Disappointed with this place. Unreliable scheduling of covid shot that they failed to provide. What is the purpose of scheduling appointments if they dont follow through. Because of them I will be delayed to comply with my companys mandate. Glad Im not a patient.

Don’t ask too many questions because they don’t like to go into detail or repeat themselves and will give you an attitude. The ladies in the blood room a very nice and helpful though.

Ever since I started coming to this place, I never feel judged and always get taken care of. They see you super quick and the staff as well as the medical providers are phenomenal. I see Dr. Fuentes and he always listens to my concerns, never rushes me, and I always gain more knowledge after my visits. I always recommend this office! Couldn’t be happier.

I love and satisfied how the doctors treated my children. The only thing that I dont like about was making appointment, it took forever to make just one appointment.

Do not recommend seeing Maria avilez, she is so clueless. She put my wife on the wrong medication that she didnt even need and gave her insulin when she didnt even need it. Switch to another doctors office and they took her off all the unnecessary medication she put her on and shes doing 1000 times better.

Well at first it seemed things were taking longer to get done here but after I kept going here I saw a big improvement in my service and im now more satisfied with goin there. I did find though some prices on blood work a little pricey but doctor explained why. So what can you do ,look around and see if others offer cheaper

The staff is always helpful & very welcoming. The doctors are very thorough during exams and follow up paperwork. I have a good experience everytime I come in. Plus the representatives when I call in are very professional. I do like that they are open on Saturdays & evenings.

Took my son here and I had an amazing experience. They were very friendly and were great at their job. My last pediatrician didnt even bother checking my sons stomach and didnt take time to ask my son questions. They did an amazing job here and highly recommend this place to anyone.

I originally reviewed this location a few years ago, and i want to add that our childrens Doctor, Dr, Snaidanko, is absolutely the best. We love her as if she were family. She has been our childrens doctor for several years now, atleast 9. Not only is she a great doctor the facility has great staff. I know a few of the people been there for several years, and even remembers us by name, not that were there often. I appreciate all they do, especially during the pandemic. Not only do I want to brag on my childrens doctor, but also my doctor, Dr, Nyugen. She is amazing. Our family is grateful for these 2 specific doctors but also for the staff, and even though we moved half way across the valley (40 minutes away) we still come to this location.

Dr. Giroux is very thorough. She is one of a few doctors I know who actually listens to what youre saying, She makes you feel comfortable and not hurried.

I go by the 3 strikes rule. First, I had a physical for work and the results of my blood tests were never reviewed with me. I had to show documentation of the physical and the office cannot receive emails so during a spike of COVID I was told I had to hand deliver the forms to the office. That was strike 2. Today I spent over an hour trying to contact the office without getting anyone on the phone. While the staff was overall very nice, this level of unprofessionalism is unacceptable.

I been coming here for 5 or 6 years and I absolutley love Doctor JG she has the best bed side manner..and she listens to what I have to say. The staff at the front office are Awesome. The receptionist just hung up on my lgbtq+ son when he told her that he was a new patient. He has severe anxiety and I had previously assured him that Adelante was supposed to be understanding of how traumatic going to a dr or dentist often is for lgbtq people. Anyway she just hung up on him, like she couldnt be bothered to take 20 seconds to maybe explain that they arent taking new patients. Please do better.

If you make an appointment at 8am your actual appointment is at 9am one hr later why cause they aint ready to work and they dont respect appointments time.

I love this provider that seen my daughter yesterday, her name is Dr. Giroux. She was very informative and made my 15 year old very comfortable. She was attentive, she listened and overall just one of the best doctors I’ve encountered. Thank you so much Dr. Giroux for a pleasant visit.

I went in for a follow up, I have bad anxiety and have been worrying about my diagnosis of gastritis. Dr. Avilez never gave me a proper check up, i never got to ask any questions because she left the room and never came back. Cindy my nurse was an absolute gem, I told her if the doctor would be back because I had still some questions and concerns hence being my first time at a doctors office on my own, Cindy let me know she would let her know, I waited a couple of minutes and Cindy came in to tell me Dr. Avilez said not to worry too much. I left feeling stressed and extremely upset. I felt uncared for and felt that I wasted my time just going. Im really upset because the staff were really nice but I just didnt have a good doctor. I thought I would have a sense of relief for Christmas next week but Ill be more stressed than ever. I should have trusted the 3 star rating that the doctor has online. I just hope there will be improvement so her future patients dont have to feel that they dont matter or they dont have to leave feeling worse than they already do.

