Weve been reporting the electric issues with our apartment and they dont fix any of them. Half of our outlets work the other half doesnt. Weve addressed this issue time and time again and they dont fix them cause they arent emergency issues. There are several pools on the property and they only maintain the front office pool for viewing. The rest of the pools are abandoned and they keep a sign on it saying that its closed for cleaning. They abuse the covid excuse to not fix anything in the apartments. Weve addressed the leak in the dishwasher and nobody had come to fix it. The electric was sparking and smoking at the fuse panel and they said it wasnt emergency issues. They didnt hook up the rest of the electric when the fuse panel was finnally replaced. Dont rent here. The worst

Accolade is still proving to be such a great place to live. I went into the office needing some assistance, Andrea and Karla were amazing. They went above and beyond in helping me work through a personal request of mine. They were so sweet and accommodating. I’m so glad we live in such a nice place where the staff genuinely care about and for those they serve!

I’ve had nothing but great experiences. The community makes me feel safe with the gate and the patrol team. Denise is very professional. Chelsea is always there to solve any problems I may have. The maintenance team is ALWAYS on their A game. The leasing agents are also super helpful. The guy in there made me feel like I was a part of a family environment when I came into the leasing office. I could tell he was only focused on me and nothin else.

This place is exceptionally terrible. I had a horrific experience living here - from break-ins, to people waving guns at neighbours. Management failed to address any of such situations. Management was absolutely inappropriate and rude at times of conflict. The current Manager does not seem to have a good grasp on how to speak to customers; extremely timid at times yet strangely insulting. She once implied that I could not read and I am not sure what gives her the authority or inclination to speak to clients like that. Would give this place and management a rating of 0 if google let me.Also, they never close the gates so the complex is always open to the public. I felt incredibly unsafe and always on edge living here. The apartment itself is old, bathtub was dirty as heck. It felt like they shut off the water for maintenance at least once a month. Neighbours were extremely loud - the walls are super thin. Both my upstairs and downstairs neighbours were evidently in unhealthy relationships and I would hear every word of their arguments almost every day. Dont trust a majority of the good google reviews - I already recognize some of the staff members who are writing these reviews. Do your due diligence and find a better place to live.

Please be warned, this Apartment complex is horrifically abysmal. I would frequently visit to see my best friend who *used* to live there. She thankfully relocated for obvious reasons. I feared her safety living in this residence. High-crime area with terrible building security and rude non-accommodating staff who will shut down your concerns in a very patronizing manner. Suffice to say, youre better off getting a colonoscopy from a chain link fence than ever having to live here.

I love my new apartment! I’m extremely impressed with the staff I worked with and impressed with the cleanliness of the unit on move in. There’s just a couple things I wish had received a little more attention to detail. My washing machine was dead on arrival which is a bummer after moving not being able to wash sheets and clothes. However I did place a work order so hopefully all will be handled swiftly!

Before i moved into my apartment i did a walk through and there was roaches everywhere.. They must have sprayed before because there was dead ones all over. But there was also alive ones the first 30 mins i was in the place. Now i am stuck with a 12 month lease and i will not move my newborn into a roach infested place. Not only will they not give my money back they want to charge me a fee for not moving in

I lived in these apartments for over 3 years and had the same repeat issues almost weekly. Every time I communicated issues I was having I’ve been dissappointed with their response. A large problem for me was with my toilet, it wouldn’t work, I would call to get the problem fixed, and a few days after having it ‘fixed’ it the problem would return. As well as when I first moved in everything was causing issues and had to be fixed, I was simply told that the apartments were built in 1984/1985. Overall these apartments have terrible customer service and left me very dissappointed.

So excited to move in my new apartment! Leasing manager Lauren just signed me up with a 10 month lease and I have to say I received the best customer service experience. After a long day of apartments searching accolade was my last stop, I was greeted warmly and provided with detailed information. Once I toured the unite model I’d be moving into I was completely sold! Lauren was also kind enough to help me gather all my required documents through out the approval process while keeping me updated each step of the way. Highly recommend checking this place out!

Ive been looking for a new place to live for about a month now with no luck. Every place Ive been too the leasing agents have been pretty unprofessional and not helpful at all. I found accolade apartments on a recommendation and the staff was very professional. Especially Lauren who greeted me with a big smile and was very helpful and informative with every concern that I had with the complex and the area. She was also very patient and made me feel welcomed. The apartment complex was very clean and maintained and I highly recommend this complex and the staff was very professional and helpful.

