You cant even call to get the unemployment from 2020 its all make a appointment or take a pick from the aromatic system. When I just needed the tax form for my husband. I have emailed my husband has gone to the website saying he needs this paper cause he never got it so all for a paper I dont care if you email it to him or me it has been 4 weeks we have heard nothing from you all. There are things the automatic system can help you with there are things people need to help you with.

They wont contact me back. They gave me wrong information and I did what I was told and they disqualified me for doing exactly as they told me. I filed an appeal 4 months ago and I have been ignored ever since. They couldnt care less about helping people or even doing a semi competent job.

Arizona is one of the those states that just doesnt care about its people. AZ DES experience has been truly awful to date. I am still registered in the system, verified with ID.ME for over 2 weeks now with confirmation. Yet still cannot file a claim. And I have benefits that have not been exhausted and need the help. Like many do. Phone line gives error, when you do have a rep they say youre not verified, seriously? Not everyone takes advantage of the system. One of these days those who created the system will be subject to it as well.

Perhaps American families should assemble and I believe the entire Arizona government who gives themselves raises should try to survive in Arizona in the death heat and with no pay unless they actually work for it and not intercept a Cash gift given to the folks who are hurting in the community.These people that moved here from #+;*hole isla9 are not God fearing folks, no these criminals are sneaky, dishonest, thieving, heartless and souless and have no trouble sleeping or looking in the mirror, they are evil and they are found out.

Its tough to be sympathetic with AzUi. I for one did not create this unresolved issue and have been as polite and as understanding as I could possibly be. I have had the same conversation with several AzUi and for 2 months ...plus the 1 month wait period is now 12 weeks no benefits. The problem is I do not believe Im any closer to resolving this.....than I was 2 months ago. Please quit the pass the buck excuse and get these claims moving. A contact #for anyone that can make a decision would help....Thank You.

Ive been furloughed from my job for a year +1 month now. Four weeks of no unemployment benefits, misinformation, and differing info from people on the phone. I was told to file a claim, then received a letter telling me not to. After that, 2 weeks of calling, and getting differing info (file again, dont file again, keep filing your weekly claim, dont file your weekly claim, claim was accepted, claim was denied, claim is being reviewed by Adjudicator, claim has been verified) I was told to file a second claim via letter. I did, now I am being dinged for double dipping, and I am monetarily ineligible despite being over the 8 times amount. This has taken a bad, stressful situation and turned it into a nightmare that has pushed me to the point where I question my future civility.

I have been out of work since November 21 2020 with no unemployment. I get a different person with a different answer every week when I call. This is seriously ridiculous I would like the option to opt out of paying for this from my pay check. Paid in a lifetime on this tax and no benefits ever come from it.

Horrible customer services thier is no one who has helped me with my peuc extension. I was mailed two different letters stating my regular benefits have been exhausted but I was eligible to restart my previously approved peuc extension one letter was mailed to me on the 20th of December 2020 I received it on the 23rd it said I no longer could file my weekly benefits online I would have to file them with the provided benefits sheet predated for the week ending 12/26/20 and fax it or mail it back to them.and when they received it I woul imeadiatly be mailed the next weeks sheet. I called customer service got agent 882 she helped me refile for the already approved extension. I then files out the weekly benefits sheet provided predated by them for 12/26/20 on the 27th and and recieved no payment went online to see why and under reason for non payment said benefits exhausted.which is wrong because I just reopened my peuc extension. I called again and they said would just have to wait but go ahead and file for the current week at weeks end so I did I filed for 01/02/21 week benefits same way and same results no payment benefits exausted. So I texted calling again and after 5 unemployment service agents I got agent F82 she said the reason I havent been paid is because the filing for red stating my benefits was filed wrong by the agent that did it ialso told her about having the letter sent to me saying I had file by mail or fax. She said there was nothing showing they mailed any such letter but she said she had fixed the problem and we refiled again.i asked her about the two filings I did not get paid for yet and she said she put a note in mi file fixing it still have not been paid.and this brings me to I recieved a second letter same thing saying my regular benefits expired wrong date of my last payment it said it was on 12/31/20 it. Was 2 weeks before that. But again saying had to file by mail or fax with predated sheet provided which I recieved that yesterday jan621 and is dated for 01/02/21 week end which I already filed for on the third of January and received no payment for. This one of the most ignorant organizations in the world. I am hungry have bills need to be payed and the stupidity of this agency is revolting.they deserve a minus 10 stars.

