They never answere the phone after 12: 20am. And you cant get your response for your check because they realy dont answer the phones often and it makes me mad some time verry pore job. Im going to start looking some were els for business cause they realy dont give you enuff money a week but 75 dollers and have to be managed for 7 day. Very 7 days they give only once every 7day. So need something better cause 75 dollers isent enuff. Thanks

I am so depressed.They say they mail my weeklys but i do not recieve them.I check my mail every day and nothing from them.I begged to let me pick them up they said no and i have recieved nothing since.I am now starving.

Ive been thinking about what to say and in a nutshell, Very professional, smart, patient, understanding, So please give those ladies a break. You have no clue what they go through every day of the week. I never a had problem, except maybe a check coming late in the mail, other than that theyre cool.

They do their best being understaffed and under the thumb of Social Security.

I was instructed by the Law Judge to have a payee take care of my money. I chose Project Home because it was recommended by another client. They have always taken very good care of me and my money. They explain things in terms that I can understand and answer my questions honestly. I give them 5 stars. Thank you Renee, Monica, Anna and Debra. Job well done. :)

These people NEVER AND when I say NEVER AND I MEAN NEVER give me the full amount of money that I request to help me out to get through the rest of the week until the following Monday when get my next weekly check I have been dealing with the ignorance of project Home for two years now and I have been trying to get them to understand that I have medical issues at times and I need the money to survive and buy food and they just ignore me like they dont give a damn because they dont they treat people badly when people try to talk to them they become very very rude and disrespectful and ignorant and rude and they claim you dont have money in your account when you actually do the will take advantage of every deposit of yours that they receive from social security and take more than they are allowed to THEY HAVENT CHANGED MY ADDRESS IN 2 YEARS SO AND I HAVENT BEEN RECEIVING MAIL FROM SOCIAL SECURITY SINCE JANUARY 2015. my advice STAY AWAY because there are much better payees out there IM TAKING THEM OFF OF MY SOCIAL SECURITY RECORDS GOOD BYE PROJECT HOME PHOENIX !!!!!!!!

The front desk personal and supervisor are highly unprofessional. They show absolutely zero concern for their clients. Their attitudes comes across as if they hate their job and would rather not be there. As far as being a persons representative payee I highly recommend to stay as far away from this place as possible. They will withhold your funds and make financial decisions without your consent, neither will they even explain why or what they do whith your finances. Very shady business to say the least. They charge $41 a month to make you beg for your own money. Higher fee than any bank!! Withdrawals are always given via paper check. Very outdated!(no direct deposit) clients must stand in line every week for a weekly paper check in the amount of $75 (weekly checks max out at $99 if you make no pay request) its sad how they make the homeless and handicapped wait in line in the blistering heat during the summer and freezing cold during the winter. The only good thing about this place and Im trying very hard to think of one... maybe, the only positive thing would be that Ive seen sometimes they have coffee out for the clients. Thats only positive if youre a coffee drinker I guess. I highly recommend that you have either a family member or trustworthy friend be your representative payee... whatever you do STAY AWAY from this place!!

Give out the money and ask for no receipts. My son was doing drugs with the money they gave him. Got him off the streets 10 weeks ago.They also didnt nail his medical ID card that they got the first week of May until June 7th. He needed medical help and due to them not mailing the card and us requesting it 3 more times for Mercy Care.What a shame. I am now the payee and this is the last month for them. We are saddened that these people dont ask for receipts and let them buy drugs with all their money. Reported it to SSI.Might be good for some that are truly in need of food and clothing and a place from time to time to take showers etc.

Their policies contributed to my being homeless for about six months while I was dealing with a probate case for an inheritance I received. A Conservator and Guardian were appointed to take control of my inheritance money the way Project HOME takes care of my Social Security money and Project HOME is angels and beneficent beings of light compared to the sloppily prepared way the public fiduciaries office does things. Any lawyers see this send me a message cuz I have a huge case against many neer do well government policies and employees, both probate and Project HOME . I am actually a smart and capable man when it comes to finances with dated evidence to support that fact ...

The place is not the problem. The problem are the people that walk through these doors that are incapable of taking care of themselves! I have not once had a problem getting money except when I am not responsible for turning in the receipts. Everywhere you go are rules and that is one of theirs. Even the cops clean piss and the stank that comes from clients. The place is a structure and it smells like any other building except when there are people that dont shower occupying it.