My husband and I have lived here about a year and a half now. The staff has always been very kind and professional. Morgan, Lauren, and Cecilia have all been wonderful and very accommodating. Maintenance is also very nice and prompt. Weidner hires quality staff and it definitely shows. We may be relocating next year but we will choose a Weidner property because of the service weve received here. Thank you all very much.

I had looked at a lot of places and Accolade was my #1. This is my first place ever and I had lots of questions and everyone I’ve talked to has been nothing but helpful. When we moved in our AC stopped working but it was fixed by the next day. Maintenance was such a huge help and was very friendly and quick at fixing what we needed. The place is beautiful as well as the complex! Not to mention all the shopping around here makes everything a bit easier. :)

I have been living here for almost 1 year. Everything they have told me they would do guess what has been done. Samantha and morgan have been great. Samantha i spoke too over the phone and gave me so much information over the phone, all i had to do was fly in sign my paper work and that was it. Everytime i call the office they are helpful. My experience here has been phenomenal. There was a leasing agent that I have been in touch with, and she answers all my questions and assists me right away. Her name is Morgan, and I recommend anyone to go to her for assistance. The apartments here are lovely too! I never had a problem here, and the neighborhood is lovely. There are a few ASU students that live here because of the west campus, and it is affordable!

I have family that lives there and every time i visit there alway having ac problems and leaks in kitchen and bathroom. I have spent a few nights over as well and there living conditions are just horrible. They have been dealing with this since the day they moved in and nothing has changed. I just move to this complex and my experience is been super smooth, I moved from Florida and the application and approval process was easy and friendly at all times, I had no issues with communication or bad things about anyone of the people that helped me in the office, when I got home from 4 days trip, the keys turning was fast, I even request some changes in my apartment and all is been good, in great time and all the people is responsible and professional, I feel safe, comfortable and happy in my new home and if you are thinking on moving, this is a great place with many good things nearby, even walking distance. The great service that Morgan and Lauren from the office provide, is my favorite. Thank you Accolade, so far, so good!

I just moved in here at Accolade, and I can say one thing, the service has been top notch. Right from the start, Lauren and Morgan (the 2 leasing office girls) were guiding me through the move in process, calling me constantly and keeping me updated on pertinent information. They were extremely friendly and helpful, I feel very welcome here thanks to those two. Not only that, the one bedroom apartment here is very spacious, very affordable, and very nice, with all the amenities that you could ever want. Thanks Morgan and Lauren again.

I like it here. Its definitely home. Only reason why I gave it 4 stars is due to the loudness next door, and the upkeep of the grounds. It would be nice if management can post on the doors of those that have pets to pick up after their pets. Other than that its a great place to live. People are friendly, staff is always courteous.

Terrible! I come in from flagstaff to go visit my girlfriends brand new apartment. Parked then got my car towed there was literally no other available. Could’ve just gave me a damn ticket. $120 just to get a car back from parking in the dirty parking lot. Absolutely terrible. My gf now is canceling her lease.

Where do I start. Renter Beware......I cant leave fast enough!!!! I had them come out every week when I moved in because of roaches for 2-3 Months!! A friend finally suggested I close off all drains and see if that helped (because it might be sewer roaches. Sure enough 90% of the problem was resolved but they still came up through the dishwasher...ugh!They have no respect for their residents as they give notice because they are upgrading the units but you have to have your animals kenneled for a week because they cant tell you what day they will do your building. I dont kennel my dog. I dont have a need because he doesnt tear up anything and doesnt mess in the house. Who ever is doing project management is very poor at it. Why not you can do buildings x, y and z on this day, etc.Now when they did do my house they left a MESS in my house. They were not supposed to come in my house and did anyway. Screws all over the floor. Again I have a dog. If he would have ate a screw it could have been a major issue. Luckily he did not.I gave notice I was moving out. I receive notice of the fees to be paid prior to moving Now this is for 1/2 Month literally 14 days. Water $60.00 when all utilities are capped at $40.00 What????? Really??? Cleaning Fee $85.00 What???? Unless I leave it mess out of the ordinary cleaning is necessary what is this for? Carpet Cleaning $65.00 Really?? So, you are charging me for what is normal. The lease I signed only says there are fees if the apartment isnt cleaned and necessary cleaning is needed.I told them I refuse to sign until my lawyer reviews my lease and the document. I dont care if their are granted counter tops and they are making improvements. It isnt worth the headache and troubles. It you do rent here. Have a lawyer review the lease first!!