For this to be a pandemic DES unemployment employees aren’t taking this matter serious!!! You don’t get no email no letter in the mail no phone call, long waiting period on the phone then when you speak with someone you get the run around!!! The main excuse after you submitted all necessary documents is a adjudicator will reach out to you and never does!!!They’re very unprofessional and under trained!!!! People are becoming homeless and hungry behind them!!!

It says open but yet call queues are full everyday? I have called every morning at 8 a.m. and all day, I have called every number they have given me to get a hold of someone, and no luck it all goes to the same recording, I had one only one good person that workes here help me step by step and God bless her, but for everyone else here all they have been doing is giving me the run around, I have read the reviews and they have told me the exact same thing that I have existing issues on my account but I cant seem to get a hold of anyone to resolve the issue. What is it going to take? It does not take all day for a phone call. This is very devastating that the service is very poorly managed.

Horrendous customer service 30 to 60 min hold time ALWAYS. twice Ive been hung up on and they dont call back even though they have your number. Each v person tells you different instructions and multiple have told me the others dont b know what they are doing. TOTALLY RIDICULOUS.... A joke.

If I could give 1 star I would. Shame on the workers . Spitting out every form in the book before they actually cut the check. Even when they have needed information from employers, they still dont honor . They will do anything but give citizen, tax payers, their capital. This state is too rich, for this. Just UNETHICAL. Sad. Just look at the reviews, that says it all. Whoever is in charge, from the Governor, needs to reevaluate thier ethics. Living real good at home, but aiding in the pain of citizens. Shame. And I know you see this. Parents suffering in Arizona waiting on owed help, but receive nothing but fraudulent activity, such as fraudulent mail (spam) . Just sad.

This is horrific management of this crisis. My husband and I have been waiting six weeks for assistance. Hes self employed and I got a months severance. We contacted local senators and called every day to hear the message that they have an unprecedented amount of calls due to the amount of applications. They need to accept every and figure out the details later. They are making it so difficult to get your unemployment. There should be a 10-day process easy. The fact that we have been waiting for two months is unacceptable. I know there are thousands of other people that are out there with me.

The only response I receive thats consistent youll just have to wait. My favorite line I got two times is we dont give time frames and next line is always if you havent heard anything in 21 days give us a call. Thats a timeframe?!Friday I called at 5pm held until 7:15pm and to my surprise got someone very helpful. Although all my documents are attached I needed to send my drivers license and social security card again, to this new email address which is [email protected] going to email it daily with documents until I get answers. Hopefully thatll work and I would encourage you to email it as well.**Update 11/2/2020. I just learned my claim still has active issues because I never provided proof of residency. But they have W2 and DL. Then they asked for a picture selfie with both DL and SS card. Also the email above is only used internally. Ill be emailing it daily until I am paid.**

It actually takes about 2mins to get through all the beging menus. So calling 5 times right after another it takes 10mins. So there is 60mins in a hr. So 5 attempts for every 10mins thats means I can call 30 times in one hour. So 8hrs in a day thats 240 calls and for what........ for nothing. This is very disheartening people are in need. Do we need to write the governors office? Do we need to call them. Call all of our local representatives? What is going on? I have one question been calling for 2weeks cant talk to anyone. I dont even think anyone is even there to answer the phones. Everyone says they have the same problem. WE WANT ANSWERS.. WE HAVE RIGHTS.

