This location was awesome to work with. Anytime there were difficulties i would contact the front office and Mary (i believe) would answer my questions make my experience that much better. I would have loved to renew my lease but my work was too far. Loved this place and wish I could’ve stayed longer.

It is located right next to highway #17, its quiet, clean, looks amazing and is located all by its self but in walking distance of all stores and businesses. A very nice community its secure and very private. Its also price very well. I love living here and enjoy the pools, bar area, gym and out door venting and snack machines on the property. They also have water machines.Great community, with nice and friendly staff that are available every day in the front office.

I lived at Atrium Court with my sister for over a year. We had to move out because we lost our jobs when COVID-19 started. Joie and Maryann were extremely understanding and did everything they could to try and get us rent assistance. We got help for a month but we couldnt get back on track. We had to move out and break our lease. It was a hard time for our family and I am so thankful for their help and understanding. We would recommend the complex because of the people that work there. The apartment was nice too.

I moved in here a couple months ago. I dont think a lot of these reviews are worth taking into consideration. The grounds are nicely kept, my apartment is big and updated, my neighbors are super cool. The girls in the office are informative and very friendly. Joei the manager always comes out of her office to say hi and chat when I come in the office. I went to the office when I had an issue with my washer and she came over right then to see if she could help. Mary who sits by the front door is always happy and always says hi when she is outside walking around. It is really comforting living here and I feel like the staff takes a lot of pride in the complex. I like living here. The only complaint I would have is they need more parking. There arent a lot of spots for visitors.

I have lived here since June 2018. I moved from another state and found the place online. The place was exactly like it was online 😍. Jessica and Sara made my move very stress free.Since I’ve been here I haven’t had any issues. The place is very quiet and you have your own parking place. They keep the complex looking good. When I need maintenance that also come quick.Some people shouldn’t be able to write reviews if you’re not going to be honest.The apartment also is next to everything that is needed. The schools near to the apartment complex are good school ratings like 8 and up. They also have good charter schools also. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone.Jessica and Sara you ladies Rock ❤️ You have definitely been a blessing for me and my family 💋

My daughter just moved here recently and the lady Joie in the office was so sweet, helpful and knowledgeable the process was easy and smooth and who knew that apartment places threw pool parties for their residents, this place does. So happy with the management change. Mary and Joie in the office are so kind and helpful. They really care about their work. The maintenance guys work hard and do a good job. The pools are always clean. The fitness center is small and could use some weights. Overall I like living here and the rent is cheap. We plan to stay another year.

I don’t even know how this place operates. “New” maintenance team, “new” management, same old lies and excuses. I asked them to spray my apt for roaches and they say the guy comes every Tuesday. I waited almost 2 months for him and they’re still here. I can’t even eat with my silverware or plates and use only paper plates and forks to eat. You shouldn’t have to do that! Can’t wait for the lease to be up.

Gross and absolutely disgusting place to stay. This place had dead roaches when moving in to the apartment. It was half cleaned and my roommate and I had to part ways because I refused to stay here. The water shut off randomly and management will never answer your phone calls because they never pick up. Don’t be fooled y’all.

I went to go visit a family member, and everything was so clean and nice. The pool was very clean and I would definitely go again if I can. The maintenance staff did a really good job on keeping everything in an orderly manner and clean.

Went in on Saturday and didnt realized they were closed. The leasing girl saw I was trying to go in the office and told me they were closed for a pool party to all the people that live there and offered me a hotdog and burger. As she was getting me a plate she was giving me a run down of the place and made me feel welcome. A way to my heart is through my stomach she was on the right track....

I have lived here for 3 years and nothing ever changes the water has been turned off here countless times without notice. I went to the office to ask them to spray for bugs I cleaned out all my cabinets and all they did was come in and sprayed a few corners and that was it what a joke. I had to get rid of the bugs myself with my own money. My rent has went up a couple hundred dollars since living here and I still have the same nasty carpet as when I moved in the kitchen sink still leaks and the linoleum in the kitchen has been coming off for awhile now. Called to report mold and all the maintenance man told me is the black spot are from hot water after that they never looked into it Im pretty sure its mold! What a joke of a place to live in this will definitely be my last year living in this dump.