I was living there almost for a year , The community was good as I never saw any break-ins or crimes.There was no problem in the apartment either.Only problem is that they dont give the security deposit back and also I had to pay some extra fees after vacating.I spent almost an weekend to clean up the apartment and still I dont understand how the property management used my deposit amount to paint , carpet wash and clean the apartment. I use to live in other weidners property and I remember i got some part of security deposit back but this is the first time I had to pay some extra charges.

WARNING!!!!!My Mom recently moved in she received a $300 Energy Bill...I went over to her home and noticed the windows and doors are absolutley horrible.I went to the office with her to speak with managment.Management indicated that the windows would be replaced.They sent a guy to repair the glass.Unfortunately these are beyond repair.Please read below...The windows are clear single pane glass with aluminum / metal frames they are falling apart.These are the original windows and doors from the 80sNo energy efficiency at all.Absolutely terrible condition.None of the screens fit bugs can come right in.Literally the window locks are all broken.The frames are buckled so the windows wont even lock.The frames are separating the from the glass.I will say the office staff is polite.Although the management team is suggesting the following...They want to silicone the windows back together as a solution and need to contact corporate to ask if they can replace the windows they told us they were already going to replace.Hmmmmm?!?I am very disappointed so far.Its February and freezing cold at night 30-40 degreesThe heater runs non stop to attempt to compensate for the massive air leakages.This is Unbelievable.

Ive lived here for over a year now. Although I wasnt particularly thrilled with my unit since move in, pros certainly outweigh cons. Over the year every Weidner representative Ive encountered has been professional, courteous, and compassionate. There have been times where they have gone above and beyond to accommodate me.Most recently being with a routine unit inspection. In which I was becoming increasingly anxious (PTSD) about someone entering my home. I was given adequate warning via email and paper mail. Day of I called the office because I was super anxious. Although they couldnt tell me exactly when someone would be there, they gave me a general idea. I was told what to expect and who (not specifically) to expect. That meant SO MUCH to me. They were so sweet and didnt make me feel silly for asking.I dont see this in many reviews but I think its a very important aspect to factor in when choosing a home. Accolade appreciates and respects all their tenants, including those of us who are disabled and have mental health issues.

This has been the first apartment I have lived in and its been a great experience.Every issue that has happened has been resolved very quickly and we appreciate it. The dog park is a huge lifesaver for taking our puppy out to let her run around and get out some energy. Despite multiple storms this year our power has not gone out while many friends and familys neighborhood went out(This might not be because of Accolade but just in case, I thought Id mention it!) Anytime we had a question about our apartment, weve been greeted with a smile and assisted to the best of their ability while being treated like a human being.This might be isolated to me but my neighbors are all great, quiet, friendly, and most of them are fellow dog owners. There are parents and kids running all around having fun and playing with one another. The private balcony a lot of the apartments have offers a great view if you ever want to simply take a moment to sit outside when the weather is nice. They recently redid a lot of areas of the complex which look great now.Weve visited other complexes like Vaseo, the Park, Desert Homes etc. but none of them seem to shine as brightly as Accolades!(Sorry if this was a cheesy post, but Ive had a great experience here and thought Id let others know!)

We live in a society. Blah blah blah, something very insightful and witty. Ive lived here twice, had a family member live here almost 4 years, and I still live here. You can spend more money elsewhere but its a nice location and its full of all types of people that youd find in a society. If you have any issues you have to let the management know, dont just tell one of the maintenance people or the leasing agent up front, ask for management and go straight to them and the issue will be dealt with. Thats not to say the maintenance person or leasing agent wont deal with it, but its simply not realistic to expect someone not in management to deal with issues that you as a lease holder may run into. I hope you dont run into any issues, but we live in a society, so its a dice roll. Oh, and if you have any issues with maintenance, ask them, Is this what Jacob Tyler would have done? and then go straight to management so the issue can be resolved. :D

We signed a lease for a certain unit, had all mail and personal things forwarded to our new place... then the person in the unit decided not to leave. Not managements fault but they were not very accommodating at first to get us into a unit that was the size we wanted. All in all, they did finally get us what we wanted, and on time. On top of that, we received a credit towards rent for the inconvenience.They came in to do some repairs that we asked when we first moved in. They did it while we were away for 2 days which was great BUT they switched the power off to do some of the repairs and since we were gone for 2 day we lost most of everything in our fridge/freezer. Again, it was pretty inconvenient but management again gave us a credit to make up for the inconvenience. Other than that, each little thing we have asked to have fixed has been taken care of in a very quick manner.On minor complaint, while the place does have secure entry all around, our exit gate is always open. Not sure if all exit gates are open but it does make it a whole lot less secure when a gate onto the property is never shut.Overall, I like the place. We like our neighbors and do not notice the noise level that some others complain about.

