Standing in their lobby, alone, ringing the bell that it asked me to, was told to come here to file, but no one even here working....filing a claim still further delayed.

My experience with EEOC was great. The process was painless. Especially my mediation worker “Julie”.She was so professional, stayed in constant contact with me, knowledgeable and most importantly very understanding. They need more people like her who deals with the public.

Staff was nice, I came in as a walk in and was seen that day. I did not have to wait that long there was a wait. My worker was very nice and made the process smooth. Parking was confusing but not a major issue

Interviewer was friendly. Took 4 attempts to get in on a standby, and they never have open appointment times. The lobby was practically empty. They definitely need to improve this process

This is a waste of time and money. I was awarded my money didnt get paid. Been waiting since 2013. The state sued the company I use to work for. They got paid but the employees didnt .This was all on the news I believe this place works with employer even Ted Knudsen the guy who filed my case they even reject my discrimination law suit

As a walk in (since the next available appointment made on 05/18/2018 was scheduled 08/27/2018), I waited over 2 hours to be sceen. The 1st individual (Native American descent, heavy set woman) that I encountered at the reception desk was rude and lacked basic knowledge regarding the waiting period for the walk-in process. My eagerness to finally speak w/my case manager Mike did not last long. I had probably said all of 15 words before he so boldly advised that I did not have a valid case since I did not report my complaint to anyone w/in the company. I explained that I was confident in the amout of documentation that I have (and had during the appointment) to support my case. Mike indicated that any information that I had wouldnt matter becase again, I should have submitted a complaint or specifically stated why I felt I was being retaliated againts. I agree With the other review I read, these people are careless. Luckily, they dont make the finial decision.

System is very flawed, you can walk in to make an appt but theyre already booked out 4 months, so that leaves you waiting. They stop seeing walk-ins at 3pm...so when I came yesterday at noon and waited, I wasnt seen..now Im waiting on my 3rd hour now.The representatives...if you can get in to see one, start their day at 7:30...handle phone interviews, scheduled appts THEN walk-ins..in that order of priority. I may not get seen today either honestly speaking. Its the government so its not like any one is losing their jobs anytime soon, so come prepared to wait.Theres no guest wifi, the tv stays on CNN and theres a continuous beep (think hospital heart rate monitor). No food or drinks allowed...except water, so not only will you be bored to tears but youll starve too.

Their automated phone system keeps hanging up the phone on me during normal hours of operation. Come on lazy government workers, do the job you were hired to do. Answer the phone!