If there were a 0 star option Id use it. I filed 3 weeks. This taxpayer funded organization that we put our money into for benefits and pay the salaries for the people who work there paid out only one payment on the card. They make it impossible to speak with anyone on the phone because of the supposed high call volume which shuts the call off automatically.The AZUI site shows a payment, but the card shows a 0 balance. Bank of America card customer service is also useless. They couldnt or wouldnt help.

According to the three operators I talked to, my claim has been tossed around from three... Yes three different judicators and not one has closed my claim. I have been waiting since June 22nd. If you want to get to talk to a person you need to call the number at exactly 7:45AM. This will get you in line. If you call after 7:45AM, everyday but, Sunday... The call que will be filled already. I wait atleast an hour and 45 minutes each time, before the operator comes on. I even email daily, never a response. This is a joke for a system.

I don’t understand why we can’t reach anyone at the UI call center! I’ve called every time of the day EVERY DAY for a MONTH! HOW are we supposed to get help with a claim that was already filed? I have even faxed a letter asking for help and no response. I have even asked for assistance in the dashboard of the PUA AZUI website and I got a response regarding how to reset my password, which I mentioned NOTHING ABOUT.. because I don’t need help with that. I’ve reached out to the Ombudsman of AZ DES UI which overseas that department and helps with issues in working with them and still no response from either of them. I’ve reached out to Arizona Governor’s office and the Senator’s office and at first it seemed like I was getting somewhere but that was weeks ago and still have not gotten to speak with ANYONE at Unemployment! What are we supposed to do?

I was laid off due to Covid-19 8 weeks ago. I sent them every single piece of information they need yet I havent heard from them for 4 weeks. I call their office everyday and I never get through. It seems as though they start their day by turning on an automated system that says, due to Covid-19 pandemic were experiencing overwhelmingly higher than normal call volume and can not take your call. It doesnt matter if Im the first person to call or the last. Either way, I never get through. Ive traveled to a few different local offices, but nobody says they can do anything for me. I was also told by two employees of Arizona @ Work that the unemployment office is closed down until further notice. You would think by now they would have some type of a system in place to handle this situation. Thousands of people are struggling and losing their homes in result of this office not being adequate enough to do their job.

Filed over 5 weeks ago and like everyone else I have Unresolved Issues, (yet I sent in everything requested), and cant speak to anyone, EVER!! I have sent 2 emails to the client advocate and still no reply. I dont know what to do at this point!! Also, I have been told by the online PUA system that I dont qualify!! Why not?!! My heart goes out to those continuing still to have problems getting their UI benefits. But I had no issues what so ever. Filed my claim online and a couple weeks later I realized I needed to call Bank of America to get my card mailed out to me. Once my card came, I activated it and it had over $3,000 already on there. Thank you.

The federal government has paid me about 9000 dollars now and Arizonas holding it I havent seen a penny my dad and mother have about the same amount paid from the actual government havent got theirs either,whats happening is they are building interest on all of our money the federal government is paying.the Arizona government needs shut down by federal what they are doing is fraud Ive had my debit card for almost two months now and havent seen a penny of my 9000 by the time I get it the federal government will already have paid me 15000 at least we all need to file lawsuits now because after this years all these governments are going to file bankruptcy so nobody can sue them lets sue now.

7 weeks since I have received any payment from them with no explanation as to why. My worker, Maggie, has NEVER returned any of my calls. I have been leaving voicemail after voicemail asking for her or her supervisor to return my call and explain what is going on and get nothing and no where. We pay into these programs/benefits but when it comes time for THEM to help US its a big EFF-YOU even though you are following all the rules and jumping through all their damn hoops. My 6 kids and I were evicted from our home because of this situation (honest to God, no lie). Its stressful enough loosing your job, then having to deal with AZUI **SMH** You should be ashamed and embarrassed on how you run your little circus show.