These are the worst apartments I’ve ever lived in. Our mailbox has been broken for a month. A MONTH with no update on when it’ll be fixed. No apologies on the major inconvenience it is to have to go to the post office every other day to pick up your mail. The parking lot is FULL of potholes. If you’re on the bottom floor you’ll hear EVERYTHING your upstairs neighbor does. Every step. Every door that opens. The floor/ceiling sounds like it’s made of cardboard. The apartment layout itself isn’t bad but it’s not worth it. We’ve only been here a couple of months and I’m counting down until we can move. Do yourself a favor and find ANYWHERE ELSE.

Love this community because the environment here is beautiful and amazing. What I really like is its near everything from the apartment and also very close like 4 mins drive to Walmart, Target and all other, Restaurants and grocery stores. This place is very commute to travel in buses like 2 minutes walk from the apartment. The Manager is very kind and good person. If I ever had a problem with anything Id submit a work order and maintenance would be there right away fixing the problem. The staff goes above an beyond to have community events and food in the office great place to live.

I have lived here for a year... the staff has always been curteous and friendly and try to take care of my issues right away!Although parking is difficult I have to say I have been pleased with this location. I have never seen ANY bugs!! Also, I am right on Bell Road and I do not hear the traffic.Maintenance could be a little better, but I understand that an apartment tries to save money on repairs. However, they have replaced our washer and dryer doors on the patio and are in the process of replacing all of the outlets and will be putting hardware on the kitchen cabinets. I LOVE not having any carpet anywhere except in the bedrooms.Overall, this is a nice complex, with a friendly staff and quick responses to anything I need help with :)

I think everyone means well, but a couple in the office really need some lessons in providing customer service, and how to handle escalated situations. I have been living here a little over a year. Wish I never resigned the lease... I been robbed 4 times, the office could careless about the people. Roaches all the time, they dont fix anything right. Its uncomfortable living here, I wouldnt want anyone living here! They dont take care of the dog park, my dog always gets bit when I take her. Over all its too much for so much trouble, not even worth it. Office people dont even call you back. I could say a lot more.... Everyone I talk to in these apartments have so much troubles living here. Save yourself the headache any Money and dont even bother!

It was a nice say but these people are crooks I was told to have the appartment clean, which I did. I even got a Professional carpet cleaner company Touch up the walls myself and they still took my Deposit. Plus I had my vehicle stole from this complex.. And they cameras did not see anything,I was told. The gate is always broken this is supposed to be a protected safe Community.. Then my neighbor had her car broken into. I for sure would not recommend this place to anyone.

I have just moved into this apartment and have already had some problems. First, on move in day, I called ahead to make sure I could pick up keys by myself and that the only thing I needed was my ID. When I got there, someone different than who I had spoke with on the phone said I needed all my roommates to pick up keys. That couldnt be done since they were at work. Finally, I was allowed to get a key just for myself to begin moving in. Walking through the apartment was really clean and in pretty good shape (that was a plus). Upon further inspection I did find the dryer door would not stay closed. I put in a work order for that, but had no response until I went to the office asking for an update on when maintenance would come fix it. They said someone would be out to fix it in the morning. They did come attempt to fix it without success (they said someone else will come try to fix it tomorrow so we will see how that goes) and while they were here, we informed them that the lines for the washer were crossed. His only response was you have to put in another work order for that. If hes here fixing the the washer/dryer already why cant that be fixed at the same time too? I really dont want to wait another 4+ days to get the water lines fixed while still waiting for the dryer to get fixed.UPDATE: The dryer is still not fixed. Apparently maintenance does not communicate what is happening or have a log of who does what throughout the day because the guy who came today asked what we had done to the dryer and looked surprised when I told him someone else from maintenance was here yesterday working on it. The lack of communication has resulted in them not being prepared today, so they do not have the equipment to fix the dryer and we have to wait another day. However, on the plus side, when I asked this maintenance man if he could switch the lines he said he didnt know that was an issue, but that he would.Another reason I am not happy with the complex is that upon wanting to add my dog on the lease, the lady in the office told me I needed the shot records. My dog is up to date with her shots, but with the moving process her records were still in boxes to be unpacked. Initially, I didnt put my dog on the lease because on the application it asked for the dog license information which I did not have at the time, so I held off putting her on the lease until I had that information. That is what I took into the office and was initially told would not work until I argued that on the lease application it asks for license information. I got her added to the lease and went to take her to the dog run in the complex that evening only to find out that it is only open 9 am to dusk which Im assuming if 5:30 or 5:00 because thats when the office closes. Im not the biggest fan of those hours because those are the typical hours which people work, but I thought not big deal I will just take my dog to the run on weekends.

