Would give 5 stars but...Nice,clean,quiet community.Nice units, spacious and affordable.I moved in in Sept. 2020 I was met with an undisclosed roach infestation which I had to spend over $300 and two weeks to get rid of because management didnt respond.Had no working outlets on one wall, SEVEN months later someone (unannounced) came to look at it.My carpet (after not having been cleaned prior to move in) is moldy and gross, April, was when I brought this to managements attention, now here in October, someone will come to take pictures next week.Great place to live but, God forbid you need anything from management!

Its nice. Ive lived here yep years now. Its not new but its kept clean and in good repair. For such a central, convenient community its surprisingly quiet. The pool and spa are nice. Covered assigned parking.

Nice and affordable:106 units that were built in 1982. Theres one and two bedroom units in this gated and well-kept community. You’ll find well-manicured grounds, a swimming pool, a BBQ area, putting green and more in the complex.Convenient location with easy access to restaurants, shops, jobs, freeway access, etc.Angry Crab, Manuel’s Mexican food, Starbucks, Firehouse Subs, Sprouts Farmers Market and more are all right down the street. That’s just a small sample of some of the many things nearby.

I bought my condo about 8 months ago and I love it! Living here is so close to Arcadia, Biltmore, and Old Town Scottsdale. I am 20 minutes from everything else with access to freeways and being so central. I live alone and I do not fear my safety at any time. HOWEVER - if you are looking to buy in this complex, it is cash only - no conventional financing. Just to warn you...

Been about 5 weeks and still have a leak that I gotta empty out every hour or so. The smell is obnoxious and is not acceptable with a baby in the house and a pregnant girlfriend. Upstairs guy is not calling maintenance and management is hard to get in contact with. centurion just leaves him a note about what he already knows. Nice clean complex. Simple, well kept and well priced. One bedroom has a great layout and does have W/D and a nice walk in closet. Gated community in the city, pool, hot tub, workout room, clubhouse, putting green, dog run etc. Friendly complex and Friendly management. Can not beat the location and price.

Was visiting a friend who stayed there from out of town...didnt realize before they have condos on short term lease there. Quiet and affordable...close to everything!

Complex is filled with about 50% owners and 50% renters, and not all rental units have the same upgrades, so prices vary quite a bit. There is a pride of ownership not found in a community of all rental properties.
