They really help out!! They give you a balance of food to make a complete meal which is important.

This place gives food boxes if you can prove an address the only thing I want to improve is to have a decision on not having animal products in my food box. you can hang out outside and exchange things with other people getting food boxes so I can get rid of the cookery and go home with all fresh produce

Today was my 1st time there. The two guys at the entrance, the women who gave me my blue card and the military people who were there were very nice. I didnt expect that much food.. My fiance and I are so blessed we found this place. Again thank you too all the people who work there.

A food bank located downtown, with a very organized and properly run establishment. The workers are very helpful and the time spent here is pretty quick

This is a great resource for anyone who needs a little extra help help with food and clothes. The process is really easy. The staff is always super friendly and helpful. Plus once you get past your first visit which takes a little bit, you receive a card and from then on its really easy. I do recommend showing up early. It does get crowded and they only take so many people a day.

Love ICM..the staff are helpful and friendly and the food they provide has a variety that most other food banks dont have..things that are basic stables and also milk , eggs and meats. Thank you all so much. I am a Senior on Medicare and Social Security. ICM is a lifesaver.

Such a great place. all of the volunteers and workers are super nice and they have really good food to give out. every time we go we get some nice meats, fresh fruit, and some treats like whole cakes and bags of pistachios. so helpful for those of us on a shoestring budget.and to add: the lines arent even that long. we show up at right at 9 when they open and are always out the door by 945 at the latest.

Awesome pantry. They give clothes, food, toys for the kids ,shoes. I also have donated here to. You get to go twice a month. First time food and clothes second time just food but if you need any toiletries they will give you what you need if they have it.

This is a very good food bank. Its a little far from where I live but well worth the two trips a month I make to get down there. I would give 5 stars but I dont love places. Love is an emotion tied to people and furry friends not concrete structures or rock piles. Just thought I would share that.

The service here is fast and you get exactly what you need. But please do not come with fear. This location is next to a homeless shelter so you will be waiting in line with homeless people. I did appreciate how the volunteers were so nice to me.

There is a little bit of a weight especially if you dont like the first of the month or the last of the month usually Ill go the second week of the month and try to catch one of the less busy or days on knee end of the month like before everyone starts crowding in like 5 days before the end of the month so yeah and theyre very nice people very helpful and they give out a lot of food can get some clothing and hygiene stuff and they sometimes Ill have laundry soap dish soap dishwasher pods you know laundry pods different stuff you know you just have to kind of go in there and see what they got

You can attend here twice a month for food boxes and clothing. Its best to arrive early for the best variety of food and clothing. Note: Clothing voucher given only 1x a month. Ive rarely found any clothes here but their towels, sheets and toiletries are good. You can also ask about light bulbs and pet food.In addition to a box of staple items, I love the bigger box with fruit, produce, sweets, bread and maybe 1-2 meat packages.

They will make you feel like your nothing for needing help. The guy that runs the food is very unfair. He makes sure friends of his get the good stuff and others get old bread and no deserts. The line is always loonnnnnng

Great volunteer staff and provide quality organic products from Whole Foods and other groceries. Veggies, fruit, meat, milk, assorted snacks and deli items. Cant beat em in their over-all service except they are only available from 9am - 11:00 Mon-Fri.

Everybody is very pleasant and helpful here. The line is usually long but moves quickly. I prefer this food bank over the other ones nearby inspire of the longer wait and a further drive for me, I always seem to get better food and more of it at this place. They also give out clothes, cookware and other household necessities. Just go up to the counter in the clothing section and tell them what you need and they tell you if they have it (frying pan, casserole dish, toilet paper, etc)

Great place. Get there early for best results. They have a great clothing shop. Lots of food. Nice people, volunteers that help. So be nice to them. They also offer wellness appointments once a month. Vision a well.

I go here monthly as needed for food donation.. So far I have no complaints very satisfied with the products.

Great place to volunteer and help the community. If you need a food box and clothes, just bring in ID and proof of address, thats it. If you need an ID they can refer you to a place to help you get assistance for a state issued id/dl.If you have children, there is a childcare room. Not sure of the hours but you can get clothes and food while they color or do crafts. Arrive as early as possible to get a number before they run out if food.. Yes they get that busy sometimes.. But manage to help a lot out in a short time.Donations come from all over the valley. Some high quality items are given out directly to those in need.Theres always a need for hygiene products, prescription bottles and grocery bags. Dont toss these out :) ICM will accept any assistance and donation items. 100% pretty much given back to the community.

Food banks in general are horrible people. They only help people who have addresses. They dont give out too the homeless. So if you are hungry theyll say go to cass. Not everyone wants everyone knowing there homeless. Sometimes they would like meals or something you dont need a fridge or microwave or oven. How is a person who has a roof over there head more important then one that does not. When did food banks stop caring about the homeless.

Went there to get help, waited 1 1/2 hours in line, only to be told that they wouldnt be able to help me ! Here Im a 66 year old lady, disabled, on a fixed income, and tomorow is my birthday ! I, asked them couldnt they at least help me out with a birthday cake, afterall I, did go there with what little gas I, had, but they still said NO ! The manager was very rude ! What a horrible organization, that is operating here in Phoenix, Az, on the donations of some of our states most profitable, and generous businesses !! To everyone donating: PLEASE DONT DONATE TO ICM FOOD AND CLOTHING BANK, AGAIN ! YOUR DONATIONS ARE BEING WASTED, WHEN CLIENTS ARE BEING TREATED IN SUCH A HORRIBLE MANNER !!

