Angela was wonderful to work with. She was very informative with everything on my insurance plan, and educated me on a lot things I didn’t know about insurance. Angela was able to help me save over $100 a month on my insurance. She was very polite and pleasant to work with and made my customer experience a true pleasure.

What a great experience I had today. I made a phone call to State Farm to make a routine update on our insurance and Angela really took care of me! Angela really went beyond the call and researched the plans we currently had and made some adjustments to save us money. How often does that happen? She could have handled the phone call by making the adjustment I called for and that would have been fine. When our house flooded due to a broken sewer pipe, Pete and his team were there from the beginning. Then, a year later, when our roof was damaged from a hail storm, they were there again to get the damaged fixed as quickly as possible. They took care of everything. I showed up for the low priced motorcycle insurance over twelve years ago and the exceptional customer service had kept me around ever since!
