Do not waste your time with this franchise location. I have been a long time customer of Farm Bureau but this particular office needs serious help. I liked my first agent, James Boel. When I got into an accident in December, I called him immediately and he let me know that he was no longer with the company. I was never notified of this nor was I told who my new agent would be. It was a full month before a general rep in Nebraska got with me and connected me to the at fault party. I had several questions in the mean time and every time I call the office nobody answers. I leave a voicemail each time and am never called back. I still have no clue who my agent is. I live a little far away from this office and it has taken everything in me to not storm into the office and pull a Karen. I emailed the girl, Bailee, who always sends out promotional emails and expressed my concern. Instead of directing me to someones direct phone number, she simply said she was sorry and that she doesnt handle those issues. I still have several issues that need to be resolved. Pretty sure nobody at this office is aware or concerned about my car accident.I am currently in the process of switching to a different insurance company. I highly recommend Nicole with Bright Insurance. She has been so responsive, constantly communicating with me, and has given me so much advice!

The office manager, Natalie, is so friendly and will go out of her way to try to solve any problems that may arise. Also Tony is the best.