The 5 star reviews are a joke. You get attitude from the staff and when you give it back and all of a sudden they want to apologize and say it was not their intent. Corp doesnt follow up with you, they call Sarah and Jessica to fix the problem because corp doesnt want to be bothered. Roaches run to your apartment when people move out. During the summer they will blame the roaches on the heat. Things break 2 days after being fixed. Maintenance argues with you then cries victim. Water is off every other week and not turned back on, on time. Dogs pooping everywhere and when you call to complain, nothing is done. They are quick to try to fine you but when you need something they take their precious time. Then the people in the office replacing Sarah have no type of customer service but are in charged of a lot. Google reviews are ok but always do a Yelp review too.

This place is definitely worth the price. The office staff is friendly and are very helpful. They have assisted me in a few difficult situations in particular Sara the office manage is awesome and went to bat for me on an issue I was having. The apartments are really nice and actually have a cool layout. The property is conveniently located and not a bad area.

Since the new management, living here has been great. The service/maintenance is awesome and everything is very well-kept and clean! They host a lot of events which is fun for the kids.

The people theyre accepting now seem to be just anyone! This was a nice place. Quiet and friendly. Now its loud and messy outside. Security doesnt do any good after 5 attempts at noise complaints they finally get it handled. What are their rules in place for anyway? Seems like they cant enforce it here.

It is truly not the Community it use to be. I cannot even walk my dog without seeing kids out fighting. No parental supervision in site. I received an email in regards to unsupervised children in the apartments but no act on what was said to have been done. I was sitting down in my living room when I heard fight, fight, fight and when I walked to my balcony there are at least 4-6 kids instigating a fight in the grass where my dogs goes to poop.It is always dirty. Kids throw eggs and rocks. Another parent was outside highly upset after her son was pushed while just walking through the apartments. She couldnt even find the childs parent.It use to be clean and quiet. Now its always dirty and the office managers are not friendly at all. Seems the lady in the front has the worse attitude. As well as Joie. Customer service is something they are good at

I live at Atrium Court and it is such a gorgeous complex. The customer service goes far beyond my expectations and are so helpful. This is definitely the place to live if you are in the market!

I went to visit my brother for the summer, and i liked staying here. the apartments were pretty clean and the pool also looked nice. the maintenance staff was helpful and nice.

I have lived at these apartments for 3 years. The place is older, but that’s why the prices are low. The management takes good care of the place and they started throwing parties for the tenants. This weekend they did a big cookout and pool party. They cooked all the food and it was free for everyone who lived here. They are trying really hard to clean the place up and they office girls are really nice. I see good changes happening and I am happy here.

Honestly this is one of the best apartment complexes I’ve lived. Rent is affordable and the staff is accommodating too. They seem to care about the residents and have get-togethers like pool parties!

I just visited from out of town and stayed here at my friends place. The complex and the pool were so nice and clean and the awesome apartment staff happened to be throwing a pool bbq for all their residents. It was so fun. My husband and I have been thinking of moving to phx and this is where we will be living. We can’t wait!

ProsLocation of these apartments is great. Lot of schools nearby with close access to the Freeway. With the addition of the new Metro Walmart theres now easier access for shopping and groceries. The apartment complex also has 2 pools. which is convenient when there is a lot of people at the main pool. The pricing is also comparable to other apartment complexes nearby. There have been roaches reported but this is mostly due to a prior tenants getting evicted who werent clean. Maintenance is quick to respond to any infestation issues or repairs in the apartments. Just recently my garbage disposal broke and was fixed within a few days. A part had to be ordered or it would probably have been fixed the following day.ConsParking is limited though and each apartment is reserved 1 covered parking. No reverse parking is a pain. the way your covered parking stall is set up your driver side door could end up next to a pillar when attempting to park. Gym doesnt have too much equipment.this is a pro and a con but there is a fire station behind the apartments and a hospital down Dunlap so Fire Trucks and Ambulances can be heard if you have sensitive hearing. This is a plus if you have an emergency and need either quickly.Ive lived here over 5 years and cant say I would not recommend living here. The rent is not overly priced and suffice it to say the pool is relatively clean as community pools go. Amenities are good. Management has always been friendly with me including the maintenance. this place is pet friendly and in some areas Poop bags are provided near the grassy areas. The late fees for rent are strict so if there are bad tenants theyre not tenants for long.

