What can we say about this company? If we could give them more stars, we would. It’s the best of the best. First of all, everyone except the owner and electrician named Mike, Mike cabinets, Mike/does it all, and Mike, plumber. No matter who came to do the work, no mess left behind. This kitchen was the major project: literally gutted to bare frame and rebuilt. No matter how small/simple or how big/complicated of the jobs are, this team got them done right.LOVE, LOVE our new kitchen and all the painting jobs. Thank you Exterior Exceptional Team. JOB WELL DONE.

Working with Exceptional Exteriors was a mixed bag for us. The work was completed, but we had some issues we are not happy about. I can only recommend them with serious hesitation.First, the good things: the actual team of workers on the job were very respectful of our property. They worked efficiently, cleaned up thoroughly, and were friendly. We also appreciated having a detailed contract before work began, and we felt that in the planning stage, communication was fair enough.After the work was completed, we were mostly happy with the final product. There were a few places that the sealant around the garage door was not applied fully. When we complained, Exceptional Exteriors did send a worker back to fix those spots within a fair timeframe.BUT, the VP/Sales Person did not communicate well with his team of workers, so the team ended up caulking around ALL of our windows, which is something we did NOT ask or want them to do.IF caulking had been done properly, it wouldve been a nice touch that they added it for us. However, the caulk was applied terribly. They did not first scrape off the old caulk, but just applied new caulk very unevenly, very sloppily on top. It is a noticeably bad job on our front windows and will require extra work to hire another company to come and fix it.We took photos of the situation to document and passed it along to the VP/Sales Person. He showed up to our home unannounced the following day, expecting full payment, and told us: he didnt see anything wrong with the job they completed. He tried to suggest that they did us a favor by doing this extra work on our home which we did not ask or want for them to do.Ultimately when the owner viewed the photos, he agreed that the caulking job was bad around the windows and was not completed properly. They told us they didnt have staff who could do it better than that, so the company took off a few hundred dollars from the final payment. We are still left trying to find other contractors to undo the terrible caulk job.

We had them do the vinyl siding. The house is 100 years old and now looks wonderful. Dennis and his crew are amazing to work with. Very hard working crew. I would recommend them to anyone. Nice job!

Exceptional work from Exceptional Exteriors! We were in need of new windows and a storm door. Our salesman, Dennis, was very knowledgeable and answered every question that we had. The installer, Ralph, was very quick, professional and friendly. The windows and storm door look amazing and have definitely improved the curb appeal of our house. The windows also carry a lifetime, transferable warranty. That kind of warranty gives us some peace of mind. I can’t wait to compare next year’s utility bills with this year’s. I would definitely recommend Exceptional Exteriors & Renovations for any home improvement job you may have.

Not reliable. Not trustworthy. If there is an issue don’t expect it to be done in a reasonable amount of time. Don’t expect your job be done correctly the first time. Expect to pay more and get less. Been lied to, ignored, cheated and charged extra.Do not use these people!

Everyone at this company cares— from the owner to the sales team to the installation crew. Because of this company culture your experience working with Exceptional Exteriors will be “exceptional”! We had siding done and reached out to several companies. Exceptional Exteriors had the best price and didn’t up sell us on anything we didn’t need. After we contracted them they connected with us before the work began, during it, and after. The result is a beautifully finished home that looks brand new now! I would hire them again for any project!!

We are very happy with our experience with Exceptional Exteriors & Renovations. We had a metal roof put on by them in 2010 and were so pleased we hired them again in 2020 to replace our front retaining wall, porch and porch foundation as well as our gutters. Their employees are polite, professional and true craftsman.

They came early and went straight to work. Didn’t fool around and did a great job. Also reasonably priced so I don’t feel like I was taken advantage of. Roman the owner came and met with us and was kind and down to earth. We thank him and the crew very much.The Bauers

Dennis was our sales person and Bill and his guys installed our entryway addition/ roof. When I say this process was a breeze, they were quick and efficient. Dennis was there throughout the whole process. Our add-on roof looks AMAZING! Between the salesperson, installers, the owner and everyone on the backend, couldnt of asked for a better team/ company to work with. You wont be disappointed!

We hired Exceptional Exteriors and Renovations for metal roof install. Their sales representative Dennis was very professional and knowledgeable. He explained the whole process of installation and outlined time frame when the work will be done. After signing contract and giving down payment for the job we had to wait a few months which is normal for the season and weather conditions at the time (November). These guys install roofs all year long weather permitting. Which is surprising because other contractors closed down the shop for the year. Once the work started it was done within 5 days. They were off for the Thanksgiving. It was raining and snowing on them the entire time! The crew foreman - Chris was in contact the entire time and was very professional as well. The result - fantastic looking blue metal roof with 50 year warranty for less than we had appraised for shingle. It completely transformed the look of the entire building. The crew left the job site very clean also. There were little hiccups in the process of waiting and receiving supplies to the address. Since the building was a rental property, we didnt want supplies to sit out for the fear of somebody stealing it, so we had to move it to the personal residence. I would recommend this company to anybody and would use it myself again. They stand behind their promise in a professional manner!P.S. The measurement for the roof were matching with measurements from another contractor.

Do your homework. I had 4 roofing contractors all licensed and insured come to give me a quote for a new roof plus a contractor who uses satellite imaging software. Every contractor measured my roof at 2100 Sq. ft plus I had satellite images and measurements confirming my roof was 2100 Sq. ft. Dennis from exceptional exteriors came to my house while I was at work and told my wife our roof was 2700 sq. ft. and prepared a quote that was almost 2x as much as the previous 4 contractors. My wife asked why his measurements were so far off. He game my wife a line of B.S. about the rise and run of the roof; meanwhile we had 4 separate contractors go up and measure the roof plus the satellite imaging conforming the square footage was 600 Sq ft less than what Exceptional Exteriors was claiming. Do your homework before you have these guys come over to give you a quote, falsifying square footage to charge more $ is a predatory business practice. Even if it was an honest mistake...which I doubt because he didnt even try and remeasure after my wife told him about the other measurements we received; do you want a company capable of making a measurement mistake that profound putting a roof over your home?
