Ashton is very personable and does a very good job. I would give 5 stars however the subcontractor he sent did a good job for the most part however the job was never completed- we are still missing the base molding one small wall.

So in the beginning it did take a bit back and forth to get them to come out to my home to give me an estimate for 3 different small projects. When we were finally able to arrange it Ashton showed up promptly, he was very professional, seemed very knowledgeable and I was very impressed. I asked for estimates for 3 jobs: subfloor replacement in a small bathroom, covering over an odd sized door into my garage, and an estimate for an insurance-related claim for a subfloor replacement in my kitchen- a much bigger job than the other two for sure. Even the bathroom subfloor replacement, while small, may have needed to include some plumbing work. He said hed work to get the estimates to me in a few days and I said that was fine, this was right before Labor Day so I really wasnt expecting to hear from him for at least a week.A week went by, and then another. I was out of town for a few days and when I got back I emailed the company through the website that originally connected us. No response.A month later and nothing.Im glad that other people here have given this company rave reviews but for myself and at least one other reviewer on Yelp who experienced the same disappearing act ... this company completely failed us.