Tried to get a leak in the ceiling fixed. Was told there was nothing they could do, so at 4:30am on Sunday August 13,2017 I was awoken by water dripping all over my bed. The office knew about the leak and did nothing. Horrible just horrible. Could cave in, who would be responsible?...... You see their response, says they fixed it. They have lied to all right now. It is not fixed repeat it is not FIXED edit: now they wont help with neighbors above. We have to be content with the noise. Cause we complain their own employee said we were the trouble makers. What a staff they have here to try and mediate between residents. You can fight all you want here. Even a couple has taking to the street yelling at each other at least once a week. You can make a call to their courtesy security man who will not come out there. I have posted a picture of the leak in my room that was never taken care of. You can clearly see it where the water puddles up. When it comes crashing down who will be responsible?

We lived here for almost 3 years and this place is the absolute worst. The staff is rude and unprofessional, especially Charros. The gates are always broken, therefore, letting in anyone off the streets. We were told our apartment was renovated when we moved in and the vinyl flooring had large gashes in it and our carpet baseboards all had paint dripping down them, not to mention the carpet was absolutely filthy. They painted the bottom of the bathtub instead of replacing it, which left paint stains on our feet within days of living there. The A/C broke several times throughout every summer and they would take more than a day to get up to our THIRD STORY UNIT and fix it. Meanwhile, it was 95 degrees in our apartment. Our balcony had carpet laid over plywood, which was broken and split when we moved in. It always felt like it was going to cave in. When we told the office about this upon moving in, they said “everyone’s balcony is like that” and did absolutely nothing. And to top it off, they double assigned our parking space to our neighbor across the hall three weeks before we moved out. I would not recommend this hell hole to anyone!

I HIGHLY DO NOT RECOMMEND ACCOLADE APARTMENT HOMES TO ANYONE. They have rude staff and the managers do not care! They tried to say I owe them over $2000 dollars when I removed my name off the lease and left the apartment to the hands of my old roommate 6+ months ago with proof of documents. They refuse to send updated information to the collection agency that states that I am not responsible for that payment and that it is my roommates responsibility and the lady I was speaking with mocked me over the phone when I asked. They hung up on me and I called back 5 times to settle the conflict. The first time I called I was mocked again the, second time I called a womens voice that tried to impersonate a man acted like I called the wrong number, The third time I called I refused to release my name ,therefore, she hung up on me again ,the fourth time the same exact thing happened as the third time I called in the fifth time I finally was able to get the manager . Ive had nothing but PROBLEMS and will decently be reporting to the Attorneys General Office to pursue more action . This is highly unfair in the worst customer service Ive ever had with any company besides their Collection agency they are just as worse!