The medical staff are always very professional and compassion. They are very efficient in the patient care they provide. I called for an appt., and I got a same day appointment. I had been very ill for more than two weeks and when I arrived they registered me in, and I had barely sat down for no more than about 8 minutes and I was taken right back. The medical assistants and the provider, provided the most exceptional care possible. I would not hesitate to recommend Adelante Healthcare to everyone in need of medical attention. Today, I am feeling much better and I am able to breathe easily. That is the very reason I am able to praise this Healthcare staff with the utmost respect and compliment.

The doctor here is very personable she is also articulate enough to explain her self to people who are not medical professionals.... Her medical student was also very nice to talk to as well. I hope she is passing along her bed side manors to him it will be a great thing to have as a doctor.

Ive been taking my son to this clinic for over 2 years and everyone- from the front desk to the doctors- are so incredible! Dr. Jenny is so great with my son and us as parents! No concern is overlooked, all questions are answered, and we all leave with smiles!

The doctors are okay and I like the fact that they have a blood draw on site. But it is almost impossible to get anyone on the phone or to make an appointment or to get prescriptions refilled. Including things like insulin which Ive run out of several times because I cant get them to call in a refill. I would go elsewhere

Dr. Avilez is a great Dr. She is thorough and caring. I feel very hopeful for the first time in years under her care. Nurse Lily is very caring also. The only thing I dont like about the clinic is their No Show policy. No way to call in before they open. If you wake up sick - youre out of luck! Infect the waiting room or stay home and get a no show!

When you call the call center they tell you they dont have appointments for weeks sometimes months but when you make appointments at the office they get you in ASAP. We see Dr. Sniadanko for pediatrics. She really takes her time with kids and is very knowledgeable. Ive been taking my kids there since they were babies and my oldest is 8 and Im so glad I have. She sees things right away things other doctors dont even notice . I really recommend her for your kids. My kids love her

They lie about charges & will not fix under the pretense of you signed the paperwork I have no idea how the medical care is but billing & front office do not help at all. I went In to see MUNSHI MD AAROHI, and she is the nicest and sweetest Dr! I was in and out didnt have to wait too long to be seen. My Dr moved so I had to find a new one and I made a great choice choosing to come here!

Very unprofessional. Talked to my doctor for maybe 5 mins. Lots of misinformation between my MA and doctor. Phlebotomist wasn’t very clean, I had to take my urine sample out where other people could see. Didn’t even get my main issues addressed.

Been taking Mom to clinica adelante in Surprise for a long time. Dr. Shapiro and medical assistant Raquel Cardiel are a great team, we love em. Always good service, smiling faces, attentive, professional,and we could not be any happier with them. Front desk reception is also very nice and courtious.

Dr Snidanko is the best pediatric DR I have come across for my son!! I will give her the 5+ stars, as for the rest of the establishment......I cant even rate it for how bad things go. Lots of great people in the different offices. But not good services on the phone usually and you CANT request an appointment on line and get one!

UPDATE and UPGRADE: Coaxed back, I tried again and have been given adequate attention. The modern medicine of talking to a PA on the telephone still seems like quackery and the overwhelmed doctors with the 6 minute rule of seeing (talking to) 10 patients per hour develops no relationships. Nevertheless, I do get the referrals (takes a month or more) and the drugs that I need.OLD: Do not go here.My physical complaint goes back to last October 2014. To date, I cannot really receive any treatment. The staff is callous and unfeeling - cold. I am particularly frustrated, dont know what to do next, and suffer because of my condition without treatment. I wish there were a zero vote, but the one star is as low a rating as I can give. Please do not get caught up in their administrative black hole. Go anywhere else.

When i leave Adelante i have a summary of my visit and what i need to follow up on. I wish other healthcare professionals would do the same.

