Mike Emanuele, the owner, is hostile and mean-spirited, and he has some major anger issues. He was constantly trying to pick a fight with me the whole time he was in my home. And this is the guy Im paying to remodel my bathroom? Seriously? He says one thing and does another, and then berates you, the customer, in your own home. I felt like I was constantly being lied to and manipulated. The guy has no sense of ethics or conscience. Having him start months later than he said he would, take months longer than he said he would, tell me hell be there on a given day and then yell at me when he gets confused, charge me thousands more than he said he would, do shoddy work, and make being in my own home extremely stressful and uncomfortable was just an awful experience. He was only in it to rip me off and didnt care about the quality of work (very poor; he damaged several bathroom installation pieces, and pretty much everything is crooked). He didnt care about honoring the contract (which he didnt). And he didnt care whether he finished -- which he didnt. Bathroom Solutions is such an ironic name for his business since the whole experience was a nightmare full of problems. Now I have a semi-finished bathroom that I hate, done by a contractor that I hate more. You do not want to do business with this guy. And you definitely do not want him in your home.

I called Mike Emanuele on a Friday, 2 days later on Monday he got back to me. We set up a visit to the house for a bathroom remodel estimate in 2 weeks time. Mike said he was a bit busy and would email the estimate within 10-14 days. After 25 days I emailed asking what the status was. 4 days later he replied, said sorry, and that he was not accepting new projects - including estimates, even for houses he had already come out to look at. I asked again for just the estimate for reference, again he refused, stating he was not contractually obligated to provide the estimate. I asked again if he was going back on his word and he again refused to provide just the estimate. Mike has wasted 6 weeks of my time toward a bathroom that is basically unusable.What poor ethics this Mike Emanuele has. Cant imagine the horror story this would have been if he actually remodeled the bathroom as intended.
