff at Tint World was really awesome to work with, they were very friendly and very professional.Because of the experience I just had with Tint world, I will be taking every car in the future to here and I highly recommend them to anyone.

Wanted my windows tinted today and just couldnt wait Joe was able to get me in on a cancellation minutes after our phone call. All of the other places couldnt take me for weeks. I had one guy tell me he would do all 8 side windows and the back for $125 without using the coupon I had. Sounded like a unbeatable deal until I came into Tint World where I was informed that certain kinds of tints wont allow cell phone reception. So that would mean no radio no xm radio or navigation..always have to watch out for these place where you may save a little but it will not be worth it!!! I saved myself and my car so much coming here! Got the supreme package limo in the back 18 in the front with a lifetime warranty for less than 300!! Great service made me very comfortable and I also was in and out !

Just had my car tinted here and I cant recommend them enough. The GM Jesse is a cool dude and was extremely helpful. He sat down to pick out a full stereo overhaul for my car with me while my car was being tinted. We just had our Jeep Grand Cherokee tinted and they did an awesome job. It took them about an hour and they applied the tint perfectly. Getting our other car done this week, I highly recommend this place!

I have taken 4 of my vehicles and my family members have taken numerous vehicles to Tint World and each time was a GREAT experience! They have even squeezed me in early on a Saturday! They are friendly, have great customer service and great quality work done to every vehicle that they have touched. I have and will continue to refer friends and family to Tint World.

I had my Crown vic tinted by them. Sides and rear window. Its been about 2 months and Im still very happy. Theyre very good with pricing and the warranty is even an acceptable price as well.Im definitely coming back to get the windshield strip.

I chose this location for three reasons:1) they were listed on the Compustar website as an authorized dealer2) they have rave reviews everywhere I look3) their website says their installers have certificationsWhy will I not recommend them for your next remote start install? I called and spoke with Joe after sending an email. Joe told me they would install the Compustar remote start, a Drone Mobile module and Compustar 901 2-way LCD remotes for their standard price. Joe proceeded to text me after with some questions and details. I called back the next day to make the appointment then sent Joe a text letting him know I had made the appointment. He called me to finalize things and let me know he would order the parts.I went in the next week to have the install completed, I was told it would take 3-5 hours. 5 hours later I was told it would be a little longer because the wire that connects the Drone Mobile to the remote starter was crimped from the manufacturer. An hour later I was told I would have to come back the next day to have the install completed and was then handed standard remote fobs. I explained that I had been told I would get the 2-way fobs. This was news to the crew there, and nothing had been ordered. Then I was told it was on back order and I would have to come back a third time after that came in. Why was I not told this before I made this trip? I can understand that mistakes happen, but being told the wire had been crimped in the box? Why was this not checked ahead of time?I spent two hours there the next day and was told I would get a call when the 2-way remote came in. The following week I called to get an update and was told Oh, yeah... Its here, do you wanna come down tomorrow?Three trips, all a one hour round trip from my house, that should have been one if communication and preparation had happened first. The best part? I was told Im sorry. Stuff happens.I saw quite a few cars with some really nice looking to t leave this place. Seems like that part is done well. I would not recommend them for remote start installs.

Made appointment for 10:00am with theses guys. Sent my wife with my truck she got there at 9:30am and waited till noon and the owner/installer never showed up to do the installation of a remote starter on my truck. The only guy there tried calling his boss but the boss/owner never answered the phone and never called back. So I ask the guy to have the owner call me and of course he didnt do that either. So I will never b back to this place again and do not want this to happen to anyone else. Lost time and money playing with this wanna b business.

I showed up they gave me a quote on my tint showed and explained to me what each tint level would be like on my car. Also they put me before another car because I drove a good distance. They were kind and very helpful and did a great job on my tint I will definitely be going back.

I had tried to install a set of dual DVD headrests in my vehicle but tried and tried and could not figure out the wiring. Within an hour Tint World hooked everything up perfectly! They were so courteous, quick and effecient! I would recommend them to anyone!

Shop was very clean didnt feel like I was bothering them waiting on my vehicle to get the windows tinted. I do feel that the tint I picked out was darker than what is on my car though. But over all impressed the work was done quickly and efficiently.

Got my 2013 BMW X3 tinted. Had to book a week in advance. I am not an expert on window tint but got the car back today and it looks like a high quality job. There are no bubbles or blemishes in the tint and the fit and finish is great. Staff was knowledgable and courteous.
