David did such a wonderful job with our powder room!!! It is the smallest room in the house and it presented some of the biggest challenges, but he got the job done and it looks beautiful! Dave and his team did a great job on my basement project. I made several changes as the project went along and Dave was good about adapting and doing what I asked of him, on the fly, as needed. SDC Remodeling remodeled our unfinished laundry room. After pushing back the original start date the work was started. The quality of workmanship was adequate at best. The job took significantly longer than it should have due to a lack of available workers.The concrete floor was supposed to have been leveled to make a proper surface for the installation of the tile floor. The floor was not leveled, and the vinyl tile was installed over the rough floor.After a number of emails and phone calls Dave finally responded and came out on 04/29/2016. He agreed that there was an issue with the floor and that he would send a crew out in 7 -10 days to fix the problem. It is now 06/23/2016 and no one has been back. I have called and emailed Dave, with no response.

I eventually kicked him out of my house after being a constant and spuratic presence for entirely too long, leaving me with results that still anger me every time I walk into that room till today. I learned a valuable lesson in getting everything in writing and doing more research, from this experience.
