Even though they KNOW someone is taking advantage of the system, they do nothing about it. The system is so broken and lacks such leadership above in getting things straightened out so those who truly need help get it and those who lie and steal money from hard working individuals and steal money from those who need it, held accountable. Specially when y’all have the information.

Be careful what you send these people. They accidentally sent my address to my exs address and I have since been in court every year. When they ask me for my address I tell them no because of their oversight and they always deny it until I tell them to look back in my notes on my account. Then they tell me well its a separate matter. They do not take ownership of their mistakes and flat out tell you to deal with it.

Its very difficult to get through to speak with anyone over the phone. I havent been in the office for many years. My main complaint would to make the system more user friendly. There is not a simple option to press to speak with a live person. Frustrating!!

DES has been stealing money from me ,Taking 5 times my monthy support obligation every week for the past 6 mons,Celia,and patricia hernandez are assinged to my case but wont answer the phone or return emails.I have my son half the week and these people are taking food out of his mouth and clothes off his back,and when I show up to this office and ask for a complaint form i am physicaly thrown out of the building and threaten by a armed guard.

Rude disrespectful phone operators and supervisors that hang up on you purposely . this agency is flawed and designed to hold American men down in the system. All emoloyees should be fired and only qualified citizens with degrees should be hired not ignorant telemarketers.

It wasnt staffed with the most polite or cordial front desk employees. You would expect for the department they were hired to work in that their attitude towards the client that come to that office would at the very least be polite if nothing else. They acted like speaking to them at all was an annoyance to them if not rude on the part of the client!

This is the most useless government agency in the United States. I dont need an automated phone system, I need to talk to a physical human being that can assist with issues. If you can not staff employees that can assist with issues this should be stated on the website as well as in any documentation that is sent to out of state parties. All professional businesses provide customers with contact information in which they can use to reach actual people when assistance is needed.

Waited 5 minutes behind one other person, then waited another 5 for paperwork; just over 10 minutes, in and out. By far, the fastest DES experience of my life. The lady who helped me was very pleasant, too, which I appreciated.

AZ DSCC is by far the worst agency I have ever dealt with. My case worker was a lazy witch in sweats and flip flops. Disgusting!I initially filed paperwork in 2008. I sent messages every six months requesting updates and would get the same response every time: more info is needed to locate the father. After 7yrs I finally went in to see my case worker face to face. July of 2015. She informed me that I should give up or hire a private investigator b/c they cant find him.In 2016, I moved to Ohio and refiled with the same info I gave AZ in 2008 (name, dob, city/state, phone number). By March, 2016 I had a court order and a payment scheduled. When AZ closed my case they sent me a letter stating the father was located out of the country and therefore they could no longer assist me...This agency is a disgrace and a complete waste of taxpayers money.

In 5 years they did absolutely nothing for me. In the end I had to hire an attorney and take care of business myself. Thank God at least I had food stamps and a good support system

I needed to stop by to turn in more paperwork for my sons DDD case. His case worker Che was very nice. I didnt have to wait very long. There was nobody else in line. And, compared to other DES offices, I would say it is cleaner and less crowded.

They put a flag on my account because of an issue with the NCP which causes the payments to be held for 10 business days. If that’s their procedure okay fine whatever but the money is supposed to be released on the 11th day. Problem is they’ve held my payments for up to a month at a time. I constantly have to call them to demand they release my money. Most recently they told me I just need to be patient and wait for them to process and release it (even though they already had it for OVER 10 business days). Then on top of that they charge ME fees every couple months or so. If I had a choice I wouldn’t even deal with them but I know I’d never see another penny from the NCP. How about charging the person who refuses to support his children the fees for forcing me to have to use their services?! I’m sure the majority of the people using their services are using them because they HAVE to, not because they WANT to, yet we are the ones penalized.

Very disappointing!! They have a full automated system on their phone lines and their is NO options to be able to talk to the case worker who ever he/she may be in my case. I live so far away from the Phoenix office to drive all the way out there just to update some information. I also could not find the update info button of the website and obviously not their phone system.. How on earth do I contact the case worker??

This place is a waste of space. Went in to get help, need a modification as one other children are of adult age. Wanted to get this started. After an hour and half waiting in a huge waiting room, many folks came and went, but never more than myself and one other sitting to wait, I ask if Im going to be seen. They had forgot about me. Then I wait another 45 minutes and get handed a packet, told to complete it, bring back all kinds of financial documents to see them?? The child is almost 19! Ive been there almost 3 hours. This was being a waste of time. Why the government pays for such a large building to have no keep there to be helpful is ridiculous. And kudos to the sleeping security guard that sits in the corner. Bet hell get a raise.

Actually we were at the Voc Rehab department in the same building. Ronnie is a great counselor for the disabled youth and is easy to work with.

They wont take a Mexican passport as a valid I.D but sure as hell wont care what type of I.D you have when it comes to the money part .. Mexican passport is a valid I.D all over the US I can use to get my kids social and their birth certificate but not to sign any paper for my child support and Ive used it to get other things notarized too ..I dont see why this place wont take it ..

They need to get there poop together. The guy I was talking too is the guy that just got arrested for child molestation. Seriously? The place is always dirty inside recently and employees need to improve customer service skills. Obviously, this place is busy, but that doesnt excuse the dirty chairs and rude employees.

Right now, Im torn between kinda liking this office or to move to get a new caseworker. I have been to this office over and over and over again to ask for enforcement. And my caseworker does nothing. I have repeatedly asked, signed papers, and still Nothing! Why pay the state for services they do nothing on! Im ready to move in order for me to receive some kind of assistance with this!

Case manager name Luis dont know his last name because its not on any stuff that he sends either extremely rude dont let you talk very unprofessional I will be finding away see if I can get a different manager you ever get the guy with the first name Luis just be careful he doesnt try to help you you get a thrill out I think trying to bring you down to me personally he could have got mistreated by many people when he was little now that hes in the power position it shouldnt do that the other people

Usually anything connected with local or state government can be slow, tedious, and lifesucking. The wait here is hardly ever an issue and someone usually will do something to move things along if it is. In, out, business done. Perfect.

Went Tuesday and it was pretty empty . We walked in and didnt know where we needed to go and the staff noticed us but still didnt address us and then the security officer there, im assuming thats what he was asked us what i wanted and kind of had an attitude. It was very uncomfortable, felt like I should be ashamed to be there cause I need help.

If you move here from a different state and try to change over child support to this loacation, dont do it. Stay with your original state. My case manager is incompetent. I have received maybe 2 return calls in the last 6-8 months. She did very little to help me.