Dr Jennifer Sniadanko is the greatest pediatrician weve ever had the pleasure of experiencing. Wonderful staff, great attitudes. My kids love this place.Unfortunately the lady that handles the blood works lab is an entirely different story...

I been 2 year with Dr Jennifer S. she is friendly and always listening to your kids needs. I love her. the only bad thing is that she has too many patients now and Ive been having issues to get her. :( full month ....

Do not take your children here. They are the most incompetent bunch of people I have ever had to work with. I was trying to get my daughter properly diagnosed and treated for ADHD so that she could get some help at school. I met with her doctor who gave me the forms and told me that she could help manage her meds until I found a psych for her. Then when I tried to schedule a follow up appointment, told them it was to turn in the papers and get a diagnosis/script, they set me up with a NP who wouldnt diagnose or prescribe anything. Took over a month to get her back with her MD. Finally got her set up on med the last 2 month of school (help tremendously). Her MD knew we were moving out of state over the summer and had an appointment schedule the week before she left. Got a call THEN DAY OF her apt saying the provider she was scheduled with didnt take her insurance. Found out it wasnt her normal MD (no one informed me of this) and no one knew if they would give her a refill of her meds. After spending almost an hour on the phone with someone at the office, finding out no provider on staff would give her the refill and my child leaves out of state in 3 days Im left with no answers on what to do.

I had my first Apt. at this clininc today. I have to say it was amazing. I saw Sharleen Ballance, FNP-C and she was incredible. She went from point A all the way to point Z. Im very impressed with her knowledge and patient care. I wish there was more providers like this Nurse. Her title should be doctor instead because thats how good she is. Thank You so much for your care Sharleen. Selethia and the girls at the front desk were amazing as well. I had amazing experience today.☺

I have 2 kids 1 month old and a 2 year old. They both see Dr. Sniadanko (yes thats how its spelled). They have been going to her for almost a year now. She is amazing. Shes always excited to see them and she really cares about them and how they are developing. Twice when weve come in shes given my son a book. Both of which have become his favorites. And the people who check you in are always very prompt and friendly.

Maria Avilez is one of the worst doctors I have ever had. She has zero bedside manner and does not seem to care about your problems. It seems as if she doesnt enjoy being at work, and acts like she has better things to do than hear about the issues you have. I have seen her on several occasions and she has always acted the same, but it is very hard for me to find a new doctor so I stuck it out. The last and final appointment I had with her, I ran out of the room crying. I was in great need of help and she acted as if I did not matter and what I was going through is no big deal. If you have depression and are thinking about seeing this doctor, please run the other way! I am very displeased that a person like this works in this facility. The other staff especially Dr. Snidanko are amazing.

Worst care ever I went there in an emergency situation my Dr was out of Town seen by there nurse practitioner she ordered me stat to neurologist as I have had brain surgery she was supposed to refill my meds tell my Dr was back in town it never happened said she sent the scripts over as I walked out I called pharmacy never got them I called the office 3 separate times each time they said they would resend never had they sent them the pharmacist was waiting for the scripts to be sent been using them 10year no of like to share with you I had a seizure have been admitted to banner Estrella hospital ER Im writing this from my room. Tomorrow I will be folding a complaints with the medical board against them and possibly suit against the nurse practitioner since she said meds were ready and I will have me see a neurologist station meaning emergency this morning never happened so best we can hope is they have good ins and the nurse practitioner should pray to keep her licenseDid I mention my sister does med malpractice herein phoenix 👍👍👍👍

Call and text too much in past. It gotten better since I complained. They ask for to much information to identify you thats not necessary. They violate HIPPHA by calling you at work asking for your information. They stiffed me with a bill that they told me my insurance covered and behold it did not and now I have to pay. Then they took money out of my account and did not warn me before doing it over drawing my account and costing me even more money. They dont follow through on the referrals nor do what they say in the plan of care. Office manager is incompetent. Wish I could change to another office but only way to get my medicine.

It takes long time to see doctor though entering the room already. some nurses serves slowly. doctors visit patients quickly to see other patients....no wifi free.it takes around 1hour or more for every appointment
