The manger is nice and great to work with nice amenities in the apartment but pest control is bad. They had a bad roach problem and pest control hasn’t fixed it I moved in for a day and in a day had roaches in my couches and boxes. Beware in these apartments

This is a decent apartment complex. A lot of different kinds of people live here. It is pet friendly and children friendly. The office manager is very friendly, him and his wife do a very good job running it. I would give it five stars except on the weekends it can be very loud at night.

The parking lot is extremely difficult to navigate in. There are a lot of full size trucks however the parking spaces are designed for compact vehicles which makes it extremely difficult to park with confidence.

BEE BUG IN NFESTED ENTIRE COMPLEX MY FRIENDS HAVE A COUPLE DIFFERENT UNITS THERE AND LITERALLY THE BED BUGSFALL OUT OF THE CEILLING FAN RIGHT ONTO YOU

The people there can be very friendly and helpful with whatever you need. However, its not the best area to be in just due to the most recent incidents this place has aquired. The management team is very nice and helpful. The remodels make the place look better, more well kept. However, some people there can take away from it all.

Byfar the best complex Ive lived at as far as the reviews on tweakers goes you have a few homeless ones that cut through the parking lot to get to wherever it is they go safe environment and well kept peaceful complex

I LOVE THE MANAGEMENT. I feel blessed that i have a sink in my kitchen!!! I feel blessed that i have running water to flush the toilet.

It is what you make of it. I really like my apartment but I know of two renters who have gone without kitchen sinks for months now. There are some good points here, This place is pet friendly, police are here often...to assure the safety and well-being of the people living here, management is friendly, theres a nice cultural mix here. (which is nice for variety), there are birds singing in the trees and tenants just being real with all their imperfections. Ive been here for four years now. The rent is affordable and theres usually someone decent enough to talk with. It can be a good place for those who dont have family.

Doing renovations looking nice is a decent quiet place to live and friendly office people they have condos for sale as well as rentals and I plan on moving here once I get a chance to its close to everything my hiking park bufflo ridge park aka buff as well@as dog park and friends that live close by here

I started my lease here at mountain springs on 12-28-18. I was advised my different people that the place was run down and had lots of problems. So far what Ive come to find out is the complete opposite. Its quiet. Very quiet on a Friday night at 10pm there is total silence. There as some kids playing and driving there battery operated cars around during the week. Maybe a argument or 2 between parents on a random day. But thats it! Neighbors are beyond nice and a random guy helped me carry my huge mattress up into my unit. People are respectful and curious to you. As far as the building goes way past my expectations my unit holds heat almost to well. Cant hear the outside. World traffic ect. Aps hookup fast and easy and wifi was simple. Cheap rent and friendly Unbeleivenly nice landlord. Place is perfect. Bugs!? None! Drug addicts!? none! 5 stars so far

Maitnence is a joke an the manager is never in the office an some cant Refill the laundry card. Lazy bastardy nailed a drawer on lazily instead of fix an I stepped on the nail. Bullshit! Pay me

Not happy... roaches-tweekers-cops almost everyday - bed bugs coming out of the floors- dirty have had no fridge for 2 months or a kitchen sink currently lookin for somewhere else to live

Nothing good could be said about this place it really sucks. Cockroaches crawling around, violence, too way too much to write about