I had looked around Phoenix for a bit before coming across Atrium Court. The model showed well when I took a tour but was nervous my actual apartment would be a lesser quality. The management was awesome compared to other places I had been to. With everything else considered I took a leap and moved in. Not only was the apartment in excellent condition but the neighbors around me were great and friendly. Your experience will of course be yours but from mine I wouldnt have any problems recommending someone to live here or any other Weidner property.

The water is constantly shut off all day long at least 1-2 times a month, sometimes more. The Pools are rarely cleaned, and are in constant sunlight, so the water is warm, not even cool. The A/C units are small and break down frequently. Not worth the high rent. It takes maintenance several days to fix A/C problems, meanwhile you sweat your a** off while the management enjoys a nice cool office.

I stopped by to check the premises and IT all looked safe and clean... the pools looked nice and clean too.

It’s been 7 months since I moved in said I would update a month later but life happens. I have been three hell and back over the last year and the management here Sarah & Jessica are just amazing people. They just installed sun screens in the whole apartments they have only shut the water off twice since I been here so not bad and was to do work and was told 24hours before it happened. I would still recommend this place to anyone

I drop my kids of here with their mom and my kids love it here. They have a bunch of lil friends to play with. I was chillen at the pool with the kids and her one weekend and that chick in front came out and gave us Popsicles. It was pretty dope I lowkey want my lease to expire so I can live here. This is ridiculous I’ve been trying to call since last week I am currently quarantined and can’t leave my apartment , and need to contact the office ! Immediately, I shouldn’t have to leave a bad review for someone to answer me ! Next step is me walking into the office while I’m supposed to be quarantined and exposing everyone

Roaches, eveeything was broken in the apartment when I moved in. they dont complete work order on timely manner, my A/C run out & maintenance definitely suck. Stay away from this place cuz they only care about getting their rent pay.

Roach infested to the point of no return. Terrible customer service in the office. It doesnt look bad on the outside with all the nice trees but believe me when I say every single unit in this complex is infested. They shut off the water at least 5 times a month too for sewer pipe repairs. Not a good living expirence what so ever

I have not been there week it been terrible ,when first got there the stove didnt work refrigerator not work ,coubdnt get use the pool the bathroom certain times smells like suage.do not move here apartment look nice till you get in there.The management can be rude sometimes.however I called three times this week for for my refrigerator bottom part dont get cold still not fixed. Be aware is all I have to say.

Moved here all the way from Va had never seen this apartment did everything online. While in Va everyone in the office was friendly helpful no complaints. Got the AZ my apartment was not ready but they let me stay in the model for the day until it was. Great experience. Moved in everything was fine no complaints at all. About six months in in when I started to see roaches one or two then eventually after about eight months it was a serious problems. They sprayed I even cleaned my apartment out and the did a deep spray or whatever. Eventually they somewhat stopped. After about a year and two months they started having sewer pipe issues water off everyday cant flush the toilet and since they couldnt find the leak they turned down the water pressure which has been down for about a month and a half. Overall its not a bad place but if it were cheaper my review wouldnt be so bad but it just as expensive as any other up to date apartment except Atruim has some serious issues. However management is nice always friendly I dont blame them I blame Wiender for not up keeping their property.

Do not move into this place! You will thank me! It has been a nightmare!I moved in July 24, 2018. The apartment had a clogged sink, broken garbage disposal, disgusting dishwasher, was extremely dirty, smelled foul, and was infested with bed bugs!! For the washing machine to work I have to hold down the lid. The carpet was very old and shot, it had burnt marks and torn up edges where there would be missing ripped carpet. I was cleared for bed bugs on 8/15/18 without inspection! I was comped for 9 days! That is not right! My dog and I barely started living here 8/16/18. Did not want to be there at the apartment obviously.What about my stuff!? What about the people close to me getting bites! Or finding bed bugs at my Moms where my dog and I had to stay! I paid everything I needed to,  jumped through the hoops that they asked me too. They tell me to put work orders in for the things missing, or not working. When everything should be working to begin with. But ya Ill put those work orders in since you(Sarah) do not know how to manage property. Or you wouldnt have these bad reviews.I dont know about you? But when I move into a new apartment, I expect it to be clean, fully functional and bed bug free!!What a nightmare!!I have been so nice and courteous but I guess thats not how you get things done.

