They had a whole month to have our unit ready for us and we moved in with a hole in the closet with cocaroaches. The floor was ripped up in the closet they had been telling us it will be ready soon but never go out plus parking is horrible u can only have one car

This apartment is horrible. Theres not enough parking for everyone and they tow you for parking in the fire lane. Kitchen had bugs the week we moved in. People leave their trash out all over and dont clean up after their dogs. Grass is never cut. Far from anything fun.I moved here to save money. Bad decision.

The Management is inconsiderate moved us on the third floor being 6 months pregnant with a one yr old. Only plus side is they do have a washer an dryer 😂

I Lived in this complex for 2 years kept my unit in the best conditions possible i had to leave due to them raising my rent way to high for the same unit and never remodel any part of it even after i requested some. Before i got out i cleaned every single inch of it expecting to get my deposit entirely refunded but i didnt they do not respect the lease agreement at all look for any reason to keep your MONEY.If you ask my opinion I DO NOT recommend you to rent in this place

I would give them 0 stars if I could. Terrible decision to move in here. They do not maintenance unless you ask them over and over again. I asked for pest control because of roaches and it took over a month for service. There was water damage on the ceiling and they were trying to charge me for it. So many issues! They lie just to get you out the office and out of their hair. Now they don’t want to return my deposit and are charging me even more money. Do yourself a favor and move else where.

Maintenance takes forever to do anything and they dont do it right. It is infested with roaches right now. You ask for pest control they take a month and they even bombed the place but the roaches came back worse!!! Built cheap, my kitchen handles fall off, shower handles, closet doors, carpets dont cover floor completely not even put down all the way or correctly. The roaches!!! Ew. Management doesnt care about you, they lie and rush you with everything like they dont want to deal with you. Dont stick to pay agreements they deny partial payments even if you have an agreement! Dont waste your time or money. Skip this headache please.

I currently live at Marble Creek and they are pretty nice apartments. The laundry room does need some A.C. or a working cooler during the summer because it gets really hot in there. I also like that there is a lot of space in the apartments lots of closets. I hate the white cabnits in the kitchen.Overall they are pretty decent apartments good price. Maintenance are pretty fast they get the job done right.

I have went to the office twice regarding lighting and the fact that the lights on the outside of the building need to be replaced going up the stairs closest to the freeway and the one light on the 3rd floor there are a total of 5 lights out and this is a safety issue is it going to take someone to be hiding in a corner and police being called because someone gets hurt for this to be fixed in a timely manner. Each time we ask for something to be completed no one ever does it in a timely manner. There was a gaping hole on roofing and they only fixed it after I told coporate. They said it would be fixed soon after we moved in which was in October it took to the end of February. This place is gross and there is no pride in the property trash all over the place barely any parking and we are now on our fourth manager. Wondering if we will have a fifth soon and wondering if it will take till September to replace these light fixtures.

I pretended rent an apartment because a good friend has been living there and what a surprised the rent is high.The apartments are spacious, but apartments smell bad because are old, the neighborhood is bad, steal cars, delinquency in this area. Despite everything rent is too high, and also my friends rent increase around $150 ridiculous because his apartment doesnt have washer and dryer.

If I could give this place less than a 1 star I would. We moved to AZ from MN based solely on pictures we were sent. When we arrived the pictures weren’t our unit. Two of our three neighbors were crazy, one even pepper sprayed our dog.They are crooks. Not only did they raise rent multiple times but they also discontinued paying for WST. I was in the process of buying a house, had a c-section the week before we moved out. We forgot about calling SRP to disconnect the electricity. They used our account for two weeks, now they won’t even assume responsibility for using electricity and pay the balance.Crazy neighbors, high rent, lack of respect. Just don’t rent here.

I will be going on my second year living here and Im ready to MOVE OUT. Ive had roaches since ive moved in and the time they did come and spray they left my door unlocked. After that my apartment key was lost by the office. There are now roaches in my bedroom and Ive found a couple in my daughters crib! You see them crawling on the floor which is disgusting because my daughter crawls and may i just say that roaches carry a range of bacteria as well as viruses. The neighbors kids above me are constantly running around some days past 10pm it was the same issue with the previous people that lived above me. I email the office and no one ever responds the only call i ever get is for having chairs on the patio that are not patio furniture. I received a letter to terminate my lease for owing under $2.00 for my rent! Ridiculous! My rent went up $40 just because of new management NO UPGRADES to my apartment. Only upgrades have been to the office. For a while the water was getting shut off all the time without notice. They do random apartment checks which i feel is invasion of privacy especially because i pay to live there. The washing/drying machines are always non working and take your money. My one year Lease ends this month and I am Moving out! The staff when I moved here were helpful and very respectful but new employees came half way through my lease. The apartments has potential, I have never had a problem with bugs If an apartment did it has to be because the people were not being clean. I hated the laundry unit at first but they recently put in new ones and they work just fine. My neighbors were loud and theyre are always late night fights of people screaming at each other. Appliances are poor make sure to get them updated. only one burner on my stove worked and all outlets were loose. I had a problem recently and I went to management, I would of rated this place better but I felt very disrespected by the manager. I know this is not the best neighborhood but I am 19 working an honest job going to college full time and I felt like the manager treated me like the rest of the ignorant ghetto tenants they deal with. She told me my problem (car was damaged in parking lot by employee on golf cart) was irrelevant to her and would not give me any information to help me. The two male employees Jesse and im not sure of the other ones name are very polite and always greet everyone. I dont mind the kids running around its the adults that truly dont know how to behave.These apartments have potential for such low prices but the rude management and chaos throughout the complex is not worth it.