The payees are rude to the customers. And I didnt like that at all. Its difficult enough having a payee for your benefits. And you can only go pick up your money after 1 pm. And 1 man was upset that his funds werent available to him because they came in on a Tuesday. And they dont process checks on Tuesday. So he would have to wait a few more days for his funds.

Helpful in getting SSI benefits. Open 10:00 - 2::00 pm Monday -Friday.....get in line. Case managers at your clinics or SS ADMINISTRATION can arrange you pick up your checks there....they pay out your bills via the mail for you so things get paid....honor is the business....bandicoots there though.....if your strong consider project home as your payee.....police patrolled so its not so bad.........

No one EVER answers the phone, even when you call between their business hours of 10-2. I am still waiting to hear back from this company from a fax and messages sent over 3 weeks ago. I have called, left messages, sent a fax, and still no one has mailed, called or tried to contact me in any way. Furthermore, I have never seen a company that handles mentally and physically handicapped persons money, but will not mail out monthly or even yearly statements to their paying customers. They are telling their customers to come and pick them up if they want them. Handicapped customers, remember?

This place is DISGUSTING. They need to be CLOSED DOWN. They should be located somewhere FAR AWAY from a school where children are near. I have called and complained to the school district. The people that go there to obtain services are not respectful, drink and shoot up drugs and change clothes in-front of the poor children. The principal of the school now is forced to go and walk around the school every afternoon and make sure that no homeless people are on school property in order to release students.

Project home doesnt turn away.....there you will notice any walk of life accessing the payee service....project home assists in social security accounts to those without homes in shelters and group living homes...of course there are the streeters but big city we are, youll see them. There is hope for those without a home....

The place is weird with different type of life entering the build to get there check but also scary never know when people are going to turn on you for no reason. Insane but I great place.

They lie to your face, they lie to you on the phone. They never ever get my chk on the date they setup. They literally cost me money,,, I hate that place and frankly I’m going to request that project home reinverse me the 40.00 they take every month from me. I will times that by at least 18 mo. So I want 720.00 back. I’m also calculating the money I had no choice but to borrow because No Check (imagine that) !!! So in my case I borrow 20 must payback 40!!!! They need to be investigated. PERIOD.

Project H.O.M.E is very great they manage my money correctly and have me dress nice and help me pay my bills 3 stars because I have to get there in 114 degree heat.

If there was a -25 star here thats what I give. My step father has only been with this agency 3 months. He has dementia and before talking to me his case manager from cbi took him to Project home and made him agree to them being his ssi payee. Omg its been the most horrible experiance ever. Since he has been with them he has been EVICTED and HUNGRY and his PHONE been shut off twice. And since his EVICTION he was forced to obtain a storage unit. And 2 months and they not pay his storage on time the first month and this month its still not paid it being due on the first every month and him getting paid ussually the final wednesday every month you think it could be paid on time. This month is still not paid and he is a day or two away of loosing it now too. That would mean he lost his home cause them not paying on time and now on the verge of loosing all his belongings. I had to call n get his phone back on my self so if anything was to happen to him when he is out and about he can call me so i can go to help if he needs. This place has even gone as far as STEALING money from a 63 yr old man with dementia. That absolutely discusses me to no end. My Step dad stays with me now so he not sleep on the sidewalk.....My BEST ADVISE IS DO NOT LET THESE PEOPLE CONTROL YOUR FINANCES. UNLESS YOU WANT TO BE HUNGRY AND HOMELESS!!!! I just cant seem to understand why the get paid to steal from the less fortianate I and my step dad went to social security and signed me up to be his payee so he will b good once that goes through. I will make sure all his affairs r in order for him!On that note PROJECT HOME YOU PEOPLE ARE THIEVES AND YOU WILL GET YOUR KARMA YOU DESERVE!!

I have been a client of theres for over twenty years they budget youre social security cks,and pay bills and budget rest of youre money from youre as I an asd cks.

I have been back repeatedly, much better today.

If I could I would put -5. Since signing with them all of my bills have been late. My APS bill I have to fight with them to pay it at all. Want every bill faxed since getting an email is apparently too much work, at least that doesnt cost money to send the bills through. Have had to sit there and argue with them about paying anything and on top of that they expect 35$ to be enough to get what I need for me and two kids each week which is sent on a saturday, most banks arent even open by the time I get the check, so I get not 35 but 32 since I have to go through walmart to get the money. Worst company to go through EVER. Would advise against it if possible.

A friend of mine was forced to sign a statement stating he wanted them to be his payee from Social Security and they most certainly are not living up to any standards or laws or rules governed by the SSA!!
