I have been working with advance insurance for over 15 years. They have always been a extremely responsive to any question I posed to them via email text or on the phone. Every time I have needed to make a claim they help me through the entire process and make sure it goes smoothly with my insurance carriers. Alfredo Torres. That is the name I see when I think about insurance. My car was hit today 12.23.2020I took my car to the repair shop but sadly I had to leave it there. The other person’s insurance (the one that hit me) was not ready to rent me a car due to some paperwork on their end. I called Alfredo Torres for help!! Well… He went to the shop to pick me up and gave me a ride home. Once at home, the insurance company called me to let me know that I can go get the rental car now. Guess who took me there? Alfredo Torres did, he took me to the car rental company and waited out in the cold until I had the car. You think that’s all? I don’t have insurance with these people but was tear ended by someone who does have them. When i called to make the claim Jerry was so kind and so helpful. I don’t know why i expected the person helping me to be rude because my experience with other insurances isn’t the best when the accident is their insureds fault. But Jerry was fantastic and also funny and had a warm spirit and was personable. I don’t like dealing with people who have no personality on the phone and Jerry was the opposite of that. She helped me get a claim set up and got my issue resolved quickly.

0/5 stars. First of all, my husband was given a quote of $3,392.41 for the whole year of dealer insurance. He paid $920 up front to put toward the year of insurance. One month into the policy, they canceled without warning. After 2 months of calling and no one returning any phone calls or always being out of office or out to lunch at all hours of the day, we finally received a refund of $400. The total for 1 month should have been $275, so $920-$275 is no where near what should have been paid for one month of mediocre service. The insurance agent we worked with was Ed. We signed a whole year contract, and never received an explanation on why our policy was cancelled except to say his driving record wasnt able to be covered. He should have mentioned before filling out all paperwork and giving prices on policies. We were assured we would not have any problems and were dropped as soon as Ed finally did what work was supposed to be done beforehand. Would not recommend if you want to be treated fairly.