Do not live here! This place is old and the management is garbage. If something breaks they will blame it on you and charge you for it. Our microwave door shattered to pieces and they called us negligent, even though we were just opening and closing the microwave door (normal use), and they charged us $150 for JUST THE DOOR, NOT EVEN A NEW MICROWAVE. Weve been here over a year and they just replaced our 16 year old dishwasher. Even though we complained about it the month that we moved in. I know its 16 years old because I emailed General Electric with the model and serial number.They locked all all of the pools except for one on Memorial Day, and said that no one was here to unlock the pools, which doesnt make sense because they unlocked ONE pool. My neighbors and myself came to the conclusion it was because they didnt want to have to clean up all of the pools.My autistic two-year-old locked me out on my patio (that i was cleaning because of the NUMEROUS emails sent by management threatning fines for anything on the patio that isnt patio furniture) and I couldnt get back in, I called and called their answering service and when someone finally spoke to me they placed me on hold for 15 minutes, then got back on and said that no one answered and that they had left a voicemail and then they just hung up on me! It took 45 minutes for someone to come to my apartment and unlock the door with my two year old and nine month old inside alone. If it wasnt for my neighbor having the maintenance guys personal phone number, who knows how long I would have been locked out. And when I brought this up to management they told me that it wasnt their issue and that I should have called a locksmith. And then the manager blamed the third party answering service. If someone would have actually answered me the first time and told me to call a locksmith maybe thats what I would have done. Instead I spent 20 minutes just trying to get ahold of somebody and then was placed on hold for 5 minutes and then was hung up on.This place is absolute garbage and every single person that lives here complains about management and maintenance. Its way overpriced for these extremely old apartments. They say that everything is remodeled and new and that they have a new pet Park, its a total lie. That pet Park has been here way too long to be considered new, and none of my appliances in my apartment when I moved in a year ago were new. Same with my sister who moved in to the back of the apartment complex 6 months ago. Shes had nothing but issues and her apartment was filthy when she moved in.I cannot stress enough that you go somewhere else. The vaseo apartments on 7th street and Greenway are way nicer, they are more expensive but from what I hear from friends that live there worth it

The apartments are okay, some of the new renovations are nice, like the counters. Just very old so they have popcorn ceilings, faucets leak constantly, the fake wood floor scratches very easily. The worst part about living here is that if your on the first or second level you can hear the people above you. You can hear them walking around, having sex, their music, TV, parties, even singing. Literally everything they do is audible from below, its awful.

Do yourself a favor... DO NOT RENT HERE!!!!Where do I start...Almost every time we have to call for maintenance we have to call back again because no one showed up. We are then informed that no work order has been place. We have had our clothes dryer break 3 times, each time it took several people to figure out what was wrong with it. Our air conditioning has been broken 5 times, its Arizona, its hot as hell here! Each time they brought us a blower and said there was nothing they could do for the time being, the last time was just a fixed a few days ago 6/15/16.. we went a week with no air conditioning. Our dishwasher runs extremely slow, but according to the office there is nothing they can do about it. Our hot water heater went out, when they came to fix it somehow they broke it more, and we didnt know it but for about 2-3 days whenever we used water it was spraying water all over our stuff out in the storage unit. There is a huge cricket problem along with some roaches. We have watched them crawl out of the drains in the showers! Again the office claimed there is nothing they can do about it. And now the icing on top of the cake... we have bedbugs!!!! We are on the second floor and we believe they came from our downstairs neighbor, when I brought this to Accolades attention, I was told it is near impossible for bedbugs to crawl in the walls from unit to unit ....what.... anything you read online about bedbugs, and straight from the pest control companies employees mouth state that is far from the truth. I even pointed out the fact that we have seen the bedbugs come through some cracks between the baseboards and the floor, I was informed again thats impossible. They have not checked out downstairs neighbor for these pest, even though they are treating our apartment it is doing us no good when they just keep crawl up to us. This place is a living nightmare... I cannot wait for our lease to be up so I can get out of here!! PLEASE DO NOT COME HERE!!!!!!!!

I just saw that apt 1026 is available for rental. DO NOT rent this apt. I have lived across from it. Its been abandoned for over a year and reeks of stray cat feces and who else knows what. Be sure to ask how long its been since the last owner lived there, because I doubt this is the only apartment thats been neglected. Otherwise, its a pretty good apartment for the price you pay.

Super sketch office and people. Also, their headquarters is in Colorado so any law in AZ there is to protect you as a tenant wont apply to you. Even the office people admitted how their contracts screw people over, so learn from my mistake and read it very carefully. Also I hated the grounds, they need to take better care of their property. Also its pretty much a guarentee your airconditioning will leak, break and break in the summer time. Also their hot water is pathetic, your showers will always be lukewarm and you cant clean your dishes with the hot water either, which pretty much makes your dishwasher useless.EDIT: NO! YOU TOLD ME YOU DO NOT FOLLOW AZ TENANT AND RENTER RIGHTS FOR WHEN PEOPLE MOVE OUT. JUST FOR EXAMPLE UNDER THESE RIGHTS YOU ARE NOT ABLE TO CHARGE SOMEONE FOR LIGHT CLEANING LIKE WASHING WALLS. I SPENT 5 HOURS CLEANING AND IT WAS PRETTY MUCH SPOTLESS BUT YOU SAID THE WALLS NEEDED TO BE WASHED MORE. SO YOU CHARGED ME 80 DOLLARS FOR CLEANING GO TO ARIZONA DEPARTMENT OF HOUSEING AUTHORITY AND LOOK UP CLARIFICATIONS ON SECTION 8 THAT TALKS ABOUT NORMAL WEAR AND TEAR VS ACTUAL DAMAGE. YOU SAID BECAUSE YOUR HEADQUARTERS WERENT IN AZ THAT YOU DONT HAVE TO FOLLOW ALL OF AZ STATE RULES. SO IF YOUR TELLING ME THAT IM WRONG THAN PLEASE SEND ME MY MONEY BACK. ALSO THE PACKAGE ISSUE NEVER GOT RESOLVED TO MY SATISFACTION SO DONT EVEN GO THERE. ALSO YOUR AIR CONDITIONS BREAK MORE THAN WHATS CONSIDERED NORMAL. I WAS PREGNANT FOR 9 MONTHS OF MY LEASE AND HAD A NEWBORN FOR THE OTHER 3 MONTHS AND NEVER GOT A PORTABLE AIR CONDITIONER. IT BLEW HOT AIR AND LEAKED FOR MONTHS.