*Update*It has now been well over a month since I notified the office about the bug infestation in my home. They have not once came and did anything to fix the problem. I have left multiple messages about things not working in my home. My roof now leaks and they have also been notified of that. I live with my 2 year old and 6 month old and they still do not care about the safety of anyone..DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY HEREThey have a flea, bed bug and ant problem BAD

Tina the worker last called the cops on me cause I wanted to pay my rent when I asked her to call her boss or give me his number she than called the cops so I waited to explain to the cops what was going on they didnt want to help or hear it instead they told me Tina said I was no longer allowed in the office not to pay my rent or pick up my kids boxes that same day she put an notice in my door saying I have late fees for not paying rent when I was just in there and she called the cops not I have to go get the cops papers and take them to court to show I was there to pay my rent this lady likes to lie about everything just to make her self look good this place was way better when Easter ran it its sad Ive been here for over 2 1/2 yrs always paid my rent on time and never had any problems with the staff untill she stared here what a shame

Good size units for your money I pay 685 a month for two bedroom a lot of space and my balcony also just as big..maintenance could use some extra help to stay on top of things but for two guys not that bad..there is a lot of kids playing through out the day but that just shows me its a safe community for the family..the washer area could use a touch up as well ..the staff is willing to help you with rent being late if you having issues witch is a big pluss..again I enjoy it here clean property ,cool neighbors and very chill place good for young couples and young familys

We have lived here a little over 8 months and the apartment is just TERRIBLE. We have had and still have just about every problem you could think of... from roach infestation, water leaks, half done maintenance jobs, ant infestations, went through 3 property currently on the 4th, loud neighbors, and so much more. My lease is not up until Jan 2020 but it will be broken before then. I would not recommend living here just speaking from my experience only.

DO NOT MOVE HERE ! This apartment complex sucks, they’re just trying to make the place look better instead of fixing the real problems. The office never answers their dam phone the girls in the office lie they just tell you what you what to hear. The pool is always closed.For a while they were turning off the water from 9am - 5pm only gave out like 3 notices but it was going on for like two months. These apartment are infested with bugs and birds. Every time I bring up an issue I have they always blame it on the previous manager . Like they’ve been here since October / November I believe and the only improvement I’ve seen so far is the office , playground and pool area.. lol this new “management” is a joke ! They just like to cover up their asses at the end . So do not waste your time and money on this place.

I lived here 2 years 1st year not bad I actually enjoyed it and moved into a bigger apartment the next year. 2nd year not pleased. The water is constantly getting turned off. Many times without noticed. Just recently I was told the water would not be turned off anymore. 2 days later the water is off again... no notice... apartments are nice its just an inconvienece when your water is included in the rent but youre not able to use the water.

This apartment is run by a bunch of idiots. The first management and staff were amazing super friendly and helpful but whomever took over completely ruined my entire experience. I would never recommend this place to ANYONE. They are all incredibly rude and impatient on the phone. I was charged over 500 dollars in fees that werent even brought to my attention, and then upon calling for information I was completely shut down. Im disgusted that I ever did business here and please if youre reading this- GO ANYWHERE ELSE. This staff is a JOKE. The maintenance is a JOKE. Theyre unorganized and unaccountable!

I been living at these apartments for three years now . Our experience is average we have had neighbor probs but issues get resolved, the unit it self is good condition. Maintenance are friendly and on time with keeping the complex nice and tight, only down side I do have is with one of the receptionist, I was once knocking for a while on the front office when the sign said open two kids answered and were on the receptionist desk while the receptionist herself was in the other room laying down with a guy watching football I only needed an ac filter but to me that seemed unprofessional during work hours.

It takes weeks for maintenance to complete orders, even though I have a flood of water in the hallway from my Ac leaking. They had a huge puddle of water outside that would just attract thousands of mosquitoes. I just wish we had the old owners back. For the three years that we have lived here we have had our vehicles broken into atleast twice a year and not to mention this year they actually stole our truck. So the neighborhood is not that great, and the gates to the front of the apartments are broken so anyone can drive right on in. Its not secured.