I have lived here for a couple of years and it’s pretty much the same things since I’ve moved in, roaches, dog poop literally right outside my door/sidewalk, loud neighbors... people park anywhere they want blocking people from parking and water get shut offs at least a couple times a month.

Inquired about possible move in some months ago and spoke to Jesssica who was very pleasant to talk to. She was friendly and professional and patiently answered all of my questions.. I felt like I was talking to a friend. Even though I got approved for two other complexes I chose Atrium because of Jessicas previous encounter with me. Though I couldnt qualify for the apartment I wanted, she worked with me and was able to save me over a $100 in rent for similar layout and space. Secondly I wanted something closer to my workplace and my sons daycare and I got just that. Im looking forwarid to be moved in soon I just really hope , fingers crossed that once I move in Ill continue to be pleased. Jessica and Sarah are great though..

Worse experience of my life! The water is always getting shut off. In one month it was shut off for 2 weeks straight and you still have to pay the full water fee. The air conditioner is set at 70 but the temperature in my apartment is 90 degrees! The apartments are overpriced and full of issues! There is a reason why they only have two stars! Do not recommen these apartments to any one

Called today on Oct 3 2017 ser up a time to view and talk in person came the office staff was really helpful and friendly offered water sales me around Jessica was there when I arrived she was busy with another person but really good at going back in fourth. Sarah is amazing she came in awhile later and finished my process I mean she helped me out with a Small dilemma got me moved in the same day and had a smile the whole time. I defiantly reccomened anyone to come in and take a look apartments themself are real nice I will update after 1 month of being here.

I had recently got a job in California I had told them I wouldnt be able to finish my lease. Gave them my 30day notice and left the keys like they said too. I understand the policy and they had given me 30days to come up with the ending my lease and everything. They had made a payment plan and all I had to pay is two months of rent and I would be ok😃 BUT THEN BACK FIRE AT ME!!😠 Now they are sending me to court with unbelievable fees and charges after making a payment plan with them. Totally thinking I was ok and saving money to pay them they now have a court date and sending me to court but I live in California so its impossible for me to attend the court date and they knew that, just for them to have pocket money they do this... very disappointed...

Horrible first month my water was shut off 10 times without notice and some days had no hot water at all. I let management know and they have no idea what is going on or even look into fixing it. There has been water leaks everywhere and my water bill was $70 dollars for one month when I work all day and am only home on the nights and weekends I doubt I used that much water! Worst service ever! We seen the model apartment and it was exactly what we were hoping for. No warning whatsoever about the apartment we were going to move into. Greasy cabinets, roaches, so many dents on the walls, heater didnt work, air bubbles on the ceiling, carpet lifted up, windows didnt stay up, no microwave lol. But my husband and I made sure that we wrote EVERYTHING down. And good thing we did because we had a leak during the winter and our mattress was soaked because of that air bubble( which we wrote down), when we went to tell one of the ladies in the office, she said well I dont remember about any air bubble acting stupid like that wasnt there before! Your job is to do the best you can to even look concerned or fake it I dont care, she was just rude. It takes so long to get someone to come fix anything, and when they do they come whenever they feel like it and dont even ask you ahead of time if theyre coming or not to see if were busy. Our apartment was freezing at a time and for weeks we couldnt get someone to fix our heater. Some guys came into our apartment while we were gone( we had the iring cameras thank goodness) to fix our soaked mattress (lol) by steaming it clean, okay cool whatever right? Well when we got home our mattress was wet, which is what we were expecting, BUT, theres dirty HAND PRINTS on it 🙂 You couldnt bother washing your hands? Its a memory foam mattress, very expensive! We didnt even bother to do anything about, we were just fed up with everything that was happing...I kinda regret it now, we still have the photos though. Theres so much more I would like to write down but I just cant, its so much. One last thing I do want to mention is that, I dont think they ever fixed the ceiling because our ripped air bubble is still there AND they have a giant piece of plastic on top of our roof. It looks ridiculous and unprofessional. I have a cat and she plays with it and scratches it up and makes a big mess on my patio, and Im afraid shell jump. Please make sure you ask to look at the apartment you are moving to before you sign anything!!!