I am in between places (attempting to buy a house) rented this apartment and after i moved in the floor would get my feet black, I took a week end to clean and scrub the floor but what ever is on it will not come off. I notified the office and they dismissed it and stated they would note my file, When I went to pick up my keys the day I had movers bringing my stuff to the apartment was when I learned where my parking space is located. Over TWO building away from my apartment. I was upset that i would have to walk in the dark to get to my car when leaving for work in the morning. I have asked several time if nothing closer...nothing. The dog park is a dirt lot with no grass. I would never take my dog there just to get dirty. There are people all the time in the area around the dog park that just let their dogs poop and never pick it up or run without a leash. Several times the dogs have been aggressive with my dog. I just wish I had done more checking on this place. DO NOT RENT FROM HERE... TERRIBLE, Management, living conditions, getting things fixed, parking AWFUL!

I had a main line clog issue which caused water from the sink and toilet to end up in my bathtub. i was unable to shower at home. 5 hrs after i posted a maintenance request, 2 plummers showed up and fixed my issue in less than 20 minutes. with downtime being a major issue, i attempted to fix it myself, but it wasnt necessary after i heard the door knock. i was truly grateful. thx front office team for the rapid response time. (fist bump)

I cant describe enough how horrible they are. Numerous issues while living there. Piss poor maintenance. Leaseing office is a nightmare to deal with.The day I was suppose to turn in my keys (the lease says you have until midnight by the way) they told me I had to turn them in by 5pm. So I informed them I would be there close to closing but I would be there. I come at 4:55 ish and they have a sign hanging in the door saying the closed at 4:45.... No one said that on the phone. Its alright though, I kept banging until they let me in even though they were waving for me to go away.A year later I find out a package was delivered to that address by accident and they were not willing to do anything. I thought being a past resident they could make a simple courtesy call to see if the new residents picked it up by mistake. They pretty much told me to go pack sand....Awesome. Customer service at its finest!Also, this lady who posts as owner is full of crap. I left a review on another site last year and she responded. I called the number and the first time it was the wrong one! I found the right one called multiple times AND left a message for her.She is just a poor excuse to make it seem like the company actually gives a rats ass about customer service.Just check out the SAME RECURRING PROBLEMS OVER THE LAST FEW YEARS. They arent trying to fix anything.

Please, I am begging you. Do NOT go here. I REPEAT DO NOT. All they want is to suck all the money out of you even though they’re already doing that with how high the rent is (really not worth it). Did not get a warning about getting a fine for having to hang up clothes that NEED to be air dryed.

I have lived in Accolade Appartments for 4 years and have found Catie and Charles the office staff to be awesome and very helpful and attentive to residends needs and concernes. The maintenance staff is also very good and quick to resolve any issue that may arise.