So first off when I got my keys to the apartment , my apartment wasn’t even ready , my washer was still being installed it took them 45 min to put it in and “install” it ... we finally get done moving in and unpacking I’m putting in a load to wash then turns out my washer isn’t even installed right ! I’m washing and all you see is all the water and soap come out from under the washer .... then let’s not talk about if you live on the third floor how disgusting the pigeon infestation is..poop and feathers all over the floor so nasty ! Couple weeks back our car got stolen from the parking lot twice !!!!! We told the office about it because they have cameras facing that parking lot .. anyways apperntly they can’t rewind the cameras !! How stupid is that ... so I asked about putting in a gate code they said that there main focus is the roof leaks right now ... so I would not recommend these apartments to anyone !! Also today and yesterday our water shut off without them even warning us ... if all this keep happening Im just going to end up breaking my lease .. oh and there’s mold all over the windows and on top were the ac unit it !! I have lived here for the last three years. Nothing was new when I arrived for the first time.They have always raised the rent between 20 and 40 dollars.My lease expires in a few months, I received a note saying that my rent was going to increase 100 dollars, in my apartment everything is still old, it smells old.The mailman leaves notes in my mailbox, and when I go to pick up my package, in the office, they say they dont have anything.

Worst apartments ever. My AC has gone out and my work order was placed on the 16th and its now the 25th and still has not been fixed. I went into the office today to see what we could do to get a jump on it and basically was told you have to wait until Monday before anything can get done. Dude my kids are getting bite by mosquitos because we have to leave our windows open and our windows have screens but look like they are not the right ones so they dont fit properly. Hopefully we dont get West Nile Virus because of this.

Very affordable -- yet very disappointing. I moved here in Sept. 2013 and was given a gatecode for the entrance to the apartment complex and the gate still hasnt been fixed. There is a common cockroach infestation in multiple buildings (confirmed it with a neighbor), the entire complex smells like marijuana at night, parents leave their 1-3 year old children outside unattended, and cars tires are slashed/emblems stolen at night.If you are planning on moving here, please do me a favor and look elsewhere!!!

So I lived at these apartment complexes for about almost two-and-a-half 3 years now never had a problem I would have to say today was a very bad experience for me in the office theres a lady named Tina that works there I walked into ask and see when were the mailboxes going to be fixed because I dont have transportation to go to the post office to pick up my mail ,and its too hot to have my baby out in the heat and she gave me an attitude very rude customer service and very unprofessional Ive never once had a problem with any of the staff that work here now I dont know if it was the heat that got to her or because she was busy but I dont think it was appropriate or professional on her part to give me an attitude in front of other people , not only that my friend was with me she seen how unprofessional she was and she refuses to put in an application now at this apartment complex maybe someone should have a nice little sit-down talk with her about her attitude .

Very unsafe. Parents dont give a damn about there kids.kids running around at night spray painting cars,breaking windows, smoking weed, and having sex in front of peoples doorways at night .kids mess with the breakers to turn off the hallway lights to do whatever.the staff doesnt care.its cheap cuz of all this .apartment homes are falling apart ,when it rains it leaks.horrible place to live if u have a family .if ur a weed smoking partier this place is perfect .no courtesy patrol.gates ALWAYS open .they said it was gonna b fixed wen I moved in a year ago.staff is so unprofessional leaving eviction notices on the wrong door steps . I like marble creek I been seeing some improvement lately the staff does keep the outside clean I just hate that the teenagers trash and smoke in the laundry room like its a hangout place the neighbors are very friendly the people around there too.

Apartment piglet do not fix anything they go when they want the mrs. Of the office they believe that they are the assistant to the manager ... they get with the tenant ... they dont do their job well. They charge a lot of water. From $ 120 ... they dont have a meter up ... and you tell them and they just tell you, lets go.

I lived very quiet in these apartments in a year that I lived here I never had cockroaches but the bad thing about it here is the maintenance staff do not fix anything and they still get angry and sometimes they did not even have to go to me 4 times to pay attention too the rent is too expensive and the water comes too expensive I paid 70 dlls and that I live in an apartment with a bedroom and a bathroom for the same reason I moved are very expensive

The photos show apartments that are not renting actually, to me personally when they gave me the apartment they delivered it dirty, with cockroaches and in very bad condition the furniture of the kitchen and the bathroom, we had to go in cleaning, fumigating and uncovering the bathroom sink, which should not be since they must deliver well for that reason is paid full before entering, report problems to the office and ignore and never solve anything. Also every time the price rises more, now a one-bedroom apartment ends up costing almost 1000 dlls when we started paying a little less than 700 dlls, which is ridiculous since they do not make any improvements to the apartments for the new price, the corridors have carpet which makes a dirty look always, the ceilings in the corridors have holes in the stagnant water, many cats in all the apartments, the light goes on all the time, added to this, sometimes when receiving parcels, which arrives to the main office (if it is larger than your mailbox) the packages were open or they did not appear.