This is the best food bank Ive been to hear in Phoenix. The staff is very nice and very respectful. It never takes long to get in and out. The food is average food bank food.But Im always grateful for everything I get there

Many resources here designed and designated towards low income people and families like you or me. They help here with wic,clothing,food of course,rides for groceries, day care opportunities,and more. all this done by volunteers as they are non profit. if they had room for furniture they would give that too. Truly a great vibe and many good hearts here. Namaste.

I have lots of dental bills. The food bank is a god sent. Decent food. You can go 2 times a month.

Thank God I live very close to this joint. The food Box hours are 9-11 a.m. Monday through Saturday ONLY. I arrived last Saturday at approximately 10:15, and they were NOT giving out any more numbers or food. However they did serve well over 150 people, and they do hook you up. Sometimes this place will offer nice extras such as: pet food, laundry detergent, hygiene kit, plus they have clothing rooms (men, women, and even children). Each person can get 3 outfits during their visit. There is an awful long wait usually, and a lot of that wait is outside! So August is not the best time to go, and remember the earlier the better! Definitely bring some water, smokes if you got them, and patience. But it is well worth the wait!

This facility is in connection with St Marys food bank. If it is your first time going in the month you have the opportunity to pick out clothing items as well as getting the food. Get there early because the lines are long. They sometimes have extra produce as well on a first come first serve basis. You must have an ID and a letter with addressed to you.

First time going today. They have onsite childcare if needed while you shop for clothes. Fresh produce and meats. I am very thankful for what I received as I have more money to allocate to my electric bill during these summer months! Bring photo ids of all household members and a current bill showing proof of address and its that simple.

I love this food bank location I would tell any friend, neighbor or stranger. Theyre very nice and courteous they tried to hurry up and get you in & out in a timely fashion. They do have clothes for all ages from babies to adults. They do give our toys for children they also give household needs as far as soap and shampoo, tissue. They do have other services for you and your family in need. Legal svcs, cps cases, homeless and do have any furniture,things for the kitchen

I am a Volunteer, its an amazing place. Lots of good quality clothes donated and always a need for more items like bedding towels hygiene products. Its great to see that donations go directly to the needs of others.

I went here for food. Being homeless we are actually busy at all times. Trying to take care of our medical and dental. We look for work. But ever flying a sign need help us a tireing job. We are insulted and belittled all the time. But my ex husband and i missed breakfast. And because of the amount of bags we had with us. Cass wouldnt let us in to go to St. Vinnies to eat. So we went to ICM food Bank. And the male Hispanic or native or both said oh no if you dont have an address of your own we cant help you with food. The homeless get free meals all day long. And we wont help you out with food. Which i think thats a lie. All the other food banks give out homeless bags of food that didnt need cooking. And snacks and drinks. So i know it wouldnt have put a sent in their food supply to help my ex and me.

I loved this place I mate a girl that is working there for the summer that lives in the same area as me and she was real good at her job and showing me around and she was so happy I was from the same housing area as her because she never get to see some one from her area to go to the food bank and she makes my day she was so sweet

They do such good work here? My high school students have been volunteering and they really enjoy it. It feels like you are making a difference. When writing a check, you help, but it doesnt have feeling attached to your giving.

I work for a behavioral health agency that helps a lot of clients that have absolutely nothing in regards to income, medical coverage, housing, etc. ICM has been a life saver on more than one occasion now. They have helped several of my clients with their amazing medical clinic that ICM holds once monthly, all of which reported that the clinic was beyond friendly and very helpful. ICM has also went above and beyond with wonderful food boxes and clothing needs. I dont know what I or my clients would do without ICMs services. They deserve 10 stars!! Thank you for all you do!!

This generous provider is actually open 6 days a week! Monday thru Saturday, 9 to 11am. They also have a small clothing room so, during your 1st visit of the month u r allowed 3 items of clothing, in addition to a purse/shoes. Usually a small hygiene kit is available for the asking, and on rare occasion they may have food for your dog or cat ! The volunteers are always friendly & helpful!.

I like that they help you when your in need to feed your family. With out them you dont know were your kids next meal will come for because every body gose through hard times​ and need help to feed their family. The staff was very nice and helpful but you better get there way early because even though they dont open till 9 we got there at 7:30 and there was already a long line. Most people bring chairs to sit on.

I love ICM I used to go over there when my kids were little get the some some clothes and food but they dont give us that much food now and I dont know why just because that my kids are not little eat but that doesnt matter because its for everybody even even though

This is the mecca of donation boxes for those in need, every thursday morning. It opens at 9am get there at 7am so you are at the front of the line. The line wil lbe long but worth it.

There are many food banks Valley wide, but this one accepts EVERYONE, no matter your zip code or city address. They offer twice a month assistance, clothing, shoes, furniture (If they have it), bedding (if they have it), hygiene products, day care service, toys. The staff & volunteers are exceptional with helping people and not making anyone feel embarrassed for needing help. I go there when I need to, I take anyone needing help & I donate ANY & EVERYTHING we cant fit, dont want need or use anymore.

Food bank needs to be bigger like the north side food bank and give bigger portion clothes. Are severely used. Parking is on state property means no parking for the volume of people need new location. Nearby maybe closed office space. Also need dog and cat food donations. They had a pallet full of dog and cat food and did not give away i asked about it and they said itsbgetting donated to animal shelter

Some people are rude there. The daycare part is picky choosing to the kids they watch. Ridiculous. The lady that works in the children clothes part is VERY picky also you cant do this or that no kids. well what do we do with our kids if the daycare doesnt want to watch them??? We have no other choice!!!! The people who actually give you the food are the nicest out of everyone.