We moved into an apartment in late June and had problems with the a/c for the first 2 weeks. Maintenance kept coming to try and fix it but were unsuccessful. They gave us a window unit and even with that it was 82 degrees in the coolest part of the apartment. I talked to multiple people in the front office and they tried to tell me that this is just the way it is in phoenix and when they found out I was from a northern state they really tried to drive that point home and get me to accept the heat in the apartment. They finally sent some techs from corporate and they located the problem and fixed the a/c so that it would distribute the airflow to the majority of the apartment but even still the master bedroom had insufficient airflow. After that I feel like they treated me unfairly due to the fact they were trying to get me to accept the previous situation which involved an a/c losing 60 percent of its functionality. The apartment will still get hot during the hotter days but it works alot better than it did.We have a 2 bedroom and the master bedroom and bathroom gets to be as high as 90 degrees due to low airflow to those rooms and bad insulation. We have bought fans trying to make it livable but its just to the point where you have to realize these are old apartments with terrible insulation, a point that was made by multiple maintenance techs. Next step is a swamp cooler for our 90 degree master bedroom we pay a premium price for. Just dont waste your time here. You know its bad when you contact attorneys to see what you can do. Basically the cheapest option was a $10 form for a 24 hour notice to restore essential services but that only gives you the ability to stay at a hotel and not pay rent but a hotel is not what we were looking for.. we were looking for an apartment. The other option is quite a bit more expensive and involves attorneys coming to investigate. Again dont waste your time here.

Decent place to live. Not perfect but who is now and days. Only thing is you have to get on mainenence to really get things fixed and in a timely manner but theyre a nice group of guys. Office staff are genuine but you gotta get on them sometimes too. But ive been in worse apartments. Id rate this one as the best one ive been in yet.Its a large complex so I think it really depends where you have your apartment. It can get loud in some parts. We are lucky enough to be on the outside of the whole place with decent human being neighbors.

I live here now...Dont do it ... this company of apartments are terrible they give you a 3 day grace period including the day you have to pay rent so u really only have 2 days . So if your pay checks change dates not a good place to live no sympathy then they charge 89 dollars for late fee . There is no guess parking near by . And your parking spot will not be near your place . Also terrible vents it gets so hot causing high Aps bill . Walls are so thin the next door neighbor is right next too you arm and arm when you both try and get in . This is my first apartment and worst apartment. The only good worker they had was Jordan but he left . Btw make sure your move in prices are the same as they told u . I was told so many times I had a credit but I end up not having it and owing . Also there is no lights in these huge closets . Small counter space and cabinet MAKE SURE YOU SEE YOUR ACTUAL APARTMENT BEFORE YOY AGREE .I REFERED MY FRIEND AND HER 2 BED ROOM KITCHEN NO STORAGE PLACE WE HAVE MORE SPACE THEN HER IN HER KITCHEB AND WE HAVE 720 SQ .. make sure u have lambs . U get a lit in the kitchen and bathroom . Literally no other room has build in lights but kitchen and bathroom .so in the summer by fans also because there isnt not one unless u.in the kitchen . I pay 820 and its not worth it will be moving soon and my other friend said after the first lease it went way up . Not to mention they told me water was including but now.sent letters telling me we have to pay . U should uphold your word til the lease end and just eat the cost . I only like it here cause Im not being bothered with roommates.

OMG. Do not rent here, ever. What bunch of unprofessional idiots. The place is old and worn out, and the dirt and grime just blows in. I lived there 3 years, and even with mopping and steam cleaning daily, I couldnt walk barefoot without my feet being black.They have placed me for collection, because the manager had a personal beef wi5h me and falsified paperwork. Now I am going to have to take legal action against them for the damage against my credit.Just run far far away from this nasty hellhole.As I am reading the other reviews, I see others having the exact experience as we did with the nadtiedt woman on the face of the earth, acting as manager, cleaning and maintenance people being a joke. We actually had to yell at the one giy from blocking in my car with the golfcart and refusing to move it, then scraping the cart on my car door.There is dog poop everywhere, because the dregs of hunanity live there and God forbid they buy poop bags.They have violated so many housingcode, AZ statutes and judt plain human decency, but Kristie will answer and say how sorry they are. Just dont call the corporate office, they will give you the rude run around, never call back, or resolve issues.

They renovated our apartment with 48 hour notice. It took a whole week, from 8am until 7pm and on weekend. They tore down the kitchen wall, took down all the cabinets in the kitchen, the bathroom. Drilling, hammering, dust everywhere and they didnt offer us another unit to stay while this was going on. Our cats were terrified and til this day they jump at every slightest noise because of this. DO NOT RENT HERE!!!!!!!!!

This place is horrible!! I live here currently. The so called dog park is a dirt hole. There rules dont allow children to play outside. The maintenance guys never actually fix anything. Been sitting with a broken dishwasher the whole lease, and its been fixed twice. Ha. Most of all, the complex manager Brad is rude, disconcerting, and very confrontational. He is by far the biggest problem in that complex!
