They seem to do good work. I had an issue with my remote starter that they told me how to fix over the phone. It was in valley mode because of a series of step a mechanic did. They guarantee their work. The installer is friendly enough.

We had undercoating, remote start, and other things installed on our truck there. We even added something at the last minute to our plan and they did it free of charge that same day. Their work is efficient and very reasonably price, and the guys that work there are all really nice! Highly recommend calling these guys first!

They did a great job rust protecting my truck at ziebart. Jim and the crew were very pleasent and helpful. If you need transportation while they coat your car they will provide that as well, back and forth.

I dropped my Subaru STI off to just get windows tinted and I picked it up the next day with 100+ extra miles on it. Someone there was our joy riding around in my car. I will never take another vehicle there again, they cannot be trusted.

We purchased a gift certificate for a remote starter for a Christmas gift, 2019. Had it installed in January, 2020. It NEVER worked consistently from the day it was installed!. On the 3rd trip back to the store, we requested it be uninstalled and for us to be reimbursed. Jim W. store owner said I AM NOT going to uninstall it because it works sometimes. He told me HE DIDNT CARE! And he was arrogant, rude, unprofessional and talked down to us. Worst customer service experience of my life! We also had to purchase a new battery because it drained it. On the 3rd visit; he said he spent four hours with a technician to hard wire it. He Told us he hopes it works now; so he never has to see us back in his store! Well, Jim W; the first time it doesnt work; you will see me back in your store as it supposedly has a lifetime warranty. (Which I never received a record of except for my receipt.) I will be contacting ZIEBART CORPORATE OFFICE to inform them of our poor experience! P.S. Jim S, sales person was wonderful!

I bought a 2008 Ford Ranger that i wanted to keep in good condition for a long time. Rather than going through the hassle of washing and waxing it every three months I had read about the Diamond Gloss coating from Ziebart on line and figured a once a year investment would protect the finish and save me a lot of time. The staff were always professional, knowledgeable and I can honestly say that after owning the truck for 7 years that the finish looks just as good now as it did when i first had it applied.

I just want to say how impressed i was with Ziebart in Shaler, we had dealings with Ziebart years ago at another location and left very unhappy - we wanted running boards put on on sons truck and decided to give this location a try -1st i want to say how nice they look our son loves them, 2nd the guy that installed them Jim was great to work with very nice, professional and helpful. Down to earth guys, easy to deal with. They simply do good work, trustworthy. That is a huge statement.

I looked around for deals on car starters for a while before contacting Ziebart. I have an Audi so standard starters dont work with my car. Initially, when I dropped my car off and Ziebart they unfortunately didnt have the specific part needed for my car and had to order it in. Eric at Ziebart called me right away, was extremely professional, explained the situation and assured me hed call me right away when the part came in to reschedule. He did exactly that, I dropped it off the next week and Ziebart installed it. Not only was he extremely polite and professional the entire time but Ziebart was extremely accommodating overall (I work 8-5 which is when they open/close so it was nice that they were able to help me out). I would recommend them hands down. Not to mention the cost of the starter on my Audi was about $200 less than the next location and I was able to keep both sets of keys (initially Ziebart and other companies thought Id have to permanently keep a key wired in (?) but Ziebart was able to order a part that bi-passed this).
