Bought a condo here over a year ago. As of today, I have not heard of one board meeting, owners meeting, nothing. I have asked about it three times now and get no replies. Have asked who the board members are....silence. The fence at the pool has been broken for almost a year now. And recently, by walking by the pool area, I noticed one of the pools completely gated off and they are obviously not taking care of the water during this time. Not a word about what is going on to the owners....very, very, poorly run.

I really enjoy living here. Jacky is the manager and she is really prompt and always willing to listen. The mantanince man Amir does great work. The location is awesome. There have been many things that have gone wrong while Ive been here, and the team has always fixed it within a day or two. Sometimes the same day! Only downside I have is the rent cost. Alittle expensive for this area, but my apartment is nice and big!

I love this place. It’s quiet, there’s no riff raft hanging out. It’s right across from a grocery store. The office manager, Jackie, is nice and friendly, the maintenance is prompt to respond and handle whatever issue there is.

Cavecreek Rd #60 (mobile home) entrance code #0546.There are t even any animals allowed here and t is very well maintained, quiet friendly neighbors who respect each other and are responsible tenants. The units are HUGE! Like really big, nice n’ cozy. Love them. The owner doesn’t wear deodorant though and kinda smells. I suspect their property manager is not a licensed agent or even eligible to be a property manager either. I hope the AZRE finds out so everyone can be safe and not implicated in crimes they have not committed, like practicing without a license....

This place was the worst to live in.My family and I lived here long term. Unfortunately, we were treated horribly given what we paid to live here.They charge you Scottsdale prices for a Phoenix location despite the apartments being subpar at best and rundown at worst. We had multiple water leaks throughout the apartment with repairs ranging from duct tape to replacement pipes (only repairs done were when we decided to move out). Our carpets and blinds hadnt been replaced before we moved in and hadnt been replaced during or after our stay. Multiple units were growing mold since pipes throughout the complex were damaged (we found out through our neighbors and friends). We also found out that they charge the same price for an unremodled unit that they do for a remodeled one. Please be careful before choosing to live here.This area has also become super dangerous over the last few years and only stands to get worse. Theres a huge homeless population. Many of which are known by locals for being violent or drug users. There has been a growing gang presence in the area as well. It isnt unheard of to go outside and find your car broken into after being parked there all night (ours was one of them). The office has a single security guard on the grounds which doesnt do much. Considering the fact that the gates are broken 90% of the time, it only enables more theft.Before they raised their prices, this place was modest and charged what they were worth. They were better taken care of. If youre raising a family or if youre a single woman, I would avoid this whole area like the plague. Its not safe and not worth your money.

I was here for years and enjoyed it at first. The condos are very nice. The pool is pretty cool. And the gym is a nice perk with the indoor racquetball court. Sadly, management blew up a year or so ago and things went downhill. The front office is run by two very deceptive women who chased out the one good grounds keeper. I never knew that one grounds keeper could make such a big impact, but Mary was the heart of the complex. And when the forcibly removed her (probably because she made everyone else look bad), everything fell apart. There are constant leaks around the complex. The grounds keepers would rather ride their cards around while smoking cigarettes and talking on their cell phones than do their jobs. There is broken glass and dog feces all over the place. They dont sweep the walkways, so the combo of flooding sprinklers and bean pods on the concrete leave you with a disgusting stench.In summary, this place is actually great. But every employee left is horrible and the poor place is suffering as a result. Hopefully management will see whats going on and get this place back on the right track that it deserves.

I am a resident. For single work order we need to followup multiple times. Its an emergency work order (ac not working ) but no one took responsibility. It is not yet fixed . This is I am seeing with new management

Being next to the semi-busy 12th street can be a bit noisy during rush hour. Parking can get very scarce at night which can get frustrating.