Had my truck broken into multiple times while living here, pretty sure it was the security guards doing it too. Somebody had a couch pushed up against a neighbors window set on fire in the middle of the night. Lots of illegal alien residents, many of the apartments have at least 15 people living in them. Rarely do they clean the pool and the owners barely speak English. Horrid place. If youre dumb enough to live here like I was, then youre going to get what is coming to you by these people. (Wish there was a score lower than poor.)

I just barely moved in today and already know it is going to be a terrible experience. Roaches EVERYWHERE, carpets and floors were filthy I had to clean them myself, loud and weird neighbors looking right inside my apartment . Im just very frustrated with this place already being that I am paying $818 which is not worth it from what I see already. I am going to start looking for a new place already. I should have read these reviews before I signed that lease today😡 Good thing is its only $500 to break this lease and with the free complimentary pest control thats on the property every wednesday I should have known there was going to be a bug problem which isnt an option for the price that I am paying, I could rent a decent house for this much money. At least 9 of the blinds are broken as well which is annoying

I live in this place now and its horrible! Do not rent here they constantly turn off the water without warning and also have a big bug problem and the pool is hardly ever cleaned. Infact it was shut down for health reasons by phoenix inspectors. The managment is sneaky as hell dont trust them. Im getting out of here as soon as my lease is up.

READ BEFORE CONSIDERING. Old management was great, The New management now is horrible. Where to start....the pool is always filthy and overflowing, hot tub is Luke warm and also filthy, Their gym is a couple tredmills one of which is broken, 24 hour maintenance? Sure, Unless it is 108 outside and the air conditioner stops working. Feel safe on the top floor? Dont . I had a table, 4 chairs, two end tables, a pretty big tv stand, and a $900 vacuum stolen from the second floor while moving. With the door still locked when I returned. One of the office women is just completly rude. Ive seen and heard of multiple cars getting broken in to. The security guard seems more interested in bothering tenents than protecting them. My rent continusously increased with promises of New flooring, counter tops, and appliances. The flooring never came, the appliances came three months before my lease ended, although I had to live with the fridge parically blocking the front door, because they never moved it out, I got a three day notice to move out the washer and drier I bought so they could move theirs in. The hot water doesnt always work and if it does they regularly turn the water off at least once a week. If you do decide to move here do not get a parking spot by the dumpster your vehicle will also become a dumpster. To put the cherry on the cake at the end of my fantastic rental experience I was charged an extra 1200 for carpeting, which I agreed with at the time and set a date to pay along with the pro rate once my lease ended, instead of calling to tell me they were charging me early they instead sent it To collections. Which messed with my renters history as well.Without proper management this place has gone to the bottom of the hill. For the 700-800 they are charging now it is definitely not worth it.

My daughter lives there and the maintenance is horrible! She asked many times to clean the vets and fix the toilet they keep putting her on hold!

If you want a place that has roaches, horribly dirty carpet when you move in, and doors that stick to the point you get stuck in your room or bathroom, by all means.. move here. And if you also want a place that shuts off your water with no notice OR under 24hr notice, and shuts it off either all day or for 2 days at a time, then move here. Because theyve done it 6 times in the past 5 months but seem to find it okay to still charge residents the full water fee that month. Maybe if they took that money and actually fixed the water pipes then they wouldnt need to continuously shut it off. No wonder its a ghost town here. Will be breaking my lease soon just like everyone else. Horrible place to move.

Apartments are okay but man oh man people don’t know how to share parking spaces . There’s designated parking spots and also free ones if you have two cars and man people be taking up two spots and I have to park outside the apartments . Don’t be like these people man share the dam parking spot .
