We have worked with William Babcock and State Farm for years and have never before had any issues or complaints. When Mr. Babcock retired, we were excited to be transferred over to Jordan and her team. But after several months of misinformation and lack of organization, we realized this particular team was unprepared, uninformed, and uneducated with what to do about our needs/policy. After trying to hold out and hope for the best, we ultimately ended up transferring to another agency, as we were extremely disappointed in the repeated mistakes that were made and the amount of money spent trying to fix them.

Jordan takes State Farms slogan ( Like a good neighbor State Farm is there) to a whole new level. My son broke down on his way to work. Not only did she arrange the tow right on the spot but she left her office to give him a ride so he wasnt late and then she want back to meet the tow truck!!! Talk about service!Additionally: she has probably 20 polices of my mine. I had no idea that State Farm even did all of the things that Jordan has done for me! I have auto, home, life, health, trailer and motorcycle insurance. And, who knew that State Farm is a bank?! I have 2 auto loans, a State Farm credit card and a money market account!I call Jordan for EVERYTHING! She is so knowledgeable and provides amazing customer service!

I was recently involved in a car incident this past weekend and the agents here did everything they could to help me get my situation taken care of. If you want agents that will fight for you, then this is where you need to be. I do not have my car insurance with Jordan Hardys agency but I do have my sons life policy with them but I will be switching everything over soon.
